    @youbroadband I am facing some serious issue with the net connection from the past 3-4 day. I am not able raise a complaint via the App . As we all are working from home kindly resolve the issue.

    On the other @youbroadband has been hopeless they removed the backup power box about 6 months ago... so wherever power goes internet goes down.... Reaching there support is a nightmare.... looks like they don't care about users in our building.

    @youbroadband multiple frequent disconnections from months. What a pathetic service ! @bsnlbroadband is lot better than your broadband connection. Is there any option for refund ?

    @youbroadband @vodafonein1 What kind of **** services do you give, estimated up time in Navsari locality was 12:06 PM, it's 4 PM and your internet still not working, I can't even reach the support service as the same up time pops up, you can't charge me for one whole day.

    @youbroadband New update over internet disconnection of this service - it will take more than 10 days for a disconnection and after 10 days you'll blamed for using internet during disconnection. Tried to speak to the supervisor but, same agent speaks back changing language. 👏🏻

    @youbroadband #BadService Your Service in Vadodara is Extremely Bad. The Six Months Advance Payment of Rs.4200/- made in December but the quality of service is very poor. Despite regular follow up, your officials only give assurance but no action since last 12 days. Help.
