    @youbroadband It is regret to inform you that without my prior permission M/S Youbroad band, Valsad (Gujarat) has given connection to others from my power supply. The details are available in my mail which I did on 02nd may 2020 to your customer care mail I'd.

    @youbroadband customer support is a scam. Cases being closed without fixing issues. Support staff lies about issue & never came on premise to troubleshoot the issue & marked case as closed Does @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband allow & accept such fake case SLA adherence internally?

    If any case you are looking forward to get a brodband connection, never consider #youbroadband #youbraodbandinternet #youbroadbandservices .lets know why :- 1.There will be speed drops and network disruptions. 2.Even after raising complaint it will take atleast 4days to recify.

    @youbroadband internet is unavailable since morning and it will continue to be unavailable till next 2 day! Pathetic service I have ever experienced !! If I try to contact to customer care their will not be any response , worst management.They just don’t take any responsibility.

    @youbroadband Iam not getting internet connection since 8 days, even after multiple complaints raised through calls, App. None helped. Never seen such irresponsible service, if ur'nt capable of fixing let me know, ill terminate the service

    @youbroadband @TRAI Comp # 2022031604408 last couple of days facing the Buffering & latency issues. followed below step but still no satisfactory resolution. -Change of entire cable -New Router -Tesyed with dial up connection -Replacement of Hub device. Other troubleshooting

    @youbroadband Pathetic service provider in Navi Mumbai. Since 27 Feb 2022 they are not able to shift the connection from one room to another room in same floor, same wing. Even after submitting documents since 5 March. No care of customer. Youbrodband account : 2103952
