    @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

    @youbroadband my internet not wokring since last 8 days. multiple time i have raised but no solution. almost everyday i log the ticket. its badly impacting my work. such a poor service.

    @youbroadband I am having internet issues since the last 2 days and no proper response from the team. Even Nodal Office is not responding properly. Why is it that we never get the value for our money.

    @youbroadband one of the worse service i ever use. I'm new to youbroadband it's been 10 days now. I used internet even less 5 days of that. Your customer support is even worse than your service and most worse part is i have paid you for next 6 months(1/2)

    @youbroadband if you look at the number of compalins i have made at the call center is just pathetic..its been 3 months and no one from your side has even tried to solve my issue.. you can imagine the level of customer satisfaction

    @youbroadband As soon as I told him I am going to file a complaint, I was immediately told that I am coming for the installation right now. Is this a god damn joke? The payment (security deposit or Rs. 1,999 has been made just now. (5)

    @youbroadband this company is telling some issue for last 1 month. And still not giving any solution fir internet disturbation .. i have compalin for many times but still they are seeming like an unknown reason.. why they dont have man powers for solution helling such issue.
