    @ACTFibernet is your technician are alive to resolve a technical issue of my SR10765534856474. I am a new customer who paid the bill for 3 months and after 2 days my internet was disconnected stating the bill was due. @youbroadband they resolve issue is 2hours.

    Precovid times @youbroadband would have a working app to report downtime, speed issues.. you log a complaint, boom someone calls you in 15 minutes.. now you’re lucky if someone calls you in 2 weeks, esp in Pune

    @youbroadband Internet connectivity is interrupted for more than 10 hours now in Shanti nagar area Vadodara. The in-app notification still mentioning that issue would be resolved by 5:55PM. Pls resolve the connectivity asap and update the app with correct ETA for resolution
