  @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

  @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

  @youbroadband my internet not working last seven days I am daily complain register but not solve my problem and not reply again customer care, poor service and waste of money internet service note proper answer for customer care I decided to change the connection

  @youbroadband your service team is pathetic and terrible. Is it the responsibility of the customer to keep continuously following up with the service team who keeps relaying the work to other personnel as if it is not their job? The worst ever I had.

  @youbroadband my wifi is not working since last 4 days , i tried to reach service provide and also customer care, they keep saying we are sending service executive engineer to look after the problem and resolve. But no one tried to reach. What the hell kind of service is this????

  @youbroadband Very bad experience with you broadband services, installation was done just as formality and not bothered to check its connection at all area of house. after complaint also not bothered to solve and asking me to resolve by myself. Too insensitive towards customer.

  @youbroadband its been 3 days youbroadband network is down, ticket has been raised but no progress. Airtel was also down but they were very prompt and already restored there’s connectivity.

  @youbroadband @TRAI Escalation at whatever level is not working as per assurance given by call centre representative today is Friday do you work on Saturday and Sunday for providing and supporting internet services?

  @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare My internet connection is not working from 14th to 21st April.I have already registered a complaint 7 days back but the issue is still unresolved and @youbroadband has failed miserably in rectifying the issue.
