@youbroadband team, No other broadband internet services gives you such network maintenance/ outages happening from last one week. I have completely lost trust on your internet service. And from last two days there is no disconnections as much but THE NETWORK SPEED was TERRIBLE.

@youbroadband I have You Broad band connection in our office. Since 11th June there is no internet. I have given complaint on App, on toll free number many times. Mr. Deepak More visited and said that modem needs to be changed. Next day he changed the modem.

@youbroadband 4 whole day the internet was not available, and not yet up, this is not first time, happens once a week. At the time of renewals reps call multiple times, but no response whn there is an issue. Can you guys please do something and fix this at earliest!! Ac#2136824

@youbroadband Request to change your name to "You Broadband Doesn't Care" as you guys literally don't care about customer service & care. Connection is off from Morning 10.30am & App showing Connection would be back by 11.15am, But it is 17.20pm, but it is still down.
