    @youbroadband You provide thrid class service. You call customers renewing his/her plan before expiring plan, but if register complaints against non working internet then you're not giving proper solution as well not responding. #surat

    @youbroadband no net work from 15 June and we are given complain more than 20 times and give email no response your technician are came and not resolve the problem till now. My humble request to you refund my amount will go another network.

    @youbroadband extremely disappointed!! Ur agent lied n got me paid for a brdbnd connection which never happened I'm chasing the refund for several days now and u guys are not giving any responses. Ur employees dont have any info on tgis whatsoever. Its such a shame on u!!!!
