    @youbroadband It is regret to inform you that without my prior permission M/S Youbroad band, Valsad (Gujarat) has given connection to others from my power supply. The details are available in my mail which I did on 02nd may 2020 to your customer care mail I'd.

    @youbroadband My account number is 2155231, I took this connection on 14th Jan,I paid for 6 months same day,on 21st Jan I got activated and till date the connection is not working,this kind of worst service you are giving for the customer at the starting itself.cust care useless

    @DoT_India @youbroadband my fiber connection is not working from 10th January and still down and all costomer care sometimes hang up call when I tried to explain the issue so I raised complaint on @jagograhakjago but still problem is not resolved. ACC:2140601
