    @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

    @youbroadband My YOU Broadband connection is still down. I am not getting services which I paid for since 8 days now. If it doesn't start by 7 pm today, I will have to take this matter to Consumer Court or @PuneCityPolice .

    @youbroadband renewed my connection 2 days back since then the internet has not been working. Tried to get support from the call center but they don’t know what to do. Please assist immediately.

    @youbroadband It's been 5 days since I changed my plan & paid online. I am not getting the required speed. In spite of repeated requests the problem is not resolved. Have your service levels deteriorated to this extent.

    The worst ever service by @youbroadband powered by @VodafoneIN , 25 days are passed but till now no solution provided for my shifting issues in Surat Branch. 11 times called in customer care. they replied in four working hours our backend team call you.till now no one call i got.

    Pathetic experience by @youbroadband. Facing internet issues since 22nd April now. When the engineer attends the request, it works for 1-2 hours & then it stops working again. I have recharged a prepaid plan on 20th April. But I am not getting the service. My username: anuj1103
