  @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

  @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

  A huge shoutout to @youbroadband for redefining customer service! 🎉 My internet has been down for 4 days. I've called customer care 3 times a day, and not a single technician has shown up. Impressive consistency. 👏 The technician must be taking the scenic route around the 🌍
