    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

    @youbroadband very worst internet experience, worst internet speed I'm getting. During game and live stream, latency I'm getting is 1000+ ms. JUST WTF moment. Resolve this soon or I'll cut my connection from this poor internet service provider.

    I Don't recommend @youbroadband pathetic service and not customer friendly.. Takes almost 10 days but still doesn't respond on issues #stopyoubroadband

    @youbroadband Stopped working since Saturday Afternoon. No one came for request resolution. Customer care says technician assigned. But technician is not receiving call since Saturday evening. Again started feeling like felt cheated before a few years ago by @youbroadband

    @youbroadband God your service is awful. Your speeds are generally low however around midnight it seems you guys switch off your machines. I get 1-2 Mbps on a 33 Mbps plan. This is observed every night. At least have the courtesy to refund when u r no longer to provide service.

    @youbroadband what the hell is wrong with your internet, it stops almost every hour and your engineers don't even bother to call, if this is the service you provide then i don't want your ****** internet.

    @youbroadband hello youbroad I am using your service at Surat location, very very disappointed for the service and net connectivity issue. Since 3 days net is not working also every day in evening your net got down. Paid for 40mbps plan but never got speed more than 20mbps.
