    @youbroadband Worst Customer service, I have requested for new connection, took money from me prior and when executive reached here, he left saying that there is no option for new connection here, then why it takes 45 business days to refund the customer money?

    @youbroadband Why does You broadband go off several times EVERY DAY? in Pune Kothrud area. For the high charges we are paying we expect Continuous service. You cannot have breakdowns or outages every day! Do we need to shift to a better provider??

    Pathetic customer service by you broad band. Once you lodge a complaint a person comes without ID card and goes and does not prrovide solution. @youbroadband
