    @iPranav7 @youbroadband Ohh my God. Mine been more than 25 days. No service yet. Money gone. I told them to atleast cancel, they say that they will take another 20 days to refund. The customer care, grievance cell, appellate authority are all in relaxed mode. You Broadband cares?????

    @hitu_be_indian @youbroadband No connectivity since 3 p.m. yesterday.. they are not sure when it would be restored. And as there is frequent outage I've asked for immediate termination and refund of balance. I get to hear that plan charges can't be refunded (for the days I have not taken service). Hyderabad

    @youbroadband, I wanted to upgrade my modem & your team had given a timeline of 24hrs. On following up 2 days later, they said 24hrs = 3 days. Now it's 4.5 days, yet there's no update even after calling multiple times. Ur overall service is consistently pathetic in all Depts

    @youbroadband has got very peculiar field staff in Hyderabad. They will be so humane, until you pay for the new connection. Once paid, they dont lift phone. Never go for this very unprofessional service provider.

    @youbroadband Very bad experience. I applied for shifting of connection and paid shifting charges before 7 days. Still no engineer has contact me. During inquiry at local office, no proper answer or commitment was given. Once I become customer they avoid me giving priority.

    @youbroadband #Youbroadband is down for the whole day today at both of my locations. It's probably game over folks You demonstrated how a service entity could run for years without a dedicated customer care! No helpline,No email. Perhaps you're waiting for #JioFiber to take over

    @ViCustomerCare I have even talked to person name Mr. Chirag(Sr. Manager) from Ahmedabad office. He disconnect my call when I asked for solution. You are providing mental stress since 15 days. Took my money in advance and now no proper response. Pathetic. @youbroadband

    @youbroadband It is pathetic that you people take money and offer no service, refund. It is third day since I made payment and the respective person who told me to pay is not answering the calls. Your cx center is of no use, can someone solve this? I need refund.
