    @youbroadband Ac no 1910735, Name. N Charitha Sai, Issue not resolved,complaint registered with reg mobile 7702461910. No proper response from customer care or local engineer. When trying to lodge issue through app it always shows there is no service engineer. Plz resolve.

    @youbroadband all time service Down and all exicutive are non co-operative, from last one week my broadband service is not working in evening to morning every time showing limited Connectivity. its to unresponsive service provider I never recommend anyone to @youbroadband

    @youbroadband Ok thank you youbroadband for your response. But this time the technical team has done they work quickly. So thank you for responding to msg please do not cut the internet for some technical issues. Recently i was giving my exam online suddenly internet gone. So don't repeat it.

    @ViCustomerCare I understood it the first time. Can you guide me as to where should i post my concern on the site, as I know 2 ways- lodging complaint on app and through email, which I have already done. What is tech support team @youbroadband doing ?

    @youbroadband I didn't get my refund since last 2 years. one month before Mr. Prahlad Giri from your office asked for documents and told me to wait for 10 days. R u guys preparing cheque from US bank? why mere 1500 Rs. refund takes 2 years of follow up? 2022021507242 complaint no

    @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare Its been a week that my internet is down. Lodged complaints on the app and on email too, but your team doesn't have any courtesy to even try to respond and resolve. Team only makes sure that we pay our bills on time, but are not present when needed.

    @youbroadband since yesterday evening our wifi is not working even after raising several complaints issue is not been addressed also tickets r closed without providing resolution. Not at all happy with the service

    @JioCare This is really unfair I never had such issues with Airtel youbroadband or any other service provider anyways thank you I will think of switching to airtel where I don’t have to request for my own paid receipts
