    @youbroadband team, No other broadband internet services gives you such network maintenance/ outages happening from last one week. I have completely lost trust on your internet service. And from last two days there is no disconnections as much but THE NETWORK SPEED was TERRIBLE.

    @youbroadband it's been 5 days and internet is not working and no one is bothered at all to respond to customer queries and calls. And top of that you people are auto closing the complaint ticket raised in app within 24 hours without even actually contacting me or resolving.

    Why is your service at Bandra West going from bad to worse? In the last whole week your service has been extremely erratic. Most of the time there is no service, and even if it is on for a few minutes it is very very slow.@youbroadband
