    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

    @youbroadband from 16th my broadband is not working.i have registered complaint by app and customer service both. Nobody in local office picking up my phone. Nobody knows when internet will restart..

    @youbroadband internet has been down since 3 days. Helpline execs promise a call from the technician but it never happens. The execs promise to escalate the matter but nothing happens. Got a faster callback to change Internet plans than to rectify the problem. Pathetic service!
