    @youbroadband team, No other broadband internet services gives you such network maintenance/ outages happening from last one week. I have completely lost trust on your internet service. And from last two days there is no disconnections as much but THE NETWORK SPEED was TERRIBLE.

    @youbroadband it's been 5 days and internet is not working and no one is bothered at all to respond to customer queries and calls. And top of that you people are auto closing the complaint ticket raised in app within 24 hours without even actually contacting me or resolving.

    @youbroadband Worst Service! More than 2 Days ever outage is done! And to be NOTED* I raised a service request online on app and it got closed that your request has been solved 😡 wow will not renew next time! Time to bring Jio fiber @reliancejio Please bring in my area please

    @youbroadband you broadband is known for its pathetic services in vadodara & i am experiencing the same a pathetic service!!! 5-6 service requests have been generated for issues related to connection lost frequently. nobody is even responding and close the ticket. #helpme

    @youbroadband what a service in surat you broadband.. yesterday (16/10/21 11 AM) stoped internet service and not started (17/10/2021 6:00 am)..
