  @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

  @youbroadband @youbroadband I have contacted customer care multiple times and received only false assurances, which is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Grievance Portal TRAI for further action. Kindly treat this as urgent.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @youbroadband Again Airtel Wi-Fi is down since 6 am this morning. What are you guys upto? Every other weekend you guys go down. I have found another ISP, and going to switch now
