    @youbroadband Broadband service in our area Santacruz West Mumbai down for 4 days. Pathetic service in this day and age. No contact person to get updates only IVR. Hope this reaches someone who is responsible.

    @youbroadband internet has been down since 3 days. Helpline execs promise a call from the technician but it never happens. The execs promise to escalate the matter but nothing happens. Got a faster callback to change Internet plans than to rectify the problem. Pathetic service!

    @youbroadband My internet has been shut off since Monday. First we were told it is area outage and after that got fixed, our internet still didn't work. We noted a complaint and yet no one has as yet sent a technician.

    @youbroadband1 @youbroadband I have taken a new internet connection in Surat city on the 6th of this month. For the first 10 days, I faced no issues & was happy with your services But on the 15th of May, I started facing issues disconnections and no internet.
