  @youbroadband Request fr my 11days service credit in the month of July, 2020 n till nw I hv nt got the service credit. Following up frm July to till date n nw got the update tht I'm nt eligible for it coz it's now more than 3 months. Wt logic is this... Wt u guys doing frm July.

  @youbroadband 18 complaints in last 1 month and still no resolution.Every couple of days services are interupted.Have been using my mobile data for work and education in family.Would not recommend @youbroadband to anyone ever.

  Here are my some advantages of using youbroadband: 1. Their customer care reps read from a script so you couldn't be emotionally harmed, they also will repeat steps as they don't give a ****. 2. They will work as your psychologist as all they say is they 'understand'. (8/n)

  Killing us.. imagine with the schools.and work dependent only on internet.. how can we work.. ? This is very poor show! I still have 39 days for renewal.. but I think it's time I break my.4 years with #Youbroadband #poorservice #pooryoubroadband
