    @youbroadband @vimlesh_tiwari Its an pathetic service from last 2 years. Your service has been pathetic in last 2 years with outrage in my area minimum twice a week. Which counts approximately 3 days a month, which is 24 days a year. These guys simply cut of connection for 24 days to save their costs

    @youbroadband OK! Timeline for your kind reference: - The router was picked up on 29th April, 2022! - I was asked to raise the refund request on 3rd Dec after multiple complaints! - It's been 26 days already since the complaint and the request!

    @youbroadband do you guys really care about your customers? I've been facing connectivity problems since the day I registered for your data plan, even after complaining more than 10 times, I ain't getting any help, you guys doing a business of not letting us use your data plan ?

    @youbroadband Don't buy you broadband,its fraud company.broadband not working since 3 days everyday when we call, they tell we put your complain on priority base.On day of renew they called me twice and told me that your wifi is working please do recharge,after recharge not working
