    @youbroadband team, No other broadband internet services gives you such network maintenance/ outages happening from last one week. I have completely lost trust on your internet service. And from last two days there is no disconnections as much but THE NETWORK SPEED was TERRIBLE.

    @youbroadband It's been 3 hours since my internet connection is not working. I tried to lodge a complaint in your app multiple times regarding this issue but everytime it shows the same message 'Error creating complaint'. I also rebooted my router multiple times.

    @youbroadband I am using your service for more than 5 years now (Id 1557954). I am sorry to say but your service is getting worse day by day. If this continues this way forget about new customers, you will not be able to withhold your long lasting customers.

    @youbroadband @youbroadband1 the worst internet service you can find. No support from local office . Lodged numerous complaints. Gets up for few hours again down. Least expectations is to get uninterrupted service seems to be difficult for these guys.

    @youbroadband help me restoring my cnectn. Frm last yr i wasnt in Pune. Today i came to see that internet cable is cut wo informing me. I asked one of cc guy. He said i hv 2 take new conection even though after loging in ur app it shows acnt suspended. I never received refund.

    @VodafoneGroup i am tweeting this after being fooled by your subsidiary company @youbroadband my internet is down from 5/12 raised multiple complains yet no resolution .i have wfh and wifi is the only option in my flat.all they say is words not actions!is this professionalism?

    @youbroadband @youbroadband1 We have taken your srv in mnth of Nov 21 and since then its srv qlty is horrible despite of many complaints the issue still persist and i dont know why your server down so much that everyday post 12 am it is down, Pathetic costumer ex no no system.
