    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband A complaint is already registered with Youbroadband from my mobile App on 29th Sept but till now it’s not been resolved. Six months subscription is paid in advance. Five days are already lost.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have spoken with person from customer care and they said there are no such policy for validity extension. What if internet is disrupted for entire month ??🤔 Customer gonna lose entire recharge plan for month ??😑 Youbroadband is giving extension for loss of pay why not Jio ??

    @youbroadband My internet has been down since past 4 days. It went down the day I renewed it for a month. For last three days I have been registering complaints but there has been no response from your side. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
