    @youbroadband @harry_chennai @youbroadband while installing I was told I will get refund to my source account once I return my wifi router. It’s been more than 2 months and n no. Emails now they are telling me they will issue a cheque. This nonsense has to stop #cheating customers give me my money back asap

    @youbroadband OK! Timeline for your kind reference: - The router was picked up on 29th April, 2022! - I was asked to raise the refund request on 3rd Dec after multiple complaints! - It's been 26 days already since the complaint and the request!

    Hey @youbroadband, the Internet’s been down for more than a day now and there has been no communication from you. Called the helpline but wasn’t ‘help’ful. You did not have the decency to provide a reason or a ETA. Pathetic service. @TRAI #ConsumerRights

    @youbroadband @vimlesh_tiwari Its an pathetic service from last 2 years. Your service has been pathetic in last 2 years with outrage in my area minimum twice a week. Which counts approximately 3 days a month, which is 24 days a year. These guys simply cut of connection for 24 days to save their costs
