    @youbroadband every week we face half day loss of my work. When we complain ur people said will not refund u just go for one year or close. Great service with rude behaviour

    @youbroadband third class support in Gondal Road, Rajkot area. Internet is down everyday 2 times in a day. Third class.

    Dear @youbroadband my username is sarav3 last Sunday my internet connectivity was not working so I registered a complaint , technicians visited and said connecting wire Between my wifi router and broadband modem was damaged and assured me it will be replaced by Monday and closed.

    @youbroadband Service in Kothrud, Pune disrupted since 3 days.. No internet at all. When called they just keep telling me that there is an outage and keep increasing the estimated time by 2/3 hours... Please look into it

    Although they are super incompetent, we are definitely more stupider thinking this fraudulent broadband service even knows what they are doing or employees competent employees. Never fixate to the scam that is #youbroadband. I already got my apartment to rid of this **** service.

    @youbroadband , R U care serve customer ethically? CC588781. Sub charge paid 17Oct. Ur marketing told me 2days for installation from payment. Can U take action your executive for giving false commitment? Can U get me installation done today. I hv all the evidences to share here.

    @youbroadband love how you guys send me payment reminders despite my internet not working for weeks on end. Apparently I can't get in touch with even a single service agent to report my problem. Your automated voice call asks me to press 1 for connectivity related issses.

    @youbroadband ridiculous service, no action taken on my transfer request. I have 5 more months remaining on your good for nothing network, otherwise I would've happily shifted to Jio right now! Worst customer service!

    @youbroadband @consumerhelpli2 I gave YOU sufficient time. I didn't see any impact of email/Twitter so I compliment it. After 8 days of compliment, nothing is happening. So I feel, it is a system problem. After my refund, I will go for RTI, how much money is pending with you as a deposit?
