Worst customer care experience i had with @youbroadband, for last 5 days i ternet is not working every time i raised a request they say, in 24hr they will get in touch after 24hr it is cleared but issue still persist. Done with this company worst in the market.

@youbroadband You Broadband. I brought up your connection on the 8th of the march today's date is the 31 March.... Yet I haven't received service. You took money otherwise I would have cancelled it. All the friends told me not to go with you broadband.

Do not purchase Youbroadband internet plan.Its been 4 days that my internet is not working. Every single day i am calling to thair service center and they are saying will fix it in high priority. And when i ask reason. They not even telling me reason. #youbroadband #Vodafone
