    @youbroadband even if the internet is not working, you broadband sends sms that compliant is resolved. This is too much

    Never get @youbroadband for Internet. I got 200mbps connection almost one month ago. Average speed was 30mbps. This is not bad, this is cheating. @VodafoneGroup

    @youbroadband my internet connection is not working from past 5 days.. I have been trying to call engineer.. he is not picking call.. he is saying it ll b ready in half an hr frm past 5 days..

    @youbroadband My Broadband service totally dead from last 5 days. I have complained about it. But no one take seriously. I made to many calls to customer care they said your complaint is in forworded in technical department. But stil no solution . My complaint no : 2020111914333.

    @youbroadband Connectivity keeps down most of the time. Whenever I complain on customer care;they say we'll escalate the issue to the concerned team.But no solid actions are taken. इसके अलावा 100Mbps के प्लानमे 2-3Mbps का ही स्पीड आता है। Reg.User Id: pd70. Rectify this honestly.

    @youbroadband my net is not working since afternoon, and without information the service was made down and still no one has came to rectify issue.
