    @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

    @VodafoneIN Youbroadband customer care numbers are just IVR.. Automated complaints are registered and resolved.. Again next day connection becomes pathetic. No engineers visit or call, area manager doesn't pick up the call either.

    @youbroadband I have been a customer on and off with you broadband for quite a while now. Bt today I have been disappointed again by your extremely poor service in my area. Also the connectivity is an absolute joke.

    @youbroadband @VodafoneIN is same like government.... no reply and no action for the interruption... As gujarat government said 24*7 electricity bit its not happened and same to same #youbroadband service...
