    Hi @youbroadband pune, We enrolled for ₹3439 200mbps plan, Just 2-3days we start to used your services 1. Speed we are getting 30mbps 2. In last 72hours we hardly got 4-5 hours service. 3. Customer representative not attending calls. Complete wastage of money @jagograhakjago Ty

    @youbroadband i have opted for 125 mpbs and previous plan is 75 mbps and still the same and reached customer care many times still the same and no1 is responding yet.I'm still getting the old speed instead of new speed i.e. 125 mbpswaste broadband waste... #Telangana @DoT_India

    @youbroadband pathetic service, Internet not working from last 2 days, no one is helping, even customer care people don't know how to talk to customer! Insane!

    It is really a bad thing if I dont get any prior intimation that there is going to be an internet outage in my area @youbroadband, it would be great if you do so. I would plan the outage time accordingly!

    @youbroadband im experiencing worst internet service , even though if it works internet is being fluctuated i removed the Cable restarted router did everything,everyday few hours internet is working and few hours it isn't working. if i use it for 2hrs other 2hrs it won't work
