    @youbroadband U’ve been “noting the concern” for days now, but there is still no proper resolution. Your technician visited, checked the terrace, said there is a cable issue from your side and that he would return after checking the adjacent building —but he never came back.

    Please do not go for @youbroadband Worst service, worst experience. It has been down for more than 24 hrs in Kothrud area Pune. And this has happened twice is last couple of weeks. @youbroadband is useless and they don't care
