    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband A complaint is already registered with Youbroadband from my mobile App on 29th Sept but till now it’s not been resolved. Six months subscription is paid in advance. Five days are already lost.

    @youbroadband Acc no: 1834866. Been having high ping on all servers, and generally poor routing. Problem has gone on for over 2 weeks, no responses, no resolutions. Will have to discontinue if this goes on.

    @youbroadband how stupid means the new connection is not even seeing feasibility of the location and applying & sending payment link.. after i pay the amount technician calls and says no feasibility. When will i recovery amount then ? My number 9912199129

    @youbroadband Sabotage agaist You Broadband of Voda/Idea in Pune? Every week during workdays, You broadband connection (expected to be a 200Mbps speed) goes down or becomes pathetic for office work at prime location in Pune. DM'ed A/c number to YouBB @VodafoneIT @ViBusinessIndia

    @youbroadband #badcustomerservice #Refund #youbroadband We paid 12 months advance but shifted to other place. Transfer requested, YOU team said we don't service there whereas we got new YOU connection. Now not giving refund for 7 months unused service.
