@VodafoneIN @youbroadband A complaint is already registered with Youbroadband from my mobile App on 29th Sept but till now it’s not been resolved. Six months subscription is paid in advance. Five days are already lost.

@youbroadband The service is pathetic; just two days ago, the internet was disconnected for two days, and since yesterday, the internet has not worked, and most importantly, none of the executives helped me solve the issue. Almost 7 days internet is not working in month of Dec.

Dear fourth grade @youbroadband , your engineer came today morning but couldn’t solve it. He said he will send cyber team. Now they are showing fingers to each other. No one responding now. Kindly disconnect & refund asap as you can’t solve it! Worst service!

@youbroadband Team, I have applied for a refund on 15 oct till today i haven't received my refund yet i have called many times but no genuine reply it pathetic experience . More Than 83 days over i haven't received . please look forward or i have to complaint on consumer court

@youbroadband this is highly disappointing . only sending a message that problem is rectified when it is not rectified is not done that too twice. most unprofessional. my 2 children have gone to starbucks to study. this is terrible service. and there seems to be no concern too
