    @youbroadband Can you guys at least have to decency to truthfully inform your customers of time to fix your network issue? You app just resolves my complains on itself and your customer support staff is worse then Automated Services!! Do not use this ISP!

    @youbroadband Last 4 days your network is not working in ahmedabad and when today i called technical department they said that one of the machine is not available with us so we can't work and don't know when resolved. Really youbroadband is thirdclass service.
