    @youbroadband You Broadband service is not reliable. For the last 10+ days, the internet service down in the Gondal area, Rajkot. Not receiving any response or support YOU team. This lack of support and communication is unacceptable. Kindly process the refund me ID: 2103745

    @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!

    Vapi–Daman deserves better internet. We're paying Mumbai/Delhi-level broadband prices, yet service quality is nowhere close. With only two major providers Quest Internet and @youbroadband effectively controlling the market, consumers are left with frequent outages, inconsistent speeds, and poor reliability which hurt creators, esports athletes, businesses and students alike. Personally, poor connectivity has cost me during national level esports tournaments. What's frustrating is that whenever giant reliable providers like Airtel Xstream Fiber and JioFiber look to expand into the region, there always seem to be roadblocks from the government officials preventing real competition. The people of Vapi–Daman deserve better choices and better internet.

    @youbroadband my broadband connection has not been working since the 17th of March. Despite multiple calls and complaints registered at your help centre there has not been any response or resolution. Your call centre team can only give me assurances.

    @youbroadband I don’t live near Jantar Mantar. My internet has been down for over 24 hours despite raising a formal complaint through your app. The issue seems a broken cable, and there has been no resolution. Please get this fixed as soon as possible.

    @youbroadband you have a third class and disappointing service , shame on you as your app is not on iOS nor your phone lines works. Struggling for last 2 days as no internet . Is this company alive or dead? No one bothers for the customers. Get up and help the customers
