@youbroadband hello youbroad I am using your service at Surat location, very very disappointed for the service and net connectivity issue. Since 3 days net is not working also every day in evening your net got down. Paid for 40mbps plan but never got speed more than 20mbps.

@youbroadband is not working in our since Saturday 24th April evening. Estimated repairing time keeps shifting. No one takes up the phone in customer care. Consistent Pathetic service. No other good optical fiber broadband is available in the area.

The worst Internet Service Provider @youbroadband . They take the money as soon as possible but when it is time to solve any problem they forget the customers. I am using Youbroadband since 5 years but I am not recommend to @youbroadband to anyone.

@youbroadband Stopped working since Saturday Afternoon. No one came for request resolution. Customer care says technician assigned. But technician is not receiving call since Saturday evening. Again started feeling like felt cheated before a few years ago by @youbroadband
