    @youbroadband It is regret to inform you that without my prior permission M/S Youbroad band, Valsad (Gujarat) has given connection to others from my power supply. The details are available in my mail which I did on 02nd may 2020 to your customer care mail I'd.

    @youbroadband @youbroadband1 @VodafoneIdeaIN easily one of the worst Internet services I’ve ever had the pleasure of encountering. Works only 15 days in a 30 day month and this is every month. Great job with the consistent non-service! Kudos

    @youbroadband Using your service since 2013 but of late the standards have deteriorated to extents that I told my team to not consider you for our office requirement. Pathetic service doesn't just lose your existing customers but also affects the addition of new ones. Another vi in the making

    @youbroadband in last 15 days this is the 3rd time I am facing downtime.. Pathetic service by your local technical team...No response from your local office... 3rd class network and 3rd class team. I want to cancel my connection and want a refund of the remaining amount.
