    @youbroadband do you even care about your clients or ur customer service that you are so proud of? 10 days since the complaint launched but no single response! My Internet is down since then. Req ID 2021051819166. So frustrating.

    @youbroadband After almost a week, after multiple chasing. Now he is asking to pay chq return charges, ur guys delayed the process, I repaid the amount via phonepe, why should I pay chq return charges for ur delays and unethical customer care.

    @youbroadband 1) there was no feasibility in our area but still you took money on May 1st . Till now I haven’t got any refund or cheque? How many days will you need ?? Such poor service with dumbest customer care. Appellate is non sense which doesn’t even have care

    @youbroadband , I need contact number of responsible person who can solved my issue. from 18th may 2021, my broadband connection is not working and i register complained on same day. Till today i did not get resolution. daily twice i called in customer care and raised my concern.
