    @youbroadband team, No other broadband internet services gives you such network maintenance/ outages happening from last one week. I have completely lost trust on your internet service. And from last two days there is no disconnections as much but THE NETWORK SPEED was TERRIBLE.

If you raised any compliments from app then they will resolve the issues without checking with us. Please change subscriber if possible.

    @youbroadband which company in this whole world do maintenance for 30 days out of 31 days in a month? You need to refund my whole recharge amount and additional amount which I had to spend for additional mobile data I had to purchase due to your pathetic service also compensation

    @youbroadband Our internet service is interrupted since last 3 days. It was informed to us that it will taken another 5 to 7 working days to restore service. Being in a commercial premises, we can't afford such interruptions. Kindly expedite. Acct - 1965297

    @youbroadband Very disappointing service from a well known service provider my connection is already discontinued by my side since October 2021 and today its 21st January I haven’t received my Deposit money back.I request @youbroadband if they can help in this matter. #verydisappointingservice

    @DoT_India @youbroadband my fiber connection is not working from 10th January and still down and all costomer care sometimes hang up call when I tried to explain the issue so I raised complaint on @jagograhakjago but still problem is not resolved. ACC:2140601

    @youbroadband My account number is 2155231, I took this connection on 14th Jan,I paid for 6 months same day,on 21st Jan I got activated and till date the connection is not working,this kind of worst service you are giving for the customer at the starting itself.cust care useless

    Fraud Company @youbroadband At time of Buying plan Company give Promise for 15 Months, After 13 Month Connection is Discounting. After so much call in CustomerCare, So much Mail to Customercare. Still time No reply and Solve my Problem. What a Poor Management/Company.
