@youbroadband upgraded to 150 mbps unlimited plan, speed is extremely slow, not even upto 10 mbps, no support since yesterday in spite of repeated follow up with local office at Powai. Came to know yesterday that the tower does not have more than 60mbps capacity

@youbroadband my net is down since Friday called the helpline and made a complain on your app. Escalated it twice still no response. Been with uguys for 10 years the worst service ever knowing with WFH internet is crucial part of it. No one should ever subscribe to you

@youbroadband Really regret I bought your broadband conn. Your installation team doesn't show up and pick calls only until payment is made. Your customer executive hangs up on me. Your technical team ask me to wait for 7 days for username and pswd after installation is done.
