@VodafoneIN @youbroadband A complaint is already registered with Youbroadband from my mobile App on 29th Sept but till now it’s not been resolved. Six months subscription is paid in advance. Five days are already lost.

@youbroadband hello if any one available please let me know who are responsible for connectivity issue. If you have one month plan and your internet close upto 20 days. So you use 10 day internet service so what about 20 days internet service.

@youbroadband Representative from youbroadband visited my house on 20/01/21 to collect the modem and he advised that cheque in respect of security deposit shall come within 45 days.However, after lapse of 3 months , I have not received my refund yet. Pathetic customer service !!!
