    @youbroadband team, No other broadband internet services gives you such network maintenance/ outages happening from last one week. I have completely lost trust on your internet service. And from last two days there is no disconnections as much but THE NETWORK SPEED was TERRIBLE.

    @youbroadband @youbroadband I have given multiple complaints about refund of the deposite money for router after closing the connection. It been 6 months and I had given atleast 7 - 8 complaints. But no action from your end. What a pathetic service experience.

    @youbroadband @MadYoubroadband It’s 10 th day and after repeated complains ( online offline twitter) , still my internet is not working. Pathetic staff, pathetic service, pathetic support and pathetic leadership.. even after so many complaints, leadership is not bothered.

    @youbroadband Slow speeds and no response from the customer care. I mean I have tried Mail, Calls and even raising a request that is closed just like that. Already regret my decision to signup with you guys. Can you look into your DMs for once?
