@youbroadband Today 15 July 2022. 3rd day of internet is down. Last week 4 days internet was dead. Total 7 days of no internet connectivity in a month. That’s 25 percent of downtime in a month.

@youbroadband we are facing an outage for the last 36 hours. No response from the local team, Automatic Response system mentions service will resume yesterday(13/7) at 11:55 pm. Such a lousy service/response. No responsible person to answer the call and let us know the status.

@youbroadband So none of technician answered the call nor called back…. AND EVEN TONIGHT INTERNET GONNA BE DEAD. You Broadband Internet is working in opposite building. INTERNET WAS DEAD FOR 3 DAYS LAST WEEK. AND AGAIN TODAY ITS DEAD SINCE MORNING. KINDLY GIVE PERMANENT SOLUTION
