@youbroadband It seems u r not interested at all for the customers. In the WFH situation u should attend the SRs in real quick manner. U cant say that customer need to wait for 24 working hours to get the issue resolved

@sumanthb4u @youbroadband No vision....Now YBB disconnected 20Mbps plan , where we have paid annually. They are charging for 100Mbps & giving 20Mbps at present. No upgradation for existing clients....Worst CXX.

@youbroadband please check your Services its getting worse day by day, the problem which i have been facing since 2-3months has not been resolved till date , please fix the issue ASAP. The shittiest thing is your service or internet for now to be honest can't even surf properly

@youbroadband Poor customer service no one picking up the phone who installed the connection . Since last two days the wifi is down and contact no of both your employees are switched off . Registered the service request through app as well .

@youbroadband Hi, Your team is just focusing on the ARPU, least concerns about the User Experience & issues..since one week 7 connection moved to Airtel just because of service. We are loyal with VIL brand & hence here.. need to focus on the customer engagement & front end. No resolution yet?
