    @youbroadband How can a company with third rate customer sensitivity, complete lack of customer satisfaction process survive in today's world? Hard to think of any such company.. but You broadband is a live example.

    @VodafoneIN Thanks for your courtesy reply I have visited website and launched #complain but I guess @youbroadband has turned def ears toward #customer these days and they are least bothered to address such issues

    @TSBBCare The first call I recieved was after 30 hours of complaint registered. I would suggest you to engage more field technicians who work 24×7. And the maximum time to resolve issue should be 3 hours. YouBroadband had this.
