@ViCustomerCare I already called that no you provided 3 to 4 time since yesterday, still it is not yet resolved. And this is not the first time I am experiencing such things this is a very common problem with @youbroadband service. False promises and lack of interest to resolve issues.

@youbroadband Nothing happens, i know. Every customer of yours in my building will switch immediately as any other internet provider comes. Congratulations to your team pune. Aundh Area. Your have already lost each customer i know, despite of reach and large network.

@youbroadband is you broadband shutting down as customer service has become pathetic. No assistance for anything. I want to upgrade my plan and am having payment issues howver no support from customer care. It seems they are not interested in generate more revenue.

I live in Pune city & for past week we are facing tremendous issues with @youbroadband Network does not stay for even 15 minutes at a stretch. We contacted the service provider at least a dozen times but none of his solutions have worked. Very disappointed with @youbroadband
