@TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

@JioCare This is really unfair I never had such issues with Airtel youbroadband or any other service provider anyways thank you I will think of switching to airtel where I don’t have to request for my own paid receipts

I didn't get my refund since last 2 years. one month before Mr. Prahlad Giri from your office asked for documents and told me to wait for 10 days. R u guys preparing cheque from US bank? why mere 1500 Rs. refund takes 2 years of follow up?2022021507242 complaint no @youbroadband

@youbroadband @ViCustomerCare Its been a week that my internet is down. Lodged complaints on the app and on email too, but your team doesn't have any courtesy to even try to respond and resolve. Team only makes sure that we pay our bills on time, but are not present when needed.
