    @youbroadband sucks big time. Every 3rd day they have maintances issue for 2-3 hours, no consistent speed, I have opted for 60 MBPS plan but most of the time its 50, though I have paid for 60. Called customer care about both the issue they said we will look into thia and its same

    @youbroadband your services have reached an all time low. 48 hours and the internet is still not working. Concerned Person is not taking any call. My kids are missing school, and I am changing the service the first chance I get. Worst internet service ever.

    @youbroadband still how many more days do you need to solve a small issue. It has been already 5 days since internet in my locality is down and the only response I am getting is “ Sir we will get the internet up and running soon” . Please define “soon”

    @youbroadband Three days no Wifi, several desperate calls for assistance and still no response. Customer care replies saying complaint is noted and then 0 response. Your worst Internet connectivity amidst my WFH has given more anxiety than anything else!
