    @youbroadband Broadband A/C no: 2026878, installed on 16-6-2020. Since today morning (Dtd: 30-6-2020) my internet connection got disrupted. Lodged complaint on app, through phone call but no resolution as yet, even no reply regarding my issue. expedite revival of connectivity.

    @youbroadband pathetic service,worst experience.again and again we do complain, no one is bother to reply or solve the prob.Ppl don't take @youbroadband service, they are ready to take new connection and do false promises for the services but hey don't give post service at all.

    @youbroadband sir I have subscribed for whole year paying 9k but the performance is pathetic as customer care is pathetic as there is frequent disruptions. There is no one to report complaint except logging it. Pl. help provide uninterrupted internet with promised speed.

    @youbroadband I have paid for 6 months and now no network !!! @Airtel_Presence can you please share Pune Xtreme fiber contact so I can have better connectivity! I have lots to do and youbroadband is way too lethargic to get it's work done. Their ETA 24Hr mean 3 days!
