    @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

    @youbroadband I made full payment for a 6 months plan on 25th Jan. Since 27th Jan the technical team have been promising installation but find new excuses each day and the same is still not complete. When ******** is the WiFi going to be installed?

    @youbroadband Please give me my money back for the services I hv not used. U charge for a whole year and if after 6 months we move to another building u say u don't hv service there and keep the rest of the money. Thats cheating

    @youbroadband since last 10 days my internet is not working and the reason is "from where the line is coming that location is under renovation and power line is not functional" I fail to understand does it take 10 days for you to plug it somewhere else?

    So @youbroadband is too active in following up with your renewal. But when it comes to resolving the complaint you won't hear back from them. My id is 1501679 and internet ain't working since yesterday. Your app never sends any engineer. #Poweredbyvodafone really? @VodafoneGroup
