    @youbroadband pathetic service, no resolution, complaint pending since 4 days, your 24 working hours never gets finished. Everyday downtime, no resolutions and you call yourself an ISP !! Pathetic corporate thief !!

    @youbroadband The service in my area are down since last 14 hours, your app tells me that the service will be restored by 23 Nov 8:53 PM, however even on 24 Nov 9 PM service are not restored.

    Never get @youbroadband for Internet. I got 200mbps connection almost one month ago. Average speed was 30mbps. This is not bad, this is cheating. @VodafoneGroup

    @youbroadband @youbroadband Pathetic internet connection and worse customer service. User name :Ishan0011 account no : 2038371 Internet connection not working, raised multiple complaints through app, mail to customer care , nodal officer ,appellate authority - no action taken.

    @youbroadband In these days of techmological advancements when people are streaming, watching amazing content, I have to use my mobile data to finish my work. If you can't handle a large customer base. Please provide refuns and we are happy to join another service provider.

    @youbroadband Pathetic service from you broadband. Usename : Ishan0011 Account number : 2038371 address : ISRO Vikramnagar colony, Ahmedabad Paid in advance for 12 months. Internet doesnt works daily full day and comes back in night. Complained several times, no action from you broadband

    @youbroadband Your customer care service operators have memorised an answer" We will escalate your issue" and been hearing the same response. Moreover, i was amazed to hear that they cant get me connected to higher authority or engineers as they dont have authority. Wao #complain

    @youbroadband Totally poor service don't go with this company whole eductive staff is misbehave and scammers. If you go with this company your money will definitely blocked .
