    @ViCustomerCare I have even talked to person name Mr. Chirag(Sr. Manager) from Ahmedabad office. He disconnect my call when I asked for solution. You are providing mental stress since 15 days. Took my money in advance and now no proper response. Pathetic. @youbroadband

    @youbroadband ur wifi services were already sucking it is sucking even more now from past 2 days ur wifi is not working if this problem is not fixed permanently I will make sure that u get bad reviews n complain will be done in consumer forum n TRAI.

    @youbroadband can you hire someone to read the tweets, & also some customer care executives to give useful answers on phone calls, & also some Technicians to look at my modem upgrade requests & also some Engineers to improve ur network?

    @youbroadband Very dissatisfied with the service. Already Registered 50+ complaints through app and no customer care executive handled complaints properly. Emails & calls are just waste of time. Going to discontinue service as soon as plan gets over.

    @mohanrajana @youbroadband They had an amazing app where we could put the plan for hold when we are not using it and had gops service to couple of years back, so I had preferred it, did mistake. I will have to go back to ACT.

    @Airtel_Presence a customer moved from @youbroadband hoping your fiber will not drop connections won’t drop frequently, and that’s so true .. It does not drop because it does not even connect at the first place & your installation engineer is not honest , so does your support

    @ViCustomerCare Your so called Tech Team is not capable of solving issue since 15 days. They are still counting the starts. I have called thousands of time and done mail also but none of your authority is looking into this matter and you are loosing your valuable clients. @youbroadband
