@TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

@youbroadband internet is down since 18th May. Customer support took 5 days to respond, they figured out the fiber optic cable is broken. Haven't fixed it yet and not evening picking up the call. req. id: 2021052007267

@youbroadband Worst ever service in Surat their supervisor still accusing cyclone for non availability of internet in our area really pathetic As per trai you broadband may be sixth largest but it is possible that there may be only six service provider

@youbroadband Your service is **** customer service is absolutely apolling, am having connectivity issues every now and then service agent couldn't ans my questions didn't put efforts to help asked for a manager or sup den put me on hold for 1hr and hung up the phone on me

@youbroadband we renewed our subscription recently and we've already have more than 3 internet connection drops. Made a big mistake. Please cancel our subscription and give us a refund. Waste of money.
