@youbroadband customer support is a scam. Cases being closed without fixing issues. Support staff lies about issue & never came on premise to troubleshoot the issue & marked case as closed Does @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband allow & accept such fake case SLA adherence internally?

@youbroadband Pathetic service provider in Navi Mumbai. Since 27 Feb 2022 they are not able to shift the connection from one room to another room in same floor, same wing. Even after submitting documents since 5 March. No care of customer. Youbrodband account : 2103952

@youbroadband can u explain ur refund policy. In your website its clearly written upon cancellation of connection after activation will be refunded after deducting charges until disconnection. But your customer care executive says its non refundable. How can that be possible?

Your sales representatives are giving false commitments and there is no action at all. I really wonder if you expect me to continue with Youbroadband.
