@Kaivan_ns @youbroadband My internet is also not working since 4th of August and getting same reply from the customer care that your complaint is on priority bases still not a single soul visited my place to resolve the issue. I have called @youbroadband more than 6-7 timees.

After my death, God asked me about my last day of life? I told him that the entire day I was calling @youbroadband customer care. The last called was of around 10 mins. God hugged me and said, "Oh! Poor boy." 😭

@VodafoneIN @youbroadband there are multiple similar complaints like mine and are yet to be resolved. I think there is some serious issue with your customer service. Either you don't have workforce or people are not willing to work.

Cause phone network is not good either if not could have connected to hotspot, unfortunately need your services in this situation @youbroadband not a fair practice of providing service #nointernet #WorkFromHome #youbroadband has not paid rent as well for DP exchange board in area

@youbroadband @VodafoneIN This is the worst customer care response I have experienced today. I have just asked for the service extension request for the days when your internet wasn’t working and when your speed was at 1-2 MBPS against 40 MBPS plan, but you guys aren’t listening.
