@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

@AkiKulkarni @youbroadband They are shameless. They'll pay the price by loosing customers. Almost everyone is facing issue of frequent disconnectivity. N they barely seem to care. Are just closing ticket without solving issues. Its time to close their connection fellow consumers.
