    @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

    @youbroadband what is going !!?? From last 2 months internet has been down for at least 2 hours daily in the name of maintenance. I have been complaining about the same but no one attended and ticket gets resolved by itself and same vicious cycle continues.

    @youbroadband Account number 2157179 I am unable to use internet on the connection with the above mentioned account number since 25th June 2022. Complaint is registered on your app since then. No response from engineer. Pathetic service. Immediately look into the matter. (1/n)

    @youbroadband @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw Registered request to terminate my connection on 26th April through app and after that 8-9 times through toll free number also. It's been more than 2 months but no body has collected my modem.Going to consumer forum very soon.

    @youbroadband I want the services to be restored asap and also extension of the validity to my existing plan as it has been a significantly long time since the day I am not getting internet service. This is extremely pathetic service from @youbroadband (n/n)
