@VodafoneIN @youbroadband A complaint is already registered with Youbroadband from my mobile App on 29th Sept but till now it’s not been resolved. Six months subscription is paid in advance. Five days are already lost.

@youbroadband I'm your costomer since 2 years. This Sunday ( 30th May ) I've renewed my pack and to my internet was not working. I contact local office they said to wait for some time . Monday morning I've filed a official complaint regarding the same.

@youbroadband There's been constant internet outages in my area (pin code 422009) since few days. Whenever I complain, the ticket gets resolved automatically! Nobody seems to care about this issue, and have to suffer during my exams due to this ****** internet experience.

@youbroadband bad service. I had a plan of 50MBPS and then upgraded to 200MBPS, but there was no improvement in the speed. So I raised a complaint, the executive visited and told that the cable needs to be changed. Now they closed the service request without changing the cable.
