  @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

  @YOUBroadband, is "ghosting paying customers" a part of your standard technician training now? My home internet has been completely DEAD for the last 3 days. Get a team to my location and fix this today, or you can happily process my permanent disconnection.

  @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!

  @youbroadband have collected all support tickets, emails, tweets & call records. I’m waiting till Monday—after that I’ll file a complaint in Consumer Court. I waited this long because your service was good for years, but the last 2 months have been extremely disappointing. Please resolve

  @youbroadband pathetic service by @youbroadband in Nagpur. Network down since 3 days. Amazing follow up while renewing plan but absolutely **** service when network is down. Service worthy of @consumercourtin (consumer court’s) attention
