    >24hrs unavailability of connection without any prior information. Also, they don't have solutions and backup human resources to resolve the issue on priority. Is it really worth joining this connection? rethink before you join the network. @youbroadband

    @youbroadband @YYoubroadband Dear sir, I’m using the Internet Broadband from last 15-17 days.till that time I’m facing the problems with the internet. & now the internet is stopped from past 2 days. I registered the complaint on you application & also via call C no 2022022315001

    @youbroadband Worst service ever. It's like scam. I have paid on 14th feb and payment received there and executive is not picking up call and not getting proper response. This is my complaint id : 2022030112548. Last try to reach at you. I will file legal fraud complaint.

    @youbroadband worst tech support. Broadband has been down since 2 days and no one is answering the call or doing anything about it

    Till now no one has arrived for repair & I’m 101% not satisfied with your service. If this will happen continues I have to change the data provider, Do the needful on priority basis I’m attaching SS of Complaint.@youbroadband

    @youbroadband I’m really fed up now to write this again and again with no improvements. Again the internet is down from last 3 hours and no one has responded yet. This is 3rd instance of internet going down in this month. Pathetic customer service
