  @youbroadband my wifi is not working since last 4 days , i tried to reach service provide and also customer care, they keep saying we are sending service executive engineer to look after the problem and resolve. But no one tried to reach. What the hell kind of service is this????

  @youbroadband @youbroadband My internet has been completely down since 6 June 2026. I've raised multiple complaints, and each time it works for 5 minutes before failing again. Technicians have visited multiple times but no permanent fix. Please resolve this today 2026061804648

  @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

  @youbroadband U’ve been “noting the concern” for days now, but there is still no proper resolution. Your technician visited, checked the terrace, said there is a cable issue from your side and that he would return after checking the adjacent building —but he never came back.

  @AshJ13 @youbroadband pls take jio. i have been sitting with no internet since 4 days in hyderabad. the ticket is raised since 4 days. labor strike i guess. someone assigned himself then again unassigned himself from the ticket. pathetic service. you broadband doesnt care.

  A huge shoutout to @youbroadband for redefining customer service! 🎉 My internet has been down for 4 days. I've called customer care 3 times a day, and not a single technician has shown up. Impressive consistency. 👏 The technician must be taking the scenic route around the 🌍

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @youbroadband Again Airtel Wi-Fi is down since 6 am this morning. What are you guys upto? Every other weekend you guys go down. I have found another ISP, and going to switch now
