@youbroadband i was customer of you broadband, it has been more than 2 years my plan is not active. i returned modem/router 2 years ago but still havent got refund of modem/router. i have been to you broadband office, multiple calls to customer care but no refund. dont buy. fraud??

@youbroadband is the worst Internet service provider in surat Gujarat. Don't use their service even if they provide it to you for FREE as well. They gets out of service for 23 hrs out of 24hrs. None of the customer executives tries to solve your problem. Think 100 times.

@youbroadband no internet connectivity since 3 days. App don’t allow to register complaint. It says “there is an outage in your area” everytime. This is not first time we are facing this. Time to move out from YOU. Please change your twitter handle to “YOU Broadband Don’t Care”
