@youbroadband team, No other broadband internet services gives you such network maintenance/ outages happening from last one week. I have completely lost trust on your internet service. And from last two days there is no disconnections as much but THE NETWORK SPEED was TERRIBLE.

@youbroadband Very poor service. Informed FE then also no one is looking into this. We are paying the bills of whole month then too we are not getting proper service. From two days internet is not working. Shame on your service..!!!

@youbroadband connection issue since past month . Raised complaint 3 times . It's resolved temporarily saying there is node issue in my area. It's again stooped working. Now it's completely down in day time from past 3 days . My username: ldk18z Please look into issue.

@youbroadband connection down for 3 full days in last 4 days. Raised complaint and even contacted local you broadband person at Vapi but no resolution yet. Even told the problem and asked someone to visit but no help. PATHETIC STATE

@youbroadband I wake up. I call your customer care for low upload speeds. They fix the issue temporarily. The speed is back to 0.5 Mbps in evening. This is my routine for the past 7 days. I want a permanent fix. I think the problem is in the modem you have provided. Please fix it

@youbroadband its been 24 hours since ur network is disconnected raised ticket way back n called up service engineer too, if this is ur customer service in 2nd month of providing connection then i cn understand hw pathetic u ppl r 🙏 pathetic service
