@TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

Hi @youbroadband My sister @DeolikarSayali is struggling to solve the wifi issue from past 15days,it's an old setup.We did painting and it's not working, they r just giving different excuses,she paid ₹1000 for a month and not getting service.Complaint no.202202170134.

how can a customer trust that it would be added after paying the renewal amount, as I see no action from your end inspite of chasing regularly from past 2 weeks. Does @youbroadband want to fool customers by just taking money from them and not providing the benefits on time?
