    @youbroadband you don’t need to send these messages. @mgvcl_mgvcl switches off the electricity anyway. Dear YOU BB Customer, During lightning & thunderstorms you are advised to switch off the power supply to modem/ONT/Router & remove ethernet cable as precaution

    @youbroadband My internet is not working from past 4 days. There seems to be no update of as to what's the issue. Also in the modem the red light flashes (LOS). Complaint raise thru android app, still not fixed. Not happy at all with the service @VodafoneIN

    Very worst & poor connection so many problems are there in my connection there are many problems within two-two days my connection gets loss signal and i tried to restart the connection but it always show loss signal i am very angry with this connection @VodafoneIN @youbroadband

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneIN @youbroadband I have paid one year subscription for 50 mbps broadband. Now Madam Nisha your Baroda sales person doesn’t take my call since payment done. Is there any cheating or fraud. If it is then have to go for police complaint.

    @VodafoneIN Have you read my tweets. I have already paid for youbroadband connection on 6th March but till 21st March installation was not done. Now its lock down, as per Govt Guidelines broadband services will be continued. Were you guys sleeping. Read my tweets 1st then reply

    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

    @youbroadband your services are down in Bandra West!!! Why are the helpline numbers mentioned on your website for Mumbai 91212 91212 and 1800 121 222 not working??? Why have you removed your app from the Apple App Store? How do you expect customers to file a complaint???
