    Requesting @TRAI to advise actions to be taken against @youbroadband as they have denied refunds after perpetual problems faced since 6 months and no support from tech,Service and Appellate says they can't refund! Worst connection and problems continuously persists. All stay away

    @youbroadband I am using You Broadband in Pune. Last 2 days the service is down. I raised many tickets but no one cares to respond back. Dont know what happened to network. Such an irresponsible and unprofessional services you provide. why dont u close the shop?

    @youbroadband just got new you broadband connection 2 hours ago. It worked fine for first hour. And for last one hour it shows no internet connection. Tried calling customer service number but no one answered. What a pathetic service. Just Don’t make me switch after plan expiry.

    2. Raising complaint has become a daily chore. @youbroadband's service keeps getting worse by the day. When you can't provide uninterrupted internet connection you should refund my money. @jagograhakjago @JagoGrahakJago_
