    @youbroadband @dhyan12596682 @youbroadband while installing I was told I will get refund to my source account once I return my wifi router. It’s been more than 2 months and n no. Emails now they are telling me they will issue a cheque. This nonsense has to stop #cheating customers give me my money back asap

    @youbroadband request for disconnection of broadband connection raised 15 days ago but till date no one has came to collect modem nor my refund is processed After enjoying your #pathetic service now iam waiting to get refund with no commitment on timeline

    @youbroadband @vimlesh_tiwari Its an pathetic service from last 2 years. Your service has been pathetic in last 2 years with outrage in my area minimum twice a week. Which counts approximately 3 days a month, which is 24 days a year. These guys simply cut of connection for 24 days to save their costs

    @AirtelIndia Shifted from Youbroadband to #AirtelXtremefibre considering that service levels would be good. No internet for last 3 days and no one bothered to rectify it.

    @youbroadband your executive - Aditya Kundur - no - 9822249223 refuses to answer my calls or reply to messages since last 1 week to come & collect payment for recharge. He said he can’t come & I shud do online payment only. He said I shud complain to customer care if I want 😡
