Wifi speed of @youbroadband is not even as many calls I did for slow internet connection 😑 Sick and tired of their same replies that their technician will visit the place in next 24 hrs. It's been 7 days now but I think they are on different planet!! #internet #Vodafone

@ViCustomerCare @youbroadband being user of both this since more than 10+ years. While one has been merged and the other one got acquired by vodafone but the service I am now getting is the most pathetic ever. Unable to use internet.

No response from @youbroadband about fraudulently resolving complaints in their system without even talking to me, providing ***** broken equipment and providing unstable internet connection. Terrible customer service from Nashik Location and Maharashtra Nodal office.

@youbroadband Since 22nd May internet not working 5 complains calls on toll free 4 complains on app but no response ...advance payment done till 30th May.. worst services thinking of changing the network

@youbroadband 1) there was no feasibility in our area but still you took money on May 1st . Till now I haven’t got any refund or cheque? How many days will you need ?? Such poor service with dumbest customer care. Appellate is non sense which doesn’t even have care
