@vikramsathaye @youbroadband Same is the case with me. Got @youbroadband connection a month ago and have registered for complaints on majority of days of that month. Frustrated by their service and their excuse that yesterday was not a working day. 😡😡😡

@youbroadband , I am an Idea broadband customer in Pune. The migration of Idea broadband into You broadband has managed to keep me without internet since April 1. Many requests to customer care, they promise to transfer to service department . There is no service. Please check.

@consumerforum_ There r plenty bt my recent exp with @youbroadband. They delayed my request of change of add and I couldn’t use the Internet for 1 month, they don’t give complaint no’s when called at call Center. My money is wasted, now I’ve shifted to airtel.

@youbroadband Most pathetic and worst company. It's been more than 9 months and my refund amount is still not given. The local nashik team says it's not in our hands, the customer care isn't responding. @ViCustomerCare it's powered by you but unfortunately it's just the same way you are.@TRAI
