    @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

    @youbroadband worst service experience.Your regional engineers need to fix the issues and then close the tickets. How many days does it take to fix one dist. box replacement. Unsatisfied with the total service. Count me out from next month,should move to better service provider.

    @youbroadband What a pathetic service. Your network is not stable. Always gives a request timed out after every few minutes. Worst service. I recommend if you are giving a free service then also I will reject it.

    @youbroadband its been 24 hours since ur network is disconnected raised ticket way back n called up service engineer too, if this is ur customer service in 2nd month of providing connection then i cn understand hw pathetic u ppl r 🙏 pathetic service

    Hi @youbroadband I'm facing connectivity issue for past 2 days . issue resolving time was getting extended for every 4 hours in youbroadband app but it seems no one is looking into the issue . my username : sarav3.

    Is there any situation more frustrating than waiting for your broadband service provider to send a technician to set your connection right after several hours of connection outtage? Just saying ..... @youbroadband
