    @nirajvasavada @reliancejio I faced worst experience frm vapi office of @youbroadband.They told connection is feasible, took money for entire year plan, after a week when we inquired they informed opp. Society is not giving permission & will gv refund after 45 days.

    @youbroadband I’ve been complaining since yesterday for my wifi not working. It’s been 24 hours now and there’s no technical help I’ve received. Your customer care is hopeless. All that they say is that it is on priority and will be fixed soon.

    Have too much money and feeling down in life here's a sure shot way of getting endless headache get a @youbroadband connection and pay money for a service which is never given even after a week. Talk about money down the drain

    @youbroadband not having Internet connection for almost 7 days , call centre say no issue from there end , on ground person isn't responding and I know for a fact that my wan is not getting a ip and the switch is not working request help at the earliest as internet is a essential
