@youbroadband team, No other broadband internet services gives you such network maintenance/ outages happening from last one week. I have completely lost trust on your internet service. And from last two days there is no disconnections as much but THE NETWORK SPEED was TERRIBLE.

@youbroadband It is been since Saturday (May 14) the wifi is not working and despite raising the ticket on Sunday (2022051502906), there has been no response for 3 days. Also called the customer care, but the customer care attender cut the call when asked about the delay.

@youbroadband it's been more than 2 hours since your internet service has stopped working in Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana. I've even reported this issue but it hasn't been solved. Please help.
