    @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

Being big company not working on weekends, need 24 working hours to attend complaint ( 3 working days) . Team it's not monopoly business, really feel sorry to have services of esteemed- You broadband. .
