@youbroadband team, No other broadband internet services gives you such network maintenance/ outages happening from last one week. I have completely lost trust on your internet service. And from last two days there is no disconnections as much but THE NETWORK SPEED was TERRIBLE.

@youbroadband @CaGhanshamJoshi Internet service in my appartment is distorted since 24+hrs & still not resolved. Why should the customer suffer for your mistakes?? Really disappointed. Seriously reconsidering to change my Broadband service provider.

@youbroadband I have had no connectivity over the last 10 days and no amount of calling the customer care has helped. The assigned engineer doesn’t even answer the phone call. Your customer care people aren’t even giving me a timeline to resolve the issue.

Please do not go for @youbroadband Worst service, worst experience. It has been down for more than 24 hrs in Kothrud area Pune. And this has happened twice is last couple of weeks. @youbroadband is useless and they don't care
