@Kaivan_ns @youbroadband My internet is also not working since 4th of August and getting same reply from the customer care that your complaint is on priority bases still not a single soul visited my place to resolve the issue. I have called @youbroadband more than 6-7 timees.

Cause phone network is not good either if not could have connected to hotspot, unfortunately need your services in this situation @youbroadband not a fair practice of providing service #nointernet #WorkFromHome #youbroadband has not paid rent as well for DP exchange board in area

@VodafoneIN @youbroadband there are multiple similar complaints like mine and are yet to be resolved. I think there is some serious issue with your customer service. Either you don't have workforce or people are not willing to work.

Pathetic service and call centre of @youbroadband. Ordered for their new modem and paid for it also but no installation. Even complains not being addressed. All complaints being closed without even addressing it or calling me.
