    @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

    @youbroadband Your payment invoices are missing all key information such as Renewal Subscription Start & End Date, YouBroadband Registered Company details address, Contact Info, Customer Payment processing information, etc. Is Your online receipt approved by Income Tax office ?

    @youbroadband its been about 5 months since surrendering your modem, but haven’t received the refund deposit yet. Your customer care, Pune office, Pune head,all have stopped responding. In addition, you keep on spamming with renewal/return of modem. Atleast stop spamming.

    @youbroadband worst in the market #people #vodafone #IDEA Since 7 days my Internet is not working and no one has addressed the issue Every time you call they will say we have escalated but god knows to whom they are escalating No one is picking up call All **** at one place!

    @youbroadband I have raised TT 2022101213064. Since 7 days no internet. Customer care and engineers are just stalling. Even Nodal/ Grievances officer can not resolve the issue. Such a pathetic service. #3rdclassYouBroadband

    @youbroadband have stopped using connection on 29th apr. Technician came and collected router promising refund of 750 security deposit theough cheque within 15 days. Today is 14 oct, still no refund received. Conplaint no: 2022101410170 Require immediate resolution #fraud

    @youbroadband Account number 2169043, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. From Yesterday my wifi is not working.. YouBroadband engineer say we need to change swich so you need to wait one more day because we don't have right now..

    @youbroadband Pathetic service. The technician Mangesh Chavhan informs in the morning that he will be attending the call around 17.00 Hrs and after calling him he reports saying he is busy and will come in the morning. No curtsey to call back.

    @youbroadband Don't get yu connection, because it drops everyday and complains everyday, and the speed is so low that 2g network is remembered. Repenting by giving 3 years money advance.
