    @youbroadband is definitely one of the pathetic internet service providers I have came across. Literally every two days, God knows why, the internet just randomly stops working. No one is there to attend the queries or complaints. Kindly look into the matter @youbroadband

    @youbroadband the worst customer service ever. Have been calling up the customer care but nobody answers. There is a connectivity issue since a week but no response even after requesting for a technician on the App. #WasteofMoney

    @youbroadband absolutely horrendous service order placed on 8th for connection. Not a single day has the internet been working.... @VodafoneIN are you competing to be the worst service company ever No mobile connectivity and now even broadband sucks. #poorservice

    @youbroadband In between this I called more than 100 times for services and out of frustration then after talking to local head i closed my connection it's been 2 months since I closed my connection i have not received refund yet . I am calling customer care daily but no proper response.

    @youbroadband @youbroadband I have contacted customer care multiple times and received only false assurances, which is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Grievance Portal TRAI for further action. Kindly treat this as urgent.
