  @youbroadband @youbroadband1 10-15 years as your customer. Frequent outages, and now completely down since yesterday right when I have online exams. Multiple complaints, zero resolution, zero support. This is how you treat a loyal customer? Fix this or I’m switching providers.

  @youbroadband I don’t live near Jantar Mantar. My internet has been down for over 24 hours despite raising a formal complaint through your app. The issue seems a broken cable, and there has been no resolution. Please get this fixed as soon as possible.
