    @youbroadband Using your service since 2013 but of late the standards have deteriorated to extents that I told my team to not consider you for our office requirement. Pathetic service doesn't just lose your existing customers but also affects the addition of new ones. Another vi in the making

    @youbroadband @youbroadband I have contacted customer care multiple times and received only false assurances, which is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Grievance Portal TRAI for further action. Kindly treat this as urgent.

    @youbroadband I not able to access the internet from past week. I created an issue ticket on the 15th, but the assigned engineer has not been responding, and their phone has been switched off. I am unsure of how to escalate the issue, and it is impacting my office work.
