@youbroadband your services have been stopped in my area due to technical issues, the service is stopped after a week from the day the paid my bill amount. I need a refund, as you can't provide the service (Tech team confirm). I spoke to Customer care I couldn't get any response!

I have discontinued @youbroadband from 18th July 2021, but they qre jot providing refund my deposit. I have called customer care support many times. Complaint num- 2021100405477 Accnum- bjp1452 @Vodafone_Ind

@youbroadband 'YOU' are the worst ISP I have ever encountered.Having network outage for 2 days straight and CustService does not know when the outage is going to get over.We are just sitting when will the network will be up again and we can work so we can pay your charges

@youbroadband Have you ever made a new rule that if a customer complains to you, he or she must have a PC or laptop in his or her home? And then the complaint is disposed of? Today I faced this problem.
