@TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

@youbroadband 5 days our internet has been down in Gachibowli Hyd. Rajesh, area manager has been giving us the run around. Whenever things go wrong with ur service, it is an absolute nightmare @TRAI there has to be a way for making these guys pay for the pain they cause

@youbroadband I have given multiple complaints about refund of the deposite money for router after closing the connection. It been 6 months and I have given atleast 7 - 8 complaints. But no action from your end. What a pathetic service experience.

Hi people at @youbroadband ... It has been 3 months since I put a request for disconnection. Modem ws also collected bt I m still to receive d refund cheque. Everytime I call d customer care people tell me it is in refund ... Nd I hv been getting the same answer from last 1 month

Hello @billdesk on 4th Feb at 10:54 PM I did a transaction of 2697 INR for Youbroadband from my HDFC account through @Paytm UPI. The amount got deducted from my bank account but it never reached the merchant (@youbroadband )

@youbroadband Slow speeds and no response from the customer care. I mean I have tried Mail, Calls and even raising a request that is closed just like that. Already regret my decision to signup with you guys. Can you look into your DMs for once?

@youbroadband is your app working at all? I have today register service request 5th time. As Service Termination and collect your modem and refund deposit. But last 4 time request was closed by your engineer without a visit.

@youbroadband I m using you brodband since last 5 year.. .. But now a day. No executive come at place for chek problem... And dispose complain them self.... No satisfaction this year..... So changing to GTPL. THANK YOU FOR UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME WHEN SERVICE IS NEEDED.

@youbroadband I expect to be compensated for all the down time. I am paying for 24 x 7 internet, not for few hours every day. So payment should be refunded in proportion.
