  @youbroadband It is been since Saturday (May 14) the wifi is not working and despite raising the ticket on Sunday (2022051502906), there has been no response for 3 days. Also called the customer care, but the customer care attender cut the call when asked about the delay.

  @youbroadband @VodafoneGroup Tooked a new connection on 16/5 and did all payment procedure to your sales person PAVAN he failed to give service and when i asked for refund he say rudely it will take 45 days and all need immediate action on this @ConsumerReports
