  @youbroadband the issue is simple and can be resolved in a couple of minutes, now i have to wait (standard response) for 24 hour. Why is this such a challenge esp when it is not an outage. Now your engineers will call me like crazy people before midday tomorrow to ask... #2

  @youbroadband pathetic internet service in Hadapsar, Pune area. I'm sick and tired of raising complaints almost everyday but all your technical engineers do is close my SR request without even calling me or knowing my problem. This comes from a YouTube Streamer.

  @AkiKulkarni @youbroadband Youbroadband is the worst internet service provider. The day before yesterday, I registered complaint regarding frequent disconnectivity issue and asked engineer to visit at my home. No engineer came to see the problem and app reflected that my ticket was cancelled.

  @youbroadband Your service engineers and customer support executives simply register complaints. They don't solve issues on permanent basis. They close service requests as they wish without knowing whether the problem is resolved or not from customer end.
