Hi @youbroadband I applied for youbroadband Wi-Fi connection on 14.08.2022, paid an amount of Rs. 4144. It’s been 16 days and I haven’t received the connection and I am deceived again. I am asking for a full refund and a compensation for this nonsense service and harassment

Today is 6th day but still my Internet issue is not solved by Jio i have already complaint against consumer court and building manager for remove all Jio Fiber connection because Jio Fiber useless for business i recommend use Youbroadband. @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

Recently the normal connection was converted into fiber optic connection. We have @youbroadband connection. It has been a real trouble and absolutely bad service. No response. Beware. @jagograhakjago @TraiIndia #consumercourt

@youbroadband A/C2187413 worst service paid for installation on 24Aug installation completed on 27Aug but the modem and router provided is not functional it worked for few hours post tht connectivity issue raised complaint no solution yet why should I pay without services.
