    @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

    @youbroadband I am facing routing issues when playing Escape From Tarkov on Singapore servers. I used to get 50-60ms ping just a month ago and now it is 200+ms since the 14th of August. I know this is your routing issue since I can use a paid VPN to get 60ms ping. Please fix it.

    @youbroadband can you teach your staff some basic manners? No one raises a complaint unless there is a network issue, and no one just stays at home all day because your staff will call to ask how many lights are working on the modem!!

    I kindly request all of you not to buy broadband service from youbroadband which powered by Vodafone. The service is pathetic it will be your waste of your money. Thankyou @youbroadband @youbroadband1 for the disappointment
