    @youbroadband Dear Team, I've been facing internet issues since the day I've got it installed. The internet goes on & off always. Even after multiple complaints, no one has yet approached me to fix it. Infact I've been fooled saying that I'll get fibre but got copper connection.

    @youbroadband Such a worst service.From two days we are not having internet and your engineer is saying the server is down.The rules are to be changed for the service provider if they are unable to rectify the problems
