    @riteshmisra @youbroadband These people will not do anything. Unfortunately, This is the only option in my locality so I had to take this, but after that their customer sevice team and technicians made me do dancing around them to resolve the issue as they take money in prepaid. So they dont care.

    @youbroadband the concern is not relating to speed. there is NO internet for 4th day today. children are having to go to starbucks to study, will the problem if NO internet be solved today

    @youbroadband this is highly disappointing . only sending a message that problem is rectified when it is not rectified is not done that too twice. most unprofessional. my 2 children have gone to starbucks to study. this is terrible service. and there seems to be no concern too
