  @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

  @youbroadband I’m a resident of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The network connection in my area never works properly, there is always an issue with the connection and the staff doesn’t respond to the calls properly and their behaviour is very harsh towards the customers.

  @youbroadband very bad service and speed . In surat gujrat. I got speed 3.5 mbps speed i am purchased 30 mbps speed plan and still 3.5 mbps speed. This is a speed of you broadband....

  @youbroadband very pathetic service. Internet service since many days. Trying to raise service request through app, but no response. Tried getting in touch with responsible officials but they are just ignoring without any response. Seems like company is not interested.

  @youbroadband I have paid for 200 Mbps 6 month plan on 28 May 21 with commitment from ur executive Ankit (+919023730163) that installation will be done by 1 June. It's 3 June now, no connection and this executive is not responding to my calls. The issue is at 390019 pin.

  Guys Never Buy @youbroadband connection. Very poor service given by them. I bought connection they promised me to give 25% extra days i m complaining since 2 month still no extra days come And no resolutions provided they have lots of hidden term so dont buy #fraud #youbroadband
