    @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

    @youbroadband Very very disappointed with the service. Doing some important work on the Internet and all of sudden connection disconnected and takes hours time to restore. This is happening since yesterday. Please look into it immediately. id; kasa8125

    @youbroadband Registered request to terminate my connection on 26th April through app and after that 8-9 times through toll free number also. It's been more than 2 months but no body has collected my modem. Worst internet service provider. Going to consumer forum very soon.

    @youbroadband Pl check frequency of Breakdown in Vadodara ( Dumad- Sama savli Rd Area). You must be having software to check service disruption and how fast it is being attended. Very poor service. Very frequent disruptions & long period. Affecting all & WhatsApp complaints in Gr to your team

    @youbroadband Internet service is down since yesterday and your technical team is still waiting for the fiber team to come and attend to the problem. Not sure how well your teams are coordinated but it’s causing inconvenience and that too over the weekend.

    @youbroadband I want the services to be restored asap and also extension of the validity to my existing plan as it has been a significantly long time since the day I am not getting internet service. This is extremely pathetic service from @youbroadband (n/n)

    @youbroadband It is 5 th day my service is interrupted, very bad service experience from company staff. There is no decision makers to look after please kindly respond as soon as possible or I need to take a strict action.
