    @youbroadband team, No other broadband internet services gives you such network maintenance/ outages happening from last one week. I have completely lost trust on your internet service. And from last two days there is no disconnections as much but THE NETWORK SPEED was TERRIBLE.

    @youbroadband claiming to be 6th largest in the country! Focus on quality of service rather than no. of connection..you will by default become no. 1 if you could provide a stable internet and proper service!

    @youbroadband Connectivity keeps down most of the time. Whenever I complain on customer care;they say we'll escalate the issue to the concerned team.But no solid actions are taken. इसके अलावा 100Mbps के प्लानमे 2-3Mbps का ही स्पीड आता है। Reg.User Id: pd70. Rectify this honestly.

    @youbroadband I've been a customer since 2017, however past 3 months I've had hell. I have a network outage almost every single day. I'm logging a service request almost every day. It gets resolved after 8pm and there is no network for the entire day before that.

    Never get @youbroadband for Internet. I got 200mbps connection almost one month ago. Average speed was 30mbps. This is not bad, this is cheating. @VodafoneGroup

    @youbroadband My Broadband service totally dead from last 5 days. I have complained about it. But no one take seriously. I made to many calls to customer care they said your complaint is in forworded in technical department. But stil no solution . My complaint no : 2020111914333.

    It's been pathetic service from @youbroadband, after multiple chasers and calls to transfer my connection from first floor to ground floor, I am not getting any response and no one is addressing my request and same is getting closed without even contacting me.

    @youbroadband Pathetic service from you broadband. Usename : Ishan0011 Account number : 2038371 address : ISRO Vikramnagar colony, Ahmedabad Paid in advance for 12 months. Internet doesnt works daily full day and comes back in night. Complained several times, no action from you broadband

    @youbroadband seems like you are not looking to keep your loyal customers with you for long. Before diwali was facing issues with internet connecivity, had to make calls daily to get it resolved. Worked fine for few days again this weekend no connection. Seems like you don't care
