    @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

    @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare My Broadband Relationship No is 2084942 I am greatly disappointed because of the frequent disruptions ( that happens at least 3 days in a week for more than 5 hours ) during peak working hours, it is becoming a major problem for me. [1 of 2]
