@youbroadband team, No other broadband internet services gives you such network maintenance/ outages happening from last one week. I have completely lost trust on your internet service. And from last two days there is no disconnections as much but THE NETWORK SPEED was TERRIBLE.

@shreyashetty8 @youbroadband Good luck with getting anything done with Youbroadband. They only follow up when you want a new connection. Maybe you could try acting like you’re interested in that and get them to come over to fix it. Worked for me

@youbroadband one of the worest broadband services provider. From the last 1 month my complain about slow internet is still unsolve. I recommend to every one not purchase @youbroadband service. You will get better internet service provider.

I am writing this after being so disappointed with the network provider #youbroadband There are constant issue with this network every now and then. I have been raising issues with the area manager from the networking company for more than twice a week now. Kindly fix the issue.

@youbroadband I have asked for suspension and cancellation of your wifi connection. It’s been more than a month, and more than 4-5 calls to your customer support. Every time they tell the same thing - “SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU BACK”. I want my refundable deposit money back!
