    @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

    @youbroadband Took 3 months unlimited internet with 40Mbps still struggling to browse or stream any video barely. Can you please ask your service agent to come and fix the connection????

    @youbroadband my complaint got "automatically" resolved today without any confirmation from my end. That's upsetting considering my net issues are not resolved at all.

    @youbroadband since the day I've recharged the modem goes offline for few hours every day. What kind of service you guys r providing. I've recharged it after several years to see whether you have improved after acquisition by vodafone. Still same. No improvement @ViCustomerCare

    Probably worst Internet and Worst Service! Now its Forcing me to switch my Internet Service provider !!! Also had Connect the nearest contact person, So please do not share the link for nearest area contact person. Provide the solution @youbroadband @VodafoneIN @vodafone

    @youbroadband It's been two days ,the problem from your side is not rectified yet. Now ,the thing is...the customer are sufferers. Two days I haven't used your internet and as we paid the amount in advance , I am in total loss. Compensate with extension of my data validity pack.
