    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband A complaint is already registered with Youbroadband from my mobile App on 29th Sept but till now it’s not been resolved. Six months subscription is paid in advance. Five days are already lost.

    @youbroadband useless CC(both email and phn ) . I give power to 1 of ur ntwrk box . I have to get pwr days credits. I mailed & phnd CC so many times, CC says issue will be sorted in 24 busnes hrs ,bt nothing happens . Add power days to my account . Acnt. No.: ass351

    I have purchased a plan of 50 Mbps but the speed never crossed 50 Kbps even when your technician told me to change my Wifi router @youbroadband

    Its been more than a couple of months I installed @youbroadband and not even a single week did I get access to the Internet on Sundays. The worst part is I don't have access to any other network in my area. If you all have an option please opt for that. Worst experience ever.

    @TataSky The Broadband connection guy mentioned I cannot have second broadband connection with the same cell number. How very archaic for a tech company losing a customer due to self limiting processes and technology. @youbroadband allows multiple connections on one cell no.
