    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

    From 26Jan22 night to 27jan22 afternoon 4pm internet not work. Today 28Jan22 again internet not work from 1:45pm @youbroadband Speed issue still not solve #internet #internetspeed @youbroadband not able to give #WiFi speed they suggest use LAN then only you get speed.

    @youbroadband i am going for RTI if you guys don't let us know what is happening why is your service in surat has stopped till further notice. When will your pathetic engineers solve the issue.

    @youbroadband your services were very poor so we stopped your service. And we were told that if we return your modem we will get refund but the service provider is not giving us the refund even after taking modem back. Cheaters.
