@youbroadband is the most worst Internet provide ever seen . Every week 2 days I am not geting the internet.nobody is solving the issue. Junction box is in my home. Pulled it off and thrown out of my home even I have 45 days of validity. Fedup with the @youbroadband @TV9Telugu

@youbroadband Very Poor service and connection. Every weekend internet gone and did not resolve till Monday afternoon @youbroadband does not provide exact solutions and its employee behavior with the existing customer is so rude and they are not providing the proper answers to us.

@youbroadband Pathetic service had a request raised for shifting connection its been more than a month still i didn’t get the connection already paid the shifting fees this is unacceptable.
