@youbroadband Your payment invoices are missing all key information such as Renewal Subscription Start & End Date, YouBroadband Registered Company details address, Contact Info, Customer Payment processing information, etc. Is Your online receipt approved by Income Tax office ?

@youbroadband I need to post a complaint on both of these irresponsible persons. Youbroadband we work from home and are soley based/ dependant on Your network? But what are we getting in return? trust? customer obsession? Nothing except recharge call!!

@youbroadband I was using You broadband since 2020-21. Earlier I have opt plan of 10 MBPS 12 MONTH UNLIMITED. But as the nearby building was destroyed, my connection was stopped by YOU broadband, Surat. Due to this I was unable to use my remaining 3 months internet service.(1)

@ViCustomerCare @youbroadband it has been over a month since your team has been saying they will fix the wires as they are hanging dangerously. You need to get this asap before we ask BMC to get involved. Your area guys have been ignoring calls and messages. Fix it today
