    Dear @TRAI What is the procedure for lodging complaint against errant Internet Service Providers [ISPs] like @youbroadband [claimed to be backed by @vodafonein1] for deficient services? I wish to do the same. Thanks in advance for your guidance / advice.

    What a pathetic service by @youbroadband I have deactivated my connection in April due to relocating to another place and submitted Modem to the technician on 27th April. Its been more than 45 days and I haven't received my refund. #worstinternetservice #Givemyrefund #pathetic

    @youbroadband last one month 1 hour working but 8 or 9 hours not working in my house day to day same problem till now.complaint in app engineer came repair work but not working in my house again again complaint in app but problem not solved this My youbroadband A/C No 1718488.

    @youbroadband Do you really feelthat internet service should be 99.99%Up all time.What SLA you have with License provider @DoT_India @TRAI . Internet connection outage very common YOU BROADBAND customers . Well paid accounts ..The outage without response from service provider.

    @youbroadband is a waste service..don't choose this service.technicians have not responded till now .it's been 3 days doesn't care about customers simply they want money.@JioCare is the best one for fibre net.. neighbours are switching to jio..so better to switch to jio or airtel

    @youbroadband My ID NO - 2157932. My name is Mayank Kumar.I have taken a plan of Rs 826 and my validity is upto 6June. Today I've been misguided by the customer care that your recharge have been finished.He told to do recharge and do ON/OFF of Router. Absolutely false misguided.

    Dear @youbroadband Rest assured that you have lost at least one customer today - me - thanks to the most unprofessional and pathetic service I have ever seen in any ISP in India. What else can I expect from @VodafoneGroup in India - disgusting abysmal levels of service. Cc. TRAI
