    @youbroadband my internet connection is not working from past 5 days.. I have been trying to call engineer.. he is not picking call.. he is saying it ll b ready in half an hr frm past 5 days..

    I have renewed my account 1543910 and user id arun11122 in Chennai The wifi is not yet working. Local Youbroadband support team not picking up phone and not helping Your mobile app is not creating any tickets Almost 3 days over and no support to resolve

    @youbroadband one of the worst customer service on planet. Helpline number never works.! App is useless..! Service manager never comes to check why we are doing frequent complaints.! Tired of complaining on app.! No response.! Going to lodge complaint to consumer dept.
