    @gnr9712 @youbroadband @youbroadband our tickets are being resolved automatically without even visiting the site. Engineers ask for pictures and videos on whatsapp, ask which light is blinking and which not, and brings solution over a phone. Please see the screenshot - I raised ticket almost everyday.

    @youbroadband service is getting worst everyday, last week there was no internet for 3 days and this week it's down since Tuesday and internet speed is not even half of my said package.
