    But the engineer came on Tuesday evening. He has fixed everything but again it stopped working with in one hour. They came to fix it on Wednesday evening and today on Thursday it has again stopped working. I didn't expect such a poor service from Youbroadband.

    @youbroadband is the worst internet service provider as per personal experience. More than 10 days, daily complaints, and still no response. They make the best fake promises and fail to fulfil them always. Work on your customer service @youbroadband #internet #complain

    @youbroadband bad service. I had a plan of 50MBPS and then upgraded to 200MBPS, but there was no improvement in the speed. So I raised a complaint, the executive visited and told that the cable needs to be changed. Now they closed the service request without changing the cable.

    @youbroadband I hv raised a complain 2021060500012 w.r.t modem not working since last Friday. I have called customer care > 4 times to escalate, but no success so far. As it is affecting my biz, kindly allocate ur field engg. to get it replaced ASAP Pathetic #CustomerExperience

    Guys Never Buy @youbroadband connection. Very poor service given by them. I bought connection they promised me to give 25% extra days i m complaining since 2 month still no extra days come And no resolutions provided they have lots of hidden term so dont buy #fraud #youbroadband
