@youbroadband @DoT_India. My net down since Sat. Raised complaint via App, Phone and called local service person. No rspns yet. #WFH Not possible due to this. It has become a routine of not having internet now. 3 days no service, but still charging. Cst #1898962. #vodafoneidea

Have you seen internet service providers working in shifts? This can happen only in 🇮🇳 (becoz either we don’t do anything or even if we try, law doesnt punish them) Since 3 days Internet of @youbroadband stops around 2pm 😐

@youbroadband #BadService Your Service in Vadodara is Extremely Bad. The Six Months Advance Payment of Rs.4200/- made in December but the quality of service is very poor. Despite regular follow up, your officials only give assurance but no action since last 12 days. Help.

@youbroadband New update over internet disconnection of this service - it will take more than 10 days for a disconnection and after 10 days you'll blamed for using internet during disconnection. Tried to speak to the supervisor but, same agent speaks back changing language. 👏🏻
