    @youbroadband every week we face half day loss of my work. When we complain ur people said will not refund u just go for one year or close. Great service with rude behaviour

    @youbroadband You are the leader in providing third-class service. If somebody will ask me to grade your services then I will ask if any negative number available in terms of hundreds then and then only I will grade your service with a huge negative number.

    @GTPL_Care You are worst ISP. All my complaints get resolved automatically without solving the actual issue. I just want a visit for my router configuration but the complaint automatically resolves. Worst Customer service, @youbroadband is much better

    @ViZzFans @ACTFibernet @TBearslayer The worst service provided by #youbroadband it's six days and ours isn't working. Nobody taking any responsibility. Pure mental harrassment in a wfh scenario.

    @youbroadband Your customer care does not respond and your engineer don't reply to call either. Internet is gone from last 2 days. But no response from your team. Registered so many complains from your app. But those are automatically resolved. You don't care about customers.

    Worst customer service should be given to @youbroadband ahemdabad.Our internet is down for almost a week.But after several complains neither a technician was assigned nor any assistance was given.With WFH scenario&online classes its too difficult to manage #Ahmedabad#youbroadband
