    @youbroadband worst services provided by you. Got the Internet connection but I never get internet. Despite multiple complaints I never get resolution- only get message that engineer will visit and help but it never happens and you guys charge a bomb. Need the money back

    @youbroadband #Worstservice in #Ahmedabad I am paying for 100mbps but every now and then there is an outage. I recommend not to opt for its service if you have other options.

    @youbroadband quick question? How do you guys operate on such business model standing on pile of complaints of worst internet service? Customer: pays for service, bare burn of blame games of your agents, apologize to mates in middle of lost connectivity during meetings. YOU:NA.

    @youbroadband I recently got my internet connection from y’all. Things started falling apart after payment for service were made. From installation of router to loosing connection in middle of important meetings. Who would you reach out to for this problem?
