    @youbroadband I was using You broadband since 2020-21. Earlier I have opt plan of 10 MBPS 12 MONTH UNLIMITED. But as the nearby building was destroyed, my connection was stopped by YOU broadband, Surat. Due to this I was unable to use my remaining 3 months internet service.(1)

    @soumyadippal21 @youbroadband @TRAI I am in the same situation. My internet stopped working on 29th September. Neither an engineer contacted me nor did the customer care /nodal officer has responded yet.

    @TRAI Internet has been down from 1 October 2022. Calling @youbroadband everyday, but no response from their team in Pune. They don't answer calls nor do they reply to WhatsApp messages sent on the grp they have created for complaint redressal.

    @youbroadband I am two year old customer with YouBroadband partiality observed from YouBroadband. For new customers providing wifi router without a deposit but for old customers, we have to pay a security deposit.
