    @youbroadband is definitely one of the pathetic internet service providers I have came across. Literally every two days, God knows why, the internet just randomly stops working. No one is there to attend the queries or complaints. Kindly look into the matter @youbroadband

    @youbroadband the worst customer service ever. Have been calling up the customer care but nobody answers. There is a connectivity issue since a week but no response even after requesting for a technician on the App. #WasteofMoney

    @youbroadband A customer for 7 years, my nets down from Monday (probably cyclone) in Bandra, have registered multiple complaints and You has the worst customer service experience. Not sure if this is the lack of funding from Voda Idea or simply that You doesn’t care

    YOU Broadband services down since Monday, 17th May. What was earlier excellent Customer Care has disappeared since VF takeover!!! Same poor service as Vodafone. THEY JUST DON’T CARE!!! @youbroadband @VodafoneIdeaIN
