While it’s always great to celebrate and remember Independence we earned, The “ so called outage “ continues and the entire week has gone ! Absolutely unprofessional and pathetic company called YOUBROADBAND ! In the month of August , JUST TWO DAYS OF WIFI CONNECTIVITY.

@youbroadband it has been over a week, that there is not internet connectivity at my place. A week back i complained but there wasnt any fullproof rectification and after that everyday they change the estimated time of rectification. Please help me out ASAP. HELP!!!!!!

@youbroadband @TRAI As per Govt Guidelines broadband services will be continued & are allow to fix the problem. Device is already fitted on the terrace, cable is already fixed, just to configure. Due to lazy ppls Vodafone hits badly and facing bad times. Shameless act.

@youbroadband Recharge done before one month for upgrade to 100Mbps with an assurance by @youbroadband to change the modem. Till date, the modem is not changed and the service is providing 20Mbps. Bad service as usual.

@youbroadband @TRAI why you ppls are not responding after taking the money. Take money & digest seems youbroadband policy. I paid advance money through cheque at Vadodara for new connection on 6th March but till lock down means 21st March your installation team was sleeping.
