    @youbroadband is probably worst network and even worse in providing customer service. Network was not coming since last 3 days, customer care says technician assigned. But technician haven't called us till now.. What is your standard time for getting service after complaint??

    @youbroadband technician is not technically well. Technician come and go without resolve issue. and it's behaviour is very very bed #worstservice

    @youbroadband Last 3 days Internet not working, and it’s immediate after installation of new connection , as it seems you guys cheated on me, when connectivity coverage not available in my area the. Why you guys collected 2025/- rs ?? Do you know what is the customer service ??

    Never use @youbroadband they provide the worst service ever in a city like Ahmedabad. My internet connection is disturbed for the last 15 days. Mostly my work is done online. I have already raised complaints many times but not any single executive took any action upon it.

    @youbroadband In this day and age your service is disrupted for more than 5 days. Is this how the service is provided ? Anyone responsible who can work out the issue with broadband ?

    @shnavale @youbroadband I thought i was an **** customer to complain so much. but seeing the responses here i see that the their cust svc is indeed pathetic. we need to figure out how to escalate this to higher authorities. bcuz clearly complaining on a public social platform doesnt really bother them

    @youbroadband Worest service.lost my service 07-05-2021,,8:30 am around. Complained daily 5 times..still no response from technical team.even multiple times I was called, local technical team person Santhosh,num:9154946470. #youbroadband Account num:1880734

    The services are still not resumed. It has been since 3 days that the Estimated Up Time is deviating. There not at all any solution. Upon escalation of complaint, there's no contact or information by @youbroadband Kindly suggest some contact information for Cousumer forum.
