  @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

  @youbroadband @AshJ13 Veena9470. The box i guess is switched off again. Every week i have to raise request. Every week for atleast 3 days my internet is disconnected. Horrible experience.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @youbroadband Again Airtel Wi-Fi is down since 6 am this morning. What are you guys upto? Every other weekend you guys go down. I have found another ISP, and going to switch now
