  @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

  @scouttanmay @youbroadband I have used Youbroadband for 6 years , at first their regional executives were so resnsposive to our calls, slowly they became money centric & their customer care turend pathetic. They started neglecting the mails , calls & even no staff are there at their office to talk

  We are facing The problem of @youbroadband agents who had given the incomplete information and when we visited to particular office . Unnecessary Behavior of the Manager and when we emailed to the @youbroadband Coustomer care as on date we didn't revice any response...

  @youbroadband you ****** internet is down again, everyday internet drops 3-4 times and that too for an hour, if you are unable to provide good service just give me the refund and **** OFF!!! i want this issue cleared.
