@TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

@youbroadband UNPROFESSIONAL !!! is the word that suits Youbroad band best. It had been nearly 6 months since I disconnected my youbroad band connection due to how bad their network was. My refund cheque has not reached me despite multiple requests, calls and messages.
