    @youbroadband third class support in Gondal Road, Rajkot area. Internet is down everyday 2 times in a day. Third class.

    @youbroadband Pathetic service. Very poor customer care. Since January 2026, I had internet not working issues 5 times and during these times out of around 100 days of 2026 connection has been down for more than 60 days. They don't have staff at Rajkot for service

    Please do not go for @youbroadband Worst service, worst experience. It has been down for more than 24 hrs in Kothrud area Pune. And this has happened twice is last couple of weeks. @youbroadband is useless and they don't care

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband Abhiram, I’ve already contacted your tech support more than 50 times — calls, emails, follow-ups — and still got zero resolution. Stop giving copy-paste replies. This has been going on since 11 May. No connection, no refund. Just empty promises #scam

    @youbroadband You Broadband service is not reliable. For the last 10+ days, the internet service down in the Gondal area, Rajkot. Not receiving any response or support YOU team. This lack of support and communication is unacceptable. Kindly process the refund me ID: 2103745

    @youbroadband have collected all support tickets, emails, tweets & call records. I’m waiting till Monday—after that I’ll file a complaint in Consumer Court. I waited this long because your service was good for years, but the last 2 months have been extremely disappointing. Please resolve
