  @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

  @youbroadband Pathetic service. Very poor customer care. Since January 2026, I had internet not working issues 5 times and during these times out of around 100 days of 2026 connection has been down for more than 60 days. They don't have staff at Rajkot for service

  @youbroadband internet down in the area (Chembur East) again. 2 times in a week, with no notification on the impact nor on the ETA. This severely affects Work From Home customers, what kind of reliability & customer service is being provided? Customers left helpless...

  @youbroadband @youbroadband I have contacted customer care multiple times and received only false assurances, which is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Grievance Portal TRAI for further action. Kindly treat this as urgent.

  @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband Made payment on 11 May. Salesman promised 1–2 day installation, mail said 7 days. Waited 2 weeks, called support 20+ times, technician 50+ times still no connection Filled refund form on 26 May, was told refund in 15 days as installation not done.

  @youbroadband This is not the 1st time the service is disturbed. It happens nearly everyday & you are least bothered about customer's inconvenience. Regret my decision to pay you for yearly plan. Every time the engineers say "this issue is beyond our control"
