@youbroadband team, No other broadband internet services gives you such network maintenance/ outages happening from last one week. I have completely lost trust on your internet service. And from last two days there is no disconnections as much but THE NETWORK SPEED was TERRIBLE.

@youbroadband Very poor service. Informed FE then also no one is looking into this. We are paying the bills of whole month then too we are not getting proper service. From two days internet is not working. Shame on your service..!!!

@VodafoneIdeaIN @youbroadband what is status of the complaint. This is the reason vodafone is about to shutdown. Please confirm otherwise i have to move to consumer court.

Worst service by youbroadband. Not providing service in the nashik city area. People having connection beside my building and in front also. Still they are saying technical issues for shifting of connection. Technical staff is more worst in nashik city. @youbroadband

@youbroadband from yesterday afternoon onwards there is no internet connection and informed to technician.but till now issue is not resolved and technician tried to close the complaint without customer consent and not responding to customer phone calls. worst consumer experience

@youbroadband Do something about ur connectivity at custom road, chala. Vapi. It’s 3rd day. And internet is still down. It starts for sometime and again it’s dead. Very bad service. Hire some better responsible engineer to fix the issue.

Its been more than a couple of months I installed @youbroadband and not even a single week did I get access to the Internet on Sundays. The worst part is I don't have access to any other network in my area. If you all have an option please opt for that. Worst experience ever.
