@ViCustomerCare Hi Laxmikant, do you feel since August 20 I have not visited the website and done the needful. Have done each and every aspect about the same. Hope you understand things. Have sent approx 30 plus mails to @youbroadband but they don't have time to read and provide proper solution

@youbroadband You have very third grade service since i hv already disconnected the connection 4 months back due to bad service but despite of giving multiple complaints my security deposit is not been refunded also these people are not responding to my complaints.

@youbroadband No services since yesterday evening. ETA was 9 Apr midnight. There have been just too many instances of breakdown in recent times. Return our money if you can't provide decent service.
