    @youbroadband Please respond my query despite emails, dms .no response since 2 months . One of the worst service I had in my life. There are no escalation hirarchy as well. #worstservice

    @youbroadband you are worst service providers in Bangalore. When I try to reach your engineer or customer care the numbers will be not valid. Better shut down the services if you can't handle

    @youbroadband You guys are the most unprofessional co. Your sales guy said 6mths + 2 free ( I got only one month) Also i paid 2000 for Giga Router, your sales guy keeps saying today tomorrow nothing happens. Raised multiple support cases Response is nil.

    @youbroadband had Dm'd , emailed ,called customer care and no response from you. I don't have internet connectivity since a month. Pathetic service and I am still surprised this company belongs to @VodafoneIN .

    @malthnks @youbroadband Yeah in between the customer care had become slightly good when i was in Vadodara. But i guess thereafter again degraded.

    @youbroadband @HDFC_Bank Made a payment to you broadband of 4170 rupees and by mistake I did it two times due to some net banking errors from third class hdfc bank, now you broadband is not looking into this matter and ignoring. How we trust you broadband anymore...

    Hi @youbroadband I applied for youbroadband Wi-Fi connection on 14.08.2022, paid an amount of Rs. 4144. It’s been 16 days and I haven’t received the connection and I am deceived again. I am asking for a full refund and a compensation for this nonsense service and harassment
