    @youbroadband You Broadband. I brought up your connection on the 8th of the march today's date is the 31 March.... Yet I haven't received service. You took money otherwise I would have cancelled it. All the friends told me not to go with you broadband.

    @youbroadband You never cares for customers. A week before raised complain about continuous disconnection jn net. Executive visited done something but problem not resolved. Now it's severe than earlier. @TRAI what should be done with such prepaid ISP. 3 months advance took.

    @youbroadband I stay at Rahul Towers, Bhusari Colony, Kothrud, Pune-38. There has been a frequent failure of network services since last 15-20 days in our area. This is really hampering work for me. Requests are being handled but why these failures ?

    @PMOIndia Hi I have a YouBroadband account and they have been unable to resolve my issue for the last 15 days in Pune. My ACC no is 1168960. Can the PMO help? This is not the digital connectivity India will thrive on.
