    @youbroadband1 @youbroadband I have taken a new internet connection in Surat city on the 6th of this month. For the first 10 days, I faced no issues & was happy with your services But on the 15th of May, I started facing issues disconnections and no internet.

    @youbroadband is probably the worst customer service ever. I have opened multiple tickets trying to explain that i have ping spikes but they close my ticket even without any response. No Internet at my place.

    @youbroadband its been 2 weeks now I dint get the new router nor my refund. Hoping someone takes care of the issue n fix it early. Before I proceed legally. Its not about the money anymore, its about the torture that your technician are giving me by not answering the calls.
