    @youbroadband @youbroadband1 @jagograhakjago I am currently speaking to your customer care supervisor Sweta Vasava. She's unable to give me a timeline to resolve issue. I was assured last evening by another customer care supervisor Ramayana Srivastava that it'll be resolved by 2pm today.

    @youbroadband I have paid for 6 months and now no network !!! @Airtel_Presence can you please share Pune Xtreme fiber contact so I can have better connectivity! I have lots to do and youbroadband is way too lethargic to get it's work done. Their ETA 24Hr mean 3 days!

    We upgraded to 60mpbs plan with @youbroadband1 for WFH. Each time we have a disconnection, it takes minimum 5 days to resolve. Since Cyclone on 17th May we have no internet. We have made repeated requests for service which have gone unaddressed. @youbroadband @jagograhakjago

    I don’t think @youbroadband has learned any lessons... made a complaint on 19th May and today is 29th... still no reply as usual... @airtelindia do you have a better plan for me to switch from this toxic company...
