@TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

One more day passed and local service providers are not answering the calls @youbroadband Contacting support helpline asked another 24 hours to resolve it followed by resolved message. @consaff Connectivity in neighbourhood is down since 6 days now and they would just ignore us

@youbroadband for last 3 days internet is down and the mobile numbers of all the responsible officer is switched off. Is the right time to switch off to other provider. Seems to be WHO CARES attitude.

Horrible customer service by @youbroadband Internet complain was raised on 13th January it was cancelled by site service ppl by themselves had to make another enquiry on 16th and still couldn’t get it done. Worst evr experience in Ahmedabad, guess time to switch to @reliancejio

@youbroadband duniya ka sabse tatti internet provider hai. The cables are broken since 5 days and I have been calling and reminding them twice everyday but the ******* technicians are not free.. God knows what they are doing since 5 days.
