    @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

    @youbroadband it has been over a week, that there is not internet connectivity at my place. A week back i complained but there wasnt any fullproof rectification and after that everyday they change the estimated time of rectification. Please help me out ASAP. HELP!!!!!!

    @youbroadband You Broadband has cheated me. The sales executive Nishanti made me do a payment of 2997 & said my Broadband connection will be setup by 30th Dec Evening. But soon after the payment she switched of her phone & now I am stuck. Pathetic service @VodafoneIN #cheated

    @youbroadband From last 48 hours no internet and no resolution after multiple complaints . Customer care executive not transferring call to supervisor , no mail reply nothing . Worst service and worst customer care
