    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

    @youbroadband @Subuuuu27 Congratulations. I haven't received it yet. I made the payment on 9th April so, it's now more than a month. I will wait for two days then i will file the complaint as you said. Could you please help me with how to file a grievance complaint.

    @youbroadband - Do you really care? You just lost a loyal customer due to your lousy tech service team. Happy to have been connected with @tataplayfiber in an hours time on raising a request.

    @youbroadband Since three hours your service is down in Vadodara. Even the app and website aren't loading and are down. Can't even lodge a complain there. Complete blackout.

    @youbroadband Your service is shut since Dec! Your engineers told service is stopped in my area. Asked me to raise refund req! I raised disconnection req in Jan & there’re was no service since Dec/Jan start. So pls refund my money ! @DoT_India

    @youbroadband Despite having a 150 Mbps Connection, actual speeds keep fluctuating and goes down to 0.9 Mbps and sometimes beyond 150 Mbps also.
