    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

    @youbroadband @youbroadband I have contacted customer care multiple times and received only false assurances, which is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Grievance Portal TRAI for further action. Kindly treat this as urgent.

    @youbroadband you have a third class and disappointing service , shame on you as your app is not on iOS nor your phone lines works. Struggling for last 2 days as no internet . Is this company alive or dead? No one bothers for the customers. Get up and help the customers

    @youbroadband PATHETIC SERVICE. ALWAYS STANDARD REPLIES. Every week I am facing internet connection issues in my area. Today also the whole day I am not able to work as there is no connection since morning. No service or resolution provided after multiple calls to customer care.
