    @youbroadband extremely low internet speed. No response to the service requests put on the app No reply to calls when i try to dial the number. When I went to complain personally add mtnd in Vadodara (Pancham icon) not found. V. Poor service. Regret switching 2 you broadband

    @youbroadband My internet is not working from past 4 days. There seems to be no update of as to what's the issue. Also in the modem the red light flashes (LOS). Complaint raise thru android app, still not fixed. Not happy at all with the service @VodafoneIN

    @youbroadband you don’t need to send these messages. @mgvcl_mgvcl switches off the electricity anyway. Dear YOU BB Customer, During lightning & thunderstorms you are advised to switch off the power supply to modem/ONT/Router & remove ethernet cable as precaution

    @youbroadband in last 15 days this is the 3rd time I am facing downtime.. Pathetic service by your local technical team...No response from your local office... 3rd class network and 3rd class team. I want to cancel my connection and want a refund of the remaining amount.
