    @youbroadband Never take this connection. My connection was not working from last 111 days before expiry. After repeatedly complain you were not able to restart my connection, nor you gave me refund and now you are sending me regular SMS and calls to renew.

    @youbroadband i by mistake took a subscription. Amount paid and suffering due to bad connectivity. Very very poor service. Customer care person also not respond and no respect worst service that person name rithish @youbroadband

    @youbroadband @rupahasit he then told me he would repay only in cheque 10 days , and I can call the customer service if I wanted in priority . I called them , it been 12 days and nothing has been done regarding this , I missed my 12 days class straight I can't afford to miss more

    @youbroadband everyday it's the same story your internet connection is always disconnecting tired of complaining. Hopeless service, pathetic customer service, i want my refund now enough is enough. I am going to cut each and every connection wires in my entire area now. 😡😡😡

    @youbroadband @youbroadband1 from last 6 days we have no internet, you may know present situation of work from home,  I called youbroadband customer care number daily, they told simply "please wait for 24 hrs", for last 6 days, this is not acceptable Account number : 1896804

    Dear @youbroadband Can you please do a minimum help. I made a payment on Sunday for new connection, but still nobody came for installation of the new connection. If you can not provide service, why you are making people fool.
