    @youbroadband Yes, laughter is the best what else you can do other than laughing at customer. Horrible customer support team, doesn't resolve the issue and pick up the calls.

    I registered complaint through your app, for which engineer was assigned, without contacting me, the request was closed, what kind of customer service this is!! My internet is still not working and i am receiving messege of complaint resolved @youbroadband

    @youbroadband Horrible service by You Broadband , raising incidents every day since 23rd February but no use. Not sure what customer support team is doing.
