    @youbroadband team, No other broadband internet services gives you such network maintenance/ outages happening from last one week. I have completely lost trust on your internet service. And from last two days there is no disconnections as much but THE NETWORK SPEED was TERRIBLE.

    @youbroadband @TRAI Escalation at whatever level is not working as per assurance given by call centre representative today is Friday do you work on Saturday and Sunday for providing and supporting internet services?

    @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!

    @youbroadband you have a third class and disappointing service , shame on you as your app is not on iOS nor your phone lines works. Struggling for last 2 days as no internet . Is this company alive or dead? No one bothers for the customers. Get up and help the customers

    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support
