    @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

    @youbroadband everyday at exactly 11:36PM my wifi shuts down and I have to manually switch off the router and restart it. Takes about 5mins to wifi to be available again. I have observed this for past 15 days and it happens daily. Could you have a look at this? DM me for location

    @youbroadband, there's no difference left between #you & #BSNL , you cannot restore your service but you do restore our memories of bsnl dial up connections... Will never renew your pack..

    @youbroadband your service in Auranagabd in absolutely pathetic. Frequent disruption of services, causing serious problmes while working from home. Plans are costly as compared to other operators. Refund the prepaid charges at earliest

    @youbroadband what a 3rd class service. requested for new bb connection, paid money online, now no feasibility, no connection refund will take 45 days! come on guys, in digital era, with high speed internet you guys cant even refund my money? no mail, no calls, no customer care
