  A huge shoutout to @youbroadband for redefining customer service! 🎉 My internet has been down for 4 days. I've called customer care 3 times a day, and not a single technician has shown up. Impressive consistency. 👏 The technician must be taking the scenic route around the 🌍

  @youbroadband my broadband connection has not been working since the 17th of March. Despite multiple calls and complaints registered at your help centre there has not been any response or resolution. Your call centre team can only give me assurances.
