@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

@youbroadband is the most worst Internet provide ever seen . Every week 2 days I am not geting the internet.nobody is solving the issue. Junction box is in my home. Pulled it off and thrown out of my home even I have 45 days of validity. Fedup with the @youbroadband @TV9Telugu

@VodafoneGroup @youbroadband Hi YouBroadband, When are you going to fix the pathetic speed issue, as it's been almost a month for now. Is it really out of your control? I hardly get 3mbps against the planned speed of 125mbps. Quite sickening! Pls refer : Customer # 612384
