    @youbroadband team, No other broadband internet services gives you such network maintenance/ outages happening from last one week. I have completely lost trust on your internet service. And from last two days there is no disconnections as much but THE NETWORK SPEED was TERRIBLE.

    @youbroadband just got new you broadband connection 2 hours ago. It worked fine for first hour. And for last one hour it shows no internet connection. Tried calling customer service number but no one answered. What a pathetic service. Just Don’t make me switch after plan expiry.

    @youbroadband ,@TRAI , @consumerforum_ youbroadbanD' is new Fraud system, they just provide you good plan to attract and after that no service and even after your request for disconnection they don't even refund deposit just delays it with many tactics.

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @youbroadband post registering complaints, customer is now asked to visit office. In case vodafone Idea and YOU both arent interested in retaining customers, there is enough choice in the market. @ViCustomerCare

    @youbroadband First time i have visited the twitter profile and read India's #6 broadband provider and i was laughing for 10 minutes straight. I think y'all stop claiming such thing if you can't even provide decent service to your customers.

    @youbroadband @consumerhelpli2 I gave YOU sufficient time. I didn't see any impact of email/Twitter so I compliment it. After 8 days of compliment, nothing is happening. So I feel, it is a system problem. After my refund, I will go for RTI, how much money is pending with you as a deposit?

    @youbroadband Internet in my area in pune is not working from last 6 days. No solution provided even after filling complaint multiple times. Worst internet service i have used in years.
