    @youbroadband team, No other broadband internet services gives you such network maintenance/ outages happening from last one week. I have completely lost trust on your internet service. And from last two days there is no disconnections as much but THE NETWORK SPEED was TERRIBLE.

    @youbroadband always has speed issue and disconnects itself. Right now too your services are down i had raised ticket yesterday no action taken. You have become worst broadband service provider from best.

    @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!

    There’s no option to contact a customer support agent. Earlier, there used to be a Chatbot which is taken down now. Looks like the team does not want a great experience for the customer. Acting like a government office. Absolutely pathetic. @youbroadband
