After 10 reminder, mails and calls, @youbroadband My money has still not been refunded, nor my query been resolved. All i get is a mail Asking for 24 hours every week. You deducted money twice. Disgusting service.

Here are my some advantages of using youbroadband: 1. Their customer care reps read from a script so you couldn't be emotionally harmed, they also will repeat steps as they don't give a ****. 2. They will work as your psychologist as all they say is they 'understand'. (8/n)

@ViCustomerCare we faced serious issues of #youbroadband in vejalpur bakeri city. Problem still exist even after complain. Again we faced poor service by # youbroadband. @vodafone
