    @youbroadband Internet service again gone. Previously it took a whole week to sort the issue and now again the service is down. Is there any permanent solution?

    I never use this medium to complaint but this one is must to avoid this provider in future. @youbroadband has worse technical staff and equally worse customer support management. Internet down for 4 days and there is no concrete answer from anyone. They should shutdown as an org

    @youbroadband Worst service and worst support. It's been a week I have online renewal issue in which I paid amount twice for one activation and still there is no refund for which I have raised concerned 10 days ago. No response from the support. I want this resolved today.

    @youbroadband we are facing an outage for the last 36 hours. No response from the local team, Automatic Response system mentions service will resume yesterday(13/7) at 11:55 pm. Such a lousy service/response. No responsible person to answer the call and let us know the status.

    when it comes to providing service/response to query @youbroadband is worst. called each day since 7 days 4 resolution of wrong commitmnt by "you" employee, mailed to nodal officer/appellate auth but no one respond. Disgusting service provider ever seen. 24 wrking hr=4 wrkingday
