@TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

@vikramsathaye @youbroadband I recall a similar incident where veenaworld has duped thousands of customers by not paying their deposits back and offered ridiculous offers to compensate it. But India is happy when some uneducats claim we are gr8 without need to cross chk what the reality is.

Update : Ironiy the connection is back after a mind boggling tussle with the QoS of @youbroadband customer cares and local techs. Techs did not receive the call though. Funny.

@youbroadband I was supposed to get switched from Idea broadband to You broadband on 1st April. It's 3 days past l and yet the connectivity is down. Please let me know if you can provide service or I should switch to another provider.

have raise shifting request for 1 week back and still no one has came for it.. taking daily follow ups with customer care but no use.. very very careless attitude... stuck with @youbroadband. Didn't expect this kind of careless behavior from your side.

@youbroadband You guys are really shameless. You guys are just not customer centric at all. When it comes to money, you follow your policies and protocols, but during service the attitude changes to : Who the F cares ? I am going to advice everyone against using Youbroadband.
