    @youbroadband I was using You broadband since 2020-21. Earlier I have opt plan of 10 MBPS 12 MONTH UNLIMITED. But as the nearby building was destroyed, my connection was stopped by YOU broadband, Surat. Due to this I was unable to use my remaining 3 months internet service.(1)

    @youbroadband Pathetic service. Not a single day gone in last 6 months where I have not raised a complaint about either slow internet or connection not working. Very poor service. No resolution yet. I am sure that I am not going to renew @youbroadband again.

    @youbroadband 2022100813347 from last 5 days issues is not solved no one is there to help pathetic service. Pls call will explain entire issue about the pathetic service. Pls help me to solve my issue thanks

    @youbroadband has most pathetic service in the Nasik, Maharashtra region. Your staff don’t even follow up with customers about their issues and don’t answer calls even after more than 5 attempts. I am switching to Airtel today just because of the unethical behavior.

    @youbroadband Our area has a connection of 150+ customers facing issue everyday but no one responds or no one cares- Area manager Uday -+91 90632 69598 area incharge - Anil - +91 81259 75859?? Why don’t you pick up customer calls? You call us for monthly recharge but why not now?
