This has cost me not just the internet but one company's job interview and two companies online assessment test for their job openings worst internet service provider of all time @youbroadband if you still have any sympathy for your customers just please refund my money.

The two guys which came to renew my plan in my house have not once received my call after payment was done just doging is this how you treat your customer @youbroadband just take money and run away

Having very bad experience with @youbroadband I have renewed my plan on 25 September and paid 2134 rs for a plan which was valid for 5 months as told by their technical guy after payment no message was send to me nor the mail of successful transaction just money was deducted.

@youbroadband is the worst WiFi I have ever used. Horrible customer service as well. Do not recommend to anyone. I would rather not have internet at all than use their internet.

@youbroadband I lost my mobile number 9676171643 and tried to update 9929921229... connected with the branch and connected with the customer team simply they suggest no option to update....here the only option is to disconnect the Youbrodbrand services right.
