    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband A complaint is already registered with Youbroadband from my mobile App on 29th Sept but till now it’s not been resolved. Six months subscription is paid in advance. Five days are already lost.

    @youbroadband if it's a non working day of @youbroadband you can assume that it is your also. Never opt you broadband. Many other Internet service providers provide services on your working day.

    @youbroadband For the past 7 days there has been almost no internet service. Raising a complaint has become a daily chore. Even if the service is working, the speeds are horrible. You need to compensate this week by atleast providing extra 7 days. #YouBroadband

    @youbroadband It’s been more than 24 hours that I’ve lodged a #complaint and there has been no response. Now your helpline is also unreachable. Technicians are not responding to calls. It’s a horrible experience. Only positive is that I checked my #Twitter after ages.

    dear @youbroadband and @consumerforum_ I have requested to close my account on 6th Feb. it has been more than a month but have not got any update on refund of my deposit. Whenever i call your customer care team they take new request but do not provide status of old request.

    @youbroadband do you really care about your customers? Your executive visited my place two days fao to resolve a connectivity related issue, that was solved, and today am facing another issue... I have no internet...

    @youbroadband 3rd class service providers. Worst broadband service providers. Our services are affected in your area we are working on it, you will get this msg every 2nd day and the service affected time (7hours, 8Hours) For what we are paying? Your affected service? 😠😠😠
