    @youbroadband HELLO, MY ACCOUNT NO IS 2188693 MY BROADBAND WAS INSTALLED 4 DAYS AGO AND TILL NOW I HAD TO REGISTER COMPLAINT OF SLOW SPEED - 3TIMES. THE ENGINEER VISIT, CALLS SOMEONE TO PING TO MY ACCT NO (THEY WILL BE PINGING MY ID ADDRESS)

    @youbroadband Your service sucks. I have paid for a new connection and haven’t gotten any updates no installation done. NOTHING. Pls don’t trust this service I want a refund now

    @youbroadband one of the worst service provider, they take weeks to shift connection in Hyderabad and even the nodal officer does not reply to emails. Pathetic services of Vodafone powerd broadband.

    @youbroadband clld d custmer care and askd for return the amount which I have paid on 6 sept & aftr 8 sept the internet was nt working. so he was saying its non refundable. We can't do anything and we can escalate the issue which will take care within 24 hr. Tkt no. 2022090608322

    @youbroadband Absolutely bad service. Complaints are not answered. Just changed our connection with the fibre Optic cable for speed. Since then we have launched a lot of complaints with no response at all. Will be filing a complaint with the consumer court soon.

    @youbroadband One of the worst internet service provider I ever faced. It's been two days.. now the person who has provided the connection and took the money.. he is saying only you are the person who is calling to solve the issue and other person who has issue is waiting 2-3days
