@youbroadband Fraud company. Refund not received since Jan 2020 although modem is taken back. numerous calls to customer care but every time different excuse. Beware of taking new connection.

@youbroadband broadband speed has been erratic for sometime - frequent speed fades and connection issues. For a 100mbps connection, getting 2mbps download speed. That's ridiculous frankly. Please look into these issues.
