  @rosh_shetty84 @Oza_Akash @screener_in Hi Roshan, the problem was on YouBroadband and Vodafone. Their networks were not reaching our CDN servers. Can you please confirm if it is working fine on Vodafone? You might need to open the website in incognito to ignore cache.

  @youbroadband my wifi is not working since last 4 days , i tried to reach service provide and also customer care, they keep saying we are sending service executive engineer to look after the problem and resolve. But no one tried to reach. What the hell kind of service is this????

  @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

  Plz dont buy any @youbroadband band plan. They will ask for adv. Payment of 1 year. Now they are going to close service in India. As no response to me for the last 15 days my net is not working. @TRAI please look into matter. As youbroadband take money no service given

  @youbroadband WhatsApp chatbot no longer works. There is no IVRS option to talk to support. Is social media shaming the only way to escalate issues now? 3rd day of no internet. Service request not even assigned to an engineer.
