    @youbroadband The Issue is resolved now but very poor customer experience. My CR# 1606550. Every week there is something or the other problem going on. Please see if there can be in interrupted services all the time. Thanks.

    @youbroadband : I have requested the credit days for my unused days of internet connection. For the last 2 days, I have followed up with customer care, but they say it's still in process. How long will it take? Relationship no. 1906145

    @MeghaaGhosh @youbroadband Yep. Same here. But sometimes the issues go on for days unless reported. This one got fixed in a day.

    @youbroadband You broadband is getting worst day by day after Vodafone took over .. Internet in my area is switched off since last two hours and they are saying uptime is 19:00 .. pathetic!

    Instead of providing refund, @youbroadband says giving refund is against company policy. Is it company's policy to take people's money and not provide proper internet services? @jagograhakjago @JagoGrahakJago_ Please help!
