    @youbroadband When and where should I give you your title of MOST APATHETIC and UNFRIENDLY SERVICE PROVIDER EVER?? I'm using my 4G network to tweet as my BB service is down for 2 days. My complaint is 2 days old with no acknowledgement or communication on its resolution. Shameful

    @youbroadband it has been 11 days since my connection lost i have complained regarding this on 24th Dec and till today my issue is not resolved my complaint number is 2020122419415this is absolutely not acceptable i think I have made mistake by choosing @youbroadband Poor service

    4 hours later. Account suspended because i cant recharge because modem provided is OOS and hence no Internet. Modem replaced, account recharged, still suspended and No Internet. #FAIL @youbroadband #CrappyService

    @youbroadband had all year of an active plan to find out customers who had old routers and were on high speed plans to contact and change routers. But they expect people to call up and initiate replacement. Was assured account would'nt be suspended by customer support.

    @youbroadband This ISP is an example of Worst service industry. They took 3600 as internet charges and not provided any installation.Fake company. Balkrishna Mishra from Mumbai took the amount and not responding now. my relationship no is CC508085

    @youbroadband i am using for many years in god faith but i found whn problem comes yur technician not coming like used to be last 2 years same problem.i did talk to ur CEO many years ago and he promised it will not happen but it restart same problem again dont like 2 call ur ceo
