    @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

    @youbroadband Very bad service. Do we have to keep complaining about complaints?? If the net is closed for 4 days in a week, on that counting offered a toy of extra 15 days on that basis ? Complaint launced so will not share details in DM even you ask.

    @youbroadband you have the pathetic service. I'm trying to contact customer care for the last three days over the problem of connectivity issues and all they say is we have raised a ticket. Novody has yet visited my place neither the problem is solved by any means.please help

    @youbroadband internet still off.. you roadband Pune team not bothered.. not responding and not trying to restore internet.. looks like we have paid in advance so they are not worried. Please do not buy YouBroadBand services.. it’s terrible
