    @youbroadband Trying to renew services Options shown range from 1-12 months However only shows 6 /12 month options while trying to renew:Don't want that longer Can you fix? As your service's not great already switched to another service provider.Might just close this forever

    I registered request at 6:26 PM, someone accepted. I wanted to make sure, there is no internal issues so cancelled it and checked all wires and plug ins. @youbroadband

    Many companies have poor customer service. But thankfully that doesn't happen with @youbroadband Because they don't have poor service at all, they don't have customer service at all so no issue of being poor/ good

    @youbroadband pathetic service in Kothrud wonder futura pune MH area..service disruption for hours everyday since 4-5 days ..no grievance redressal available...you are the worst broadband provider of India..I m switching the service
