    @subhs467 @youbroadband Bro raise a complaint with some govt authority private sector sucks in responses. No proper rules and guidelines they just sell as they which without support.

    @youbroadband no internet since Tuesday. The engineer keeps saying they are fixing it but nothing. Having issues every week since a month. At least 1-2 days a week my net is down. I think it’s time to change my ISP @ACTFibernet please contact me

    @youbroadband Customer service is gone silent for last 6 months. None of my queries answered and same case with others in my vicinity. We are thinking of moving to Act or Airtel in our apartment where there 30+ connections. Committe will initiate the process.

    @youbroadband You guys are the most unprofessional co. Your sales guy said 6mths + 2 free ( I got only one month) Also i paid 2000 for Giga Router, your sales guy keeps saying today tomorrow nothing happens. Raised multiple support cases Response is nil.

    @youbroadband you are worst service providers in Bangalore. When I try to reach your engineer or customer care the numbers will be not valid. Better shut down the services if you can't handle

    @youbroadband I have paid for network connection to youbroadband but it is all useless too.....most time 7-10 times a day searching for network connection. You say ur 6th largest provider of what.... nuisance network in Vadodara. Shut down your service and let others do the job.

    @youbroadband Worst experience. Received commitment from person for next day installation and after that I proceeded further for payment. Finally next day evening requested for cancellation and stuck my money, which I will be refunded after 45-50days without interest… Pathetic
