    @youbroadband VERY BAD service. Disconnected 1 month ago. No refund received, no communication. I had been a customer for 15 years. No wonder poor service takes companies out of business

    We have Taken 75 Mbps Plan But We Get Speed of 5-6 Mbps Always Why this type of services are provide by you it has been not resolved we have called to customer care but they always say your complaint will resolved but not getting our new complaint id 2021070719634 @youbroadband

    @youbroadband no Internet since yesterday. Location - Bavdhan, Pune. Absolutely no way to know when it’ll work, are you gonna issue refunds for number of days your service just doesn’t work?

    @youbroadband Worst service. I have applied for new broadband connection on 27th March 2021 and paid the entire amount. After completing the payment there was no response from @youbroadband . I have raised refund request and it is more than 3 months,

    @youbroadband Serious miss selling . I was sold a package for 5 mths and it turns out it was for just 3 mths. Zero transparency and no accountability. Today my pre-paid connection has been disconnected for non-payment! Acc 2097140, Complaint no 2021052606873. Pathetic!

    @youbroadband I have been using u band broadband till last 4 month my . I never seen such a worst service no one there to listen after repeated complain about net is not working last 2 days. Truly frustrating. Please don’t opt this network .Switching another network.8155861559
