At 1029am payment was made for ₹1325 UPI Ref no 104910767469 same was sent to the accounts person at 1230pm. At 645pm I get a call saying no payment has been received

Can you please confirm if it is working fine on Vodafone? You might need to open the website in incognito to ignore cache.
