    @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

    @youbroadband - raised a connection shifting request 1 week ago, no action taken in 7 days. the first request was closed without explanation. the second request is still pending. the engineer doent pickup calls. i hv already paid subscription fee for the month. worst service!

    @youbroadband Arun excello apartments Temple green near Oragadam Wifi not working from yesterday night , pl rectify ,for past 4 months 15 days a month connection is not proper, huge data saved by you and we are paying for one month !! No response from customer care numbers

    @youbroadband it's been 2 and half months since I surrendered my connection and waiting for the refund. For the same, I tried to call your guy but no answer and the experience of your service was pathetic, it is like just a group of thieves who are out there and looting people

    @manojsin @youbroadband Internet connection has been down for the last 3 days. Should I pay for that? Could not able to register my complaint using a mobile app as well. Same issues I have been facing for a couple of weeks and escalated issue to nodal officer, but no result.
