    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

    @youbroadband @MadYoubroadband It’s 10 th day and after repeated complains ( online offline twitter) , still my internet is not working. Pathetic staff, pathetic service, pathetic support and pathetic leadership.. even after so many complaints, leadership is not bothered.

    @youbroadband Dear You broad band. It's been two months, your executive took the router after raising requests for return. He is not giving the refund and is not responding to message or call. It looks like they even deactivated my account, I am unable to login your app. Pls help

    @youbroadband Since three days I am facing connectivity issue particularly in evening in Nizampura, Vadodara. You have not fixed issue till now. Very poor service. Even your customer care is busy.

    Hi @youbroadband My sister @DeolikarSayali is struggling to solve the wifi issue from past 15days,it's an old setup.We did painting and it's not working, they r just giving different excuses,she paid ₹1000 for a month and not getting service.Complaint no.202202170134.

    @youbroadband @youbroadband I have given multiple complaints about refund of the deposite money for router after closing the connection. It been 6 months and I had given atleast 7 - 8 complaints. But no action from your end. What a pathetic service experience.

    @youbroadband there has been an outage in pune city’s Shivaji Nagar area for about 2 days still no one has fixed it worst experience most pathetic service provider.

    @youbroadband I m using you brodband since last 5 year.. .. But now a day. No executive come at place for chek problem... And dispose complain them self.... No satisfaction this year..... So changing to GTPL. THANK YOU FOR UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME WHEN SERVICE IS NEEDED.
