@youbroadband From last 15 days, After every 2 days internet not working. If we call to customer care then you replied problem will solved in next 24 hours. Means total 2 days internet not work. Also without service restore, you closed the complaint.

@youbroadband what bullshit service you guys have!! Every single day I the internet service is affected & down for atleast 4 hours....evry single day! Pls check for service in area 395009 (Surat-Adajan).People are losing trust in your service & it won't be long before they quit.

@youbroadband Your services suck. Everyday I complain about the connectivity issue to listen to wait for 48 working hours. Just want to know if they are Earth hours or Jupiter hours as they never seem to end

@youbroadband Fix your billing system which forces customers to take 12 months of Frame-IP if they have already subscribed for 12 months of Internet. Alternately, put up an FAQ page which explain what the Frame-IP does not offer, compared to a static IP, no answer from support.

@youbroadband Hello Sir Myself Sandeep Singh, On 31st Dec I make the payment on 5th Jan I got installation, but since 5th my internet is not working, I called several times to customer service no one came yet in these many days, youbroad band is having worst service i faced
