  @youbroadband hey YouBB, why do you charge for 100+Mbps plans when your DO NOT HAVE Infrastructure to support it? Nearly 1 month of 200mbps plan wasted with 10 days of NO Internet and rest of the days with 60-70mbps connection. I am paying for 200mbps.

  @gnr9712 @youbroadband @youbroadband our tickets are being resolved automatically without even visiting the site. Engineers ask for pictures and videos on whatsapp, ask which light is blinking and which not, and brings solution over a phone. Please see the screenshot - I raised ticket almost everyday.

  @youbroadband last 2 months I regularly called youbroadband customer service centre but didn't get any response due to the lack of service. If you say that this is the best. See worst internet service ever.

  @youbroadband we have complaint for not working internet on 09-06-2021. We are constantly contacting but they are telling it will resolve......it's 3-4 days now also no internet.....what to do ?..your service is pathetic. My connection is in Gorwa BIDC estate 4/8 kaptab
