@TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

I will not suggest anyone @youbroadband for wifi plans , worst service , now it's been a week I am calling to the customer care for relocation of my connection. A worst experience ever. The only time they will call & it's very quick when your recharge get to end .

Dear sir, This is Lvprasad from visakhapatnam location regarding my network connection not working past 6 days onwards raised complaint on 3rd may but still now my problem was not solved. Technicians also not responding please do as priority basis @youbroadband

@youbroadband @KetanButte Issue is still not resolved. Even customer support team is not able to handle. We have submited device 2 years ago still no refund is given. We are launhing complaint now.
