  @youbroadband team, No other broadband internet services gives you such network maintenance/ outages happening from last one week. I have completely lost trust on your internet service. And from last two days there is no disconnections as much but THE NETWORK SPEED was TERRIBLE.

  dear @youbroadband and @consumerforum_ I have requested to close my account on 6th Feb. it has been more than a month but have not got any update on refund of my deposit. Whenever i call your customer care team they take new request but do not provide status of old request.

  @youbroadband @vikramsathaye @vikramsathaye Feel lucky. You atleast get a reply the same day you tweet. Most of the times we don't even get a reply. Sometimes we get one but only days after the complaint. This is only about getting replies. Complaint resolution is a different story altogether.

  @youbroadband I have connection issues every friday and it gets fixed monday evening. 1 month and 3 times connection issues. Poor service. Doesn't surprise why people leave Vodafone! No qualified engineer, just hiring part gime employees!

  @vikramsathaye @youbroadband @youbroadband is the worst when it comes to providing service. I now have one connection from YouBroadband, one from BSNL and one local fibre provider. Have not had issues with BSNL, and the local provider is very quick to provide service.

  @youbroadband Customer No.2018571 facing severe connectivity issues since last few days. Continuous follow ups with your service Center does not yield any results. Very poor customer service response. Contact at 9881098992.
