    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

    @youbroadband Using your service since 2013 but of late the standards have deteriorated to extents that I told my team to not consider you for our office requirement. Pathetic service doesn't just lose your existing customers but also affects the addition of new ones. Another vi in the making

    @youbroadband Ping to public DNS takes average time 1226ms. Either internet completely shut or very poor speed in prime location. Technical person checks weather I have used 1mb of data last 24 hours, then I request closed w/o visiting or contacting customer.

    @youbroadband @youbroadband1 10-15 years as your customer. Frequent outages, and now completely down since yesterday right when I have online exams. Multiple complaints, zero resolution, zero support. This is how you treat a loyal customer? Fix this or I’m switching providers.

    @youbroadband your service is pathetic from last 6-7 days as soon as my plan is over never coming back to You Broadband have been your customer from last 15 years but from last 1year your service is hell never coming back.

    @youbroadband you guys are here just to scam people. I've been facing internet issues since last 10 days but still not one engineer has cared to visit and address the issue. @Vadcitypolice I am tired to coordinating with them because they don't care to resolve customer complaints

    @youbroadband Internet is not been working at my place since 6th April. Have raised request and followed up multiple times. Still, the issue has not been resolved. Is this kind of service quality you have? #pathetic #youbroadband.

    @youbroadband Pathetic service. Very poor customer care. Since January 2026, I had internet not working issues 5 times and during these times out of around 100 days of 2026 connection has been down for more than 60 days. They don't have staff at Rajkot for service

    @youbroadband U’ve been “noting the concern” for days now, but there is still no proper resolution. Your technician visited, checked the terrace, said there is a cable issue from your side and that he would return after checking the adjacent building —but he never came back.
