@TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

@youbroadband Why it takes more than 36 hours to fix such minor issue ? For first 35 hours your team dint even come to our area to fix issue for multiple societies and after they came it was fixed in less than 1 hour. So what took 35 hours for them to reach ?

Our Internet service has been down for the last three days. Therefore, office work is closed. We made a phone call. But there was no response. We have already registered complaint and followed up several times, but in vain. Nobody showed up. @youbroadband

@youbroadband Shittiest service ever! Your people in Pune keep following up when it’s time to collect money for the package, but disappear after the payment! For a 10-minute job, the technician made me wait for 4 hrs & decided to not show up at all! Won’t recommend it to anyone!
