    @youbroadband Your issue was resolved just 3 days ago, and now the same network problem is back again! How many times are customers expected to suffer due to repeated poor service? This is becoming extremely frustrating. Please provide a permanent solution.

    Wrost internet service ever faced. No customer support after complaints 12th of aug. No expert solution from experts. Customer care don’t have much answers. Customer can not track the engineer. Even manager doesn’t know about it. @youbroadband

    @youbroadband you guys are here just to scam people. I've been facing internet issues since last 10 days but still not one engineer has cared to visit and address the issue. @Vadcitypolice I am tired to coordinating with them because they don't care to resolve customer complaints

    @youbroadband @jagograhakjago My internet has been completely down since 6 June 2026. I've raised multiple complaints, and each time it works for 5 minutes before failing again. Technicians have visited multiple times but no permanent fix. Please resolve this today 2026061804648

    Stay away from YouBroadband from VI in pune. Been without internet for several days and service requests are unattended. Customers are taken for granted. #youbroadband #Vodafone
