    @youbroadband Customer service is gone silent for last 6 months. None of my queries answered and same case with others in my vicinity. We are thinking of moving to Act or Airtel in our apartment where there 30+ connections. Committe will initiate the process.

    @youbroadband broadband still not working. Day 3 and the trauma continues. Why do you sell a 150 MB speed connection when your broadband can't provide 0 MB or does not work.

    Network engineer (professional not form youbroadband) to solve the problem with my own money. Thank god it's a network and he resolved it but it's been 4-5 months no one has visited my place or called. Again i my internet has stopped working and

    @youbroadband shame on you. 5th day without internet, hv some decency , people are struggling at WFH. In these trying times be little considerate, Every month there is a network problem for 4-5 days, this is frustrating, shame on you @vodafone

    @HathwayBrdband Can u check with ur backend team how they are treating us No network since morning, very poor feeling bad, we have canceled our existing Youbroadband Connection for Hathway only, and now see what Hathway is doing very shameful
