@TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

Worst Service provided by #YOUBROADBAND. Don't buy service from #YOUBROADBAND Internet connection frequently disconnects & No one to resolve your issue after 5:30pm. Customer care is available, but NO Internet, No Service executive to resolve your complaint!

@youbroadband I have requested for a new connection on January 16th 2023, Payment was asked to be done upfront which i did, but the connection is still not setup. I’d like to initiate a refund. Let me know the process as the customer care representatives are not responding
