    @youbroadband It is regret to inform you that without my prior permission M/S Youbroad band, Valsad (Gujarat) has given connection to others from my power supply. The details are available in my mail which I did on 02nd may 2020 to your customer care mail I'd.

    @youbroadband My plan validity was 12 +2 months starting July 2020. And I had purchased another 1 month in order to compensate for the refund. So my plan is valid till October 2021. Currently it says only 7 days remaining. Complaint: 2021010512956 on 4th Jan 2021. No revert yet.

    @youbroadband From last 15 days, After every 2 days internet not working. If we call to customer care then you replied problem will solved in next 24 hours. Means total 2 days internet not work. Also without service restore, you closed the complaint.

    @youbroadband No Authority helping connecting with me and not even backend team. This is how you manage your service? I even shared all details 2 days back on DM but even twitter customer care is not giving reply. What's the point of long term plan?

    @youbroadband what service are u running man. From past 4days i have complaining that internet is not working. No one shows up!! After calling to customer service people they are speaking(BAD WORDS) to customers. And there is no specific phone numbers. whom should we contactReply

    Another request created from your @youbroadband TT No 2021010711566. I recieved the call from Maharashtra Youbroadband appellate. He admitted that RBS queue for 1 month got activated by Automated script and it's a mistake from there end. I am expecting resolution sooner.

    @youbroadband your services are pathetic; my internet is out of service for the last 7 days, have been complaining daily and have called 25+ times still no resolution. Have even escalated to your Gujarat Nodal officer #worstserviceever

    @youbroadband It's been two years we are facing internet issues each month. Each month internet is down for 2-3 days and we are told that the problem is power issue. Since 2 years they are not able to fix the same issue which is occurring continuously.
