    The worst internet provider in Pune is @youbroadband. A total scam where they first take the money in advance but faults on installation. Thereafter, stalling you for 45 days only to say that they don’t have any idea about the refund status. Will I ever get my refund?

    @youbroadband one of the worst service provider, they take weeks to shift connection, even the nodal officer does not reply to emails. Pathetic services of Vodafone powerd broadband.

    Any complaint registered, falls onto deaf ears. If you call to follow up, the employees put you on the block list. And when you call the customer care, the only reply you get is that the technician will come to sort the problem. @youbroadband

    @youbroadband I have raised a complaint yesterday and had a word with one your engineer who told me he will come by today morning but now when I am calling, his mobile is switched off and other person is saying today is holiday so no one is coming to fix the issue.
