@TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

Hi @youbroadband I applied for youbroadband Wi-Fi connection on 14.08.2022, paid an amount of Rs. 4144. It’s been 16 days and I haven’t received the connection and I am deceived again. I am asking for a full refund and a compensation for this nonsense service and harassment
