    @youbroadband team, No other broadband internet services gives you such network maintenance/ outages happening from last one week. I have completely lost trust on your internet service. And from last two days there is no disconnections as much but THE NETWORK SPEED was TERRIBLE.

    @youbroadband My ID NO - 2157932. My name is Mayank Kumar.I have taken a plan of Rs 826 and my validity is upto 6June. Today I've been misguided by the customer care that your recharge have been finished.He told to do recharge and do ON/OFF of Router. Absolutely false misguided.

    @youbroadband @Subuuuu27 Congratulations. I haven't received it yet. I made the payment on 9th April so, it's now more than a month. I will wait for two days then i will file the complaint as you said. Could you please help me with how to file a grievance complaint.

    @youbroadband horrible service since last 2 months.. repeated requests and everytime they say it’s done.. and again same issues.. no speed.. frequent shutdown.. work getting affected.. horrible and no transparency

    @youbroadband it's been 2 and half months since I surrendered my connection and waiting for the refund. For the same, I tried to call your guy but no answer and the experience of your service was pathetic, it is like just a group of thieves who are out there and looting people

    @youbroadband And btw. Somehow a technician came and i solved his problem by stating what was to be done on his end by just connecting the bridge to a nearby AP. 😑
