    @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

    I have complain in the You broadband , but no one response this customer care person , I have plan in 50mbs to increase 100mbs plan but the worst response by customer care service , no one replies @youbroadband

    @youbroadband They are fraud. They take your money and do not even install their setup and also they don't return your money. This is how they make money. Their customer support staff is also unprofessional and not cooperative.

    @youbroadband I have raised ticket 2 days back and also called customer care 4 times in 2 days. All my calls were answered with one word- "Issue will be soon resolved on priority" and is not prioritised since 3 days. Such a pathetic service. Please look into this asap.

    @youbroadband my net (1781359) is down for 8 days now. Why? Because your engg didnt route the cables properly and led to fire hazard. Can you not reroute the cables in 8 days??

    @youbroadband companies like this are unfit for customer service. One person name Vishwanadh in Hyderabad took money from me and after that got to know that no feasibility, when i am askig money he have spoken badly and disconnected the call. I hope you are unfit for customers.

    @youbroadband sucks big time. Every 3rd day they have maintances issue for 2-3 hours, no consistent speed, I have opted for 60 MBPS plan but most of the time its 50, though I have paid for 60. Called customer care about both the issue they said we will look into thia and its same

    @youbroadband , internet not working for a week, ur engg has done shoddy wiring so the society has disconnected my entire building. If the issue is not resolved this week, I am moving to Jio or Airtel. You stand to lose a prominent society (Swapnashilp) in Pune and many customers

    @youbroadband most unethical and unprofessional tech and backend support. No response from last one week and connection is down. No response on mail as well. You should stop providing such pathetic service and stop harassing customers
