@VodafoneIN @youbroadband A complaint is already registered with Youbroadband from my mobile App on 29th Sept but till now it’s not been resolved. Six months subscription is paid in advance. Five days are already lost.

@youbroadband I have not Activated RBS queue as well. Your customer service says we cannot do anything here and they even cannot prove who activated this RBS queue for one month. They are reluctant to provide me the validity till October 2021 for which I had paid around 13,000 Rs

@youbroadband It's been two years we are facing internet issues each month. Each month internet is down for 2-3 days and we are told that the problem is power issue. Since 2 years they are not able to fix the same issue which is occurring continuously.
