@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

@youbroadband #YOUBroadband I am facing speed issue form last many months, many complaints registered but still facing same issue,When I started, my plan was 60Mbps, and 1 band router for 60 mbps speed ? Customer is not fool as you think😡😡😡

@youbroadband it has been 11 days since my connection lost i have complained regarding this on 24th Dec and till today my issue is not resolved my complaint number is 2020122419415this is absolutely not acceptable i think I have made mistake by choosing @youbroadband Poor service

@youbroadband , worst service provider I have ever seen in my life. Since the time I installed it, I am constantly facing connectivity issue and I have raised complaint several time on mail and customer care but they have never tried to resolve the issue. PATHETIC SERVICES.

@youbroadband My plan validity was 12 +2 months starting July 2020. And I had purchased another 1 month in order to compensate for the refund. So my plan is valid till October 2021. Currently it says only 7 days remaining. Complaint: 2021010512956 on 4th Jan 2021. No revert yet.

May I know @youbroadband why my billing cycle started without installation at my home? Are you charging me for what ? Still not clear, Already escalated this issue in service center they denied they can't do it, So here I have to do refund process right ?
