    @youbroadband @AshJ13 Veena9470. The box i guess is switched off again. Every week i have to raise request. Every week for atleast 3 days my internet is disconnected. Horrible experience.

    @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband you guys are the worst ISP. Its been two days since the internet has been gone. No intimation,no resolution till now and your customer care is trash. The representative don’t t even lift the call. You guys are good at fake promising and fooling.

    @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!

    @youbroadband I was having a you broadband connection and in January suddenly internet stopped working and then I waited full month of January getting frustrated but didn't receive service so i closed my broadband connection out of frustration and my plan was still more than half remaining.

    @youbroadband @youbroadband1 10-15 years as your customer. Frequent outages, and now completely down since yesterday right when I have online exams. Multiple complaints, zero resolution, zero support. This is how you treat a loyal customer? Fix this or I’m switching providers.
