@youbroadband I have requested for a new connection on January 16th 2023, Payment was asked to be done upfront which i did, but the connection is still not setup. I’d like to initiate a refund. Let me know the process as the customer care representatives are not responding

Hello @youbroadband , I have registered a complaint many times for my connectivity and speed issue. Every time your customer representative tells that our engineer will come to resolve in 24hr. But no one come . Pathetic service and false promises.
