    @youbroadband @jagograhakjago There is disconnection since 15 days, Everyday I am complaining but no solution is being provided. My work is getting affected. Kindly refund my money. It is better to switch to other ISP, even my mobile internet is better. Worthless piece of sh**.

    @youbroadband very pathetic service. Internet service since many days. Trying to raise service request through app, but no response. Tried getting in touch with responsible officials but they are just ignoring without any response. Seems like company is not interested.

    @youbroadband can you update status of request no. 2021060122119. Your customer care don't have this request in their records. They are ready to loose customer but not ready to support. I can see this req no in your great app.

    @youbroadband such pathetick service it's been 5 days my network is down there was outage mention over the application. Teletcaller agent not helping nor his senior stating cannot escalate issue. They are working on it even though I hv already raise request sent email to care
