    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband A complaint is already registered with Youbroadband from my mobile App on 29th Sept but till now it’s not been resolved. Six months subscription is paid in advance. Five days are already lost.

    @youbroadband @TRAI Escalation at whatever level is not working as per assurance given by call centre representative today is Friday do you work on Saturday and Sunday for providing and supporting internet services?

    @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband you guys are the worst ISP. Its been two days since the internet has been gone. No intimation,no resolution till now and your customer care is trash. The representative don’t t even lift the call. You guys are good at fake promising and fooling.

    @youbroadband Using your service since 2013 but of late the standards have deteriorated to extents that I told my team to not consider you for our office requirement. Pathetic service doesn't just lose your existing customers but also affects the addition of new ones. Another vi in the making

    My Internet Account is with YouTelecom, My Account No. 2299364 From last one month i need to call everyday to get service for which i have paid and getting harassed daily and today i advise people, you need Iron heart and Free Time to take internet connection from @youbroadband

    @youbroadband always has speed issue and disconnects itself. Right now too your services are down i had raised ticket yesterday no action taken. You have become worst broadband service provider from best.

    @youbroadband your services are down in Bandra West!!! Why are the helpline numbers mentioned on your website for Mumbai 91212 91212 and 1800 121 222 not working??? Why have you removed your app from the Apple App Store? How do you expect customers to file a complaint???
