I have to call technician daily to ask update on the issue. Very frustrating @youbroadband I would not recommend it to anyone

alfeela (@alfeela1) reported@youbroadband it is the most pathetic service provider in visakhapatnam. I have taken a plan of 40mbps but the speed is always less than 10. Even the customer service is pathetic. Being paying such hefty amount for services & not getting is very disappointing
