    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband A complaint is already registered with Youbroadband from my mobile App on 29th Sept but till now it’s not been resolved. Six months subscription is paid in advance. Five days are already lost.

    @youbroadband if you don't provide a good service then tell us. We can purchase others broadband plan.. since 5 year i am continuously using your service but now days its too bad 👎 in our area. Even 2 person transfer to GTPL should i have to do? Tell us. Its not big deal.

    @youbroadband slowest internet. With 125mbps plan getting speed of < 2 mbps. Totally waste of money. Even customer care also very slow and ignore most of the time.

    @youbroadband horrendous customer service. My 30 days ends today and in the morning my account was suspended. At 1029am payment was made for ₹1325 UPI Ref no 104910767469 same was sent to the accounts person at 1230pm. At 645pm I get a call saying no payment has been received

    @youbroadband I have been facing issues since the time YOU is installed. If I share a recent scenario then since Sunday i.e 14th Feb to Friday I.e 19th Feb, my wifi isn't working and have logged complain on your app and on toll free number and local people but yet no revert.

    @youbroadband My connection line has been down for two days. I couldn't reach you on mobile app as it is showing outage in area. No one bothers lifting my phone calls. Your service has been worsening in these days. Educate your local partners and technicians.
