    @youbroadband almost 30 hours since internet is not working. Your customer care guy said fibre maintenance work is going on. How much longer is this going to take!!

    @deep_vlogs @youbroadband You made a mistake brother your hard earned money is gone in drain. They won't respond and internet will always be down, better ask for refund and go for @ACTFibernet. I'm suffering since 6 days and new connection just 15 days now and I used internet for hardly 4 days & its down

    @youbroadband one of the worst customer service , I have ever experience. Every weekend I lost connectivity and does not get fixed for more than few days.
