@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

@youbroadband my internet has been down for one week and I still have no idea when it will be up again. Service quality has fallen steadily since you were acquired by @VodafoneGroup but this is the worst it’s ever been. Even your call center number is not reachable.

@GTPL_Care You are worst ISP. All my complaints get resolved automatically without solving the actual issue. I just want a visit for my router configuration but the complaint automatically resolves. Worst Customer service, @youbroadband is much better

@youbroadband The worst internet service provider. Company should mention in website that internet is available only 4 days a week as other days are out of service as there is some problem in the area. Even the company's Employees are not attending calls.
