    Here are my some advantages of using youbroadband: 1. Their customer care reps read from a script so you couldn't be emotionally harmed, they also will repeat steps as they don't give a ****. 2. They will work as your psychologist as all they say is they 'understand'. (8/n)

    @youbroadband I got a new connection with below details Name - Amit Kumar A/c No - 2079772 TAX Invoice printed is wrong as "MS AMIT KUMAR" and when raised a request and given ID proof customer care is making run from pillar to post. Also 45 days extra promised on plan not given
