    @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

    @youbroadband pathetic response to connectivity issue for the past three days... Same issue in a fortnight.. same lethargic response.. no connectivity for days! Should I look other services providers?

    @youbroadband this has reference to my registration no. CC555200. Your Service Engineer is making statement that direct cable connection with laptop not possible , you have to buy wifi router than only broadband connection will work, Is it so? 1/2

    @youbroadband my net is down since Friday called the helpline and made a complain on your app. Escalated it twice still no response. Been with uguys for 10 years the worst service ever knowing with WFH internet is crucial part of it. No one should ever subscribe to you

    @youbroadband @consumerforum_ @Consumercom I purchased a 75MBPS plan. I have logs that show I'm only receiving 10-15 MBPS. I attempted to file a complaint, but it was handled every day without any visits or solutions. For the same reason, not a single engineer came to my house.

    @youbroadband I am Ran Vijay Singh B 203 Nakshatra Embassy Gaurav path Road Surat using internet service since long. It was good. Now it is worst. Since 02 Jun 2021, network lying dead. Customer care is clueless. Technical team is irresponsible. No respose from Nodal too.

    @youbroadband internet service is pathetic i can not run youtube on 2 device in 100mbps plan . What's the problem with you guys, i called service center from last 2 weeks daily. They don't escalate my complain or doing anything.@TRAI
