    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

    Vapi–Daman deserves better internet. We're paying Mumbai/Delhi-level broadband prices, yet service quality is nowhere close. With only two major providers Quest Internet and @youbroadband effectively controlling the market, consumers are left with frequent outages, inconsistent speeds, and poor reliability which hurt creators, esports athletes, businesses and students alike. Personally, poor connectivity has cost me during national level esports tournaments. What's frustrating is that whenever giant reliable providers like Airtel Xstream Fiber and JioFiber look to expand into the region, there always seem to be roadblocks from the government officials preventing real competition. The people of Vapi–Daman deserve better choices and better internet.

    @youbroadband Internet is not been working at my place since 6th April. Have raised request and followed up multiple times. Still, the issue has not been resolved. Is this kind of service quality you have? #pathetic #youbroadband.

    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

    @youbroadband @youbroadband I have contacted customer care multiple times and received only false assurances, which is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Grievance Portal TRAI for further action. Kindly treat this as urgent.

    5 days. Entire society. No internet. No resolution. This is the service from YOU Broadband India despite multiple complaints. Till no resolution, no technician visit, and no proper update. Requesting urgent action. @youbroadband @TRAI @DoT_India #YOUbroadband #InternetDown

    @youbroadband @youbroadband My internet has been completely down since 6 June 2026. I've raised multiple complaints, and each time it works for 5 minutes before failing again. Technicians have visited multiple times but no permanent fix. Please resolve this today 2026061804648

    @youbroadband my wifi is not working since last 4 days , i tried to reach service provide and also customer care, they keep saying we are sending service executive engineer to look after the problem and resolve. But no one tried to reach. What the hell kind of service is this????
