  @youbroadband team, No other broadband internet services gives you such network maintenance/ outages happening from last one week. I have completely lost trust on your internet service. And from last two days there is no disconnections as much but THE NETWORK SPEED was TERRIBLE.

  @youbroadband (1) This is the worst service I have ever experienced, it's been 4 days days since I have proper interest, upon contacting Customer support I have been assured to get local support each time- that too after calling twice a day, and yet no one has showed up.

  @youbroadband It's been 3 hours since my internet connection is not working. I tried to lodge a complaint in your app multiple times regarding this issue but everytime it shows the same message 'Error creating complaint'. I also rebooted my router multiple times.

  @Oneindia @SriSri 3 months back we installed @youbroadband in vizag. they gave an offer of 3+1 but after 3 months they said your plan has expired and to recharge again.every two days in a week facing network issue. Experiencing bad service and never recommend anyone. #youbroadband plz resolve.

  @youbroadband what a disgusting service you guys are providing to your customer, it's been 5 days of payment for new connection and till now it is not processed none of your Engineer is receiving call or the agent of your company, guys skill person to bluff to customer.

  @youbroadband @youbroadband1 do you have your services in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai? Your customer care is not aware about that and I am waiting for more than 3 days to figure this out.
