    @youbroadband team, No other broadband internet services gives you such network maintenance/ outages happening from last one week. I have completely lost trust on your internet service. And from last two days there is no disconnections as much but THE NETWORK SPEED was TERRIBLE.

    Facing connectivity issues everyday (no connectivity for long hours, some times days too). Service is very worst. Customer care is not responding properly. Technicians switching off their phones. Don't have the internet right now too form this afternoon @youbroadband

    @youbroadband really not happy with your services everytime there is connectivity issue. In a week most of time internet is down. Please improve your services and i will surely going to switch to another provider.

    @youbroadband no net work from 15 June and we are given complain more than 20 times and give email no response your technician are came and not resolve the problem till now. My humble request to you refund my amount will go another network.
