@VodafoneIN @youbroadband A complaint is already registered with Youbroadband from my mobile App on 29th Sept but till now it’s not been resolved. Six months subscription is paid in advance. Five days are already lost.

@youbroadband Fix your billing system which forces customers to take 12 months of Frame-IP if they have already subscribed for 12 months of Internet. Alternately, put up an FAQ page which explain what the Frame-IP does not offer, compared to a static IP, no answer from support.

Sir you call yourself India's largest Internet service provider and yet it is the worst service I have ever received. We have registered a complaint on the 3rd, have made numerous phone calls and even emails to your customer care but no response and no resolution. @youbroadband

@youbroadband @TRAI Account closure request was given in last week of October and Modem submitted after a week. Have logged multiple requests for refund. Still no response. User ID : pk8654 . Last ticket no. : 2020121609376 hoping for quick resolution.

@youbroadband what bullshit service you guys have!! Every single day I the internet service is affected & down for atleast 4 hours....evry single day! Pls check for service in area 395009 (Surat-Adajan).People are losing trust in your service & it won't be long before they quit.

@youbroadband you guys have the most pathetic internet connection in India. Unfortunately I do not have any premium internet service providers in my area, hence I am stuck with you. Without exaggerating, out of the 365 days in my 12 month plan, 90 days have been out of service.

@youbroadband the worst internet service I have ever experienced in Hyderabad. It breaks down at least once in a week. The only thing worse than you internet is your customer service!! Please rectify immediately.
