@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

@youbroadband @ViCustomerCare Its been a week that my internet is down. Lodged complaints on the app and on email too, but your team doesn't have any courtesy to even try to respond and resolve. Team only makes sure that we pay our bills on time, but are not present when needed.

Worst service after sales of GTPL. Since last one month trying to shift boradband connection but couldn't succeed even after registration of online request (328423). Even customer care officers doesn't know contact number of Baroda office.@GTPL_Care @youbroadband
