  how can a customer trust that it would be added after paying the renewal amount, as I see no action from your end inspite of chasing regularly from past 2 weeks. Does @youbroadband want to fool customers by just taking money from them and not providing the benefits on time?

  I registered complaint through your app, for which engineer was assigned, without contacting me, the request was closed, what kind of customer service this is!! My internet is still not working and i am receiving messege of complaint resolved @youbroadband
