  Update : Ironiy the connection is back after a mind boggling tussle with the QoS of @youbroadband customer cares and local techs. Techs did not receive the call though. Funny.

  @consumerforum_ There r plenty bt my recent exp with @youbroadband. They delayed my request of change of add and I couldn’t use the Internet for 1 month, they don’t give complaint no’s when called at call Center. My money is wasted, now I’ve shifted to airtel.

  @youbroadband I had a Complaint with speed related 3-4 days ago, but nothing happened then called 2nd time nothing happened and now after my 3rd call an a engineer has been assigned to my complaint. YOU Broadband service was bad earlier, it has worst now. ticket no. 2021040518610

  @youbroadband I was idea broad band customer and after migration my internet is not working from last 2 days. After continuous follow ups with customer care, still issue is not resolved. Ticket: 2021040121206 This is so frustrating.

  @youbroadband I have been complaining since many days about you broadband wifi issues. Mailing regarding it, But im not getting any responds from you guys. Wifi is working like ****, in a day it stops working 3-4 time and sometimes it doesn’t even work for few days.

  @youbroadband , I am an Idea broadband customer in Pune. The migration of Idea broadband into You broadband has managed to keep me without internet since April 1. Many requests to customer care, they promise to transfer to service department . There is no service. Please check.

  @youbroadband finally decided to discontinue internet service from you guys. Thanks to your horrible and pathetic service. Customer care knows nothing. They have a similar line to tell that request updated and escalated on priority but no solution at all.

  @vikramsathaye @youbroadband Pathetic services in pune...almost whole day net is down... All the time maintenance work is going on.... No response from customer services... No local support... One must avoid youbroadband connection if u r WFH
