@ViCustomerCare Hi Laxmikant, do you feel since August 20 I have not visited the website and done the needful. Have done each and every aspect about the same. Hope you understand things. Have sent approx 30 plus mails to @youbroadband but they don't have time to read and provide proper solution

@youbroadband As expected, neither has the issue resolved nor have you @youbroadband done anything to take action. I can't see why I should continue paying for your services when I'm having to buy mobile internet packs as well. This qualifies for consumer court as well!

@reliancejio , @TataSkyBinge @HathwayBrdband and futureusers of broadband services in India: i used #youbroadband for over a decade despite terrible service simply because there were no better options. now there are. the ybb service has gone down from pathetic to hell. so ybbye!

@youbroadband It's been 18 days i have place a request for Shifting of connection for nagpur location but still I haven't got the connection at my new location. Your employees not even pick up call once payment is received by them. Worst Service, will never recommend anyone

@youbroadband How many more months will you continue to provide such poor service to Your customers? At My home, internet hasn't been working Properly for the last 10to11 days. While Complaining to customer care, gets extravagant answers. And your service center doesn't respond.

@youbroadband Dear Team, I've been facing internet issues since the day I've got it installed. The internet goes on & off always. Even after multiple complaints, no one has yet approached me to fix it. Infact I've been fooled saying that I'll get fibre but got copper connection.
