    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

    @youbroadband There is outage of internet everyday. Even after raising complaint the issue is never resolved immediately. From morning there has been no network at all..severely affecting our lives and work in this lockdown

    @youbroadband Internet not working since last 2 days. 😤 A never-ending cycle is at play here. 😡 Technician comes (after 3 days), resolves the query, internet works fine for 3 hours, internet stops completely, complain is lodged, technician comes after 3 days... and so on.

    @youbroadband finally decided to discontinue internet service from you guys. Thanks to your horrible and pathetic service. Customer care knows nothing. They have a similar line to tell that request updated and escalated on priority but no solution at all.

    @youbroadband I have been complaining since many days about you broadband wifi issues. Mailing regarding it, But im not getting any responds from you guys. Wifi is working like ****, in a day it stops working 3-4 time and sometimes it doesn’t even work for few days.

    @youbroadband Most pathetic and worst company. It's been more than 9 months and my refund amount is still not given. The local nashik team says it's not in our hands, the customer care isn't responding. @ViCustomerCare it's powered by you but unfortunately it's just the same way you are.@TRAI
