    @youbroadband Service request shows closed in app w/o attending. connection not working since 6th Feb..No proper answer from call center..Spoke to floor manager twice of call center but in vain..child unable to attend virtual classes,hope issue resolves at the earliest..A/c 29486

    So disappointed with @youbroadband ahmedabad the people who work are not at all helpful, I am chasing the guy who installed it for me that I have changed home and need the connected here he isn't responding nothing bad service @youbroadband

    @hotstar_helps Our internet provider is @youbroadband Always disconnects every 1 hour automatically. Now I got this issue too. Hope they will fix it today. 🙏🏻

    @youbroadband is pathetic. There's outage everyday for 3-4 times a day.. It's like medicine dose. I can attach 43 screenshots of outage notification. @youbroadbandcares only for itself. Need to cancel subscription and get refund... No customer service helps with this...
