  @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.

  @youbroadband its been over 24 hours I’m cutt off from my internet. I’m working from and been waiting for my internet to be restored. No one is helping. This is ridiculous services!! No emgineer, no one visited, took money but no after sales service, worst company ever!!

  @youbroadband Pathetic service. The technician Mangesh Chavhan informs in the morning that he will be attending the call around 17.00 Hrs and after calling him he reports saying he is busy and will come in the morning. No curtsey to call back.

  @youbroadband Pathetic service. Not a single day gone in last 6 months where I have not raised a complaint about either slow internet or connection not working. Very poor service. No resolution yet. I am sure that I am not going to renew @youbroadband again.

  @youbroadband Your payment invoices are missing all key information such as Renewal Subscription Start & End Date, YouBroadband Registered Company details address, Contact Info, Customer Payment processing information, etc. Is Your online receipt approved by Income Tax office ?

  @youbroadband I had surrendered my broadband router on 2nd Aug and was supposed to get refund of the router deposit charges of 2000 I have registered complaint no 2022082003886 and 2022091702446 spoke with purnima uploaded the cheque details too but no refund issued
