    @youbroadband It is regret to inform you that without my prior permission M/S Youbroad band, Valsad (Gujarat) has given connection to others from my power supply. The details are available in my mail which I did on 02nd may 2020 to your customer care mail I'd.

    Hi @youbroadband My sister @DeolikarSayali is struggling to solve the wifi issue from past 15days,it's an old setup.We did painting and it's not working, they r just giving different excuses,she paid ₹1000 for a month and not getting service.Complaint no.202202170134.

    @youbroadband Slow speeds and no response from the customer care. I mean I have tried Mail, Calls and even raising a request that is closed just like that. Already regret my decision to signup with you guys. Can you look into your DMs for once?

    @youbroadband I have given multiple complaints about refund of the deposite money for router after closing the connection. It been 6 months and I had given atleast 7 - 8 complaints. But no action from your end. What a pathetic service experience.

    @youbroadband Today 18 days to complain but not a single call for any executive to solve my issue internet not working last 20 days very bad and poor service and very lazy person and irresponsible all staff of @youbroadband

    @youbroadband why does it take my account to be active after 4 hours after the payment is done despite being an existing customer? Others like @airtelindia 's broadband gets activated within 1 hour? Cant this be corrected? I'm based in Pune btw

    @youbroadband 5 days our internet has been down in Gachibowli Hyd. Rajesh, area manager has been giving us the run around. Whenever things go wrong with ur service, it is an absolute nightmare @TRAI there has to be a way for making these guys pay for the pain they cause

    such a worst network provider they have pretty good SCAM where there will provide awesome deals and once you pay for that,boom your internet connectivity will stop.. Oh the customer service, Send me your current location We will get it done soon repeat mode #youbroadband
