@youbroadband team, No other broadband internet services gives you such network maintenance/ outages happening from last one week. I have completely lost trust on your internet service. And from last two days there is no disconnections as much but THE NETWORK SPEED was TERRIBLE.

as new customer we dnt expect these type of third class service. before that i used to use @youbroadband network nd they had installed within 4 days of payment. @GTPLHathwayLtd has not even started the process. And service executives are making useless excuses everyday.

@youbroadband your website is not showing payment history or invoices information. What is issue? Customer must get 24x7 access to invoices with GST taxes including service duration info in Invoice.
