At 1029am payment was made for ₹1325 UPI Ref no 104910767469 same was sent to the accounts person at 1230pm. At 645pm I get a call saying no payment has been received

None of my queries answered and same case with others in my vicinity. We are thinking of moving to Act or Airtel in our apartment where there 30+ connections. Committe will initiate the process.
