Every 8 hrs timeline is extended on ticket & chatbot only keeps parotting same lines. Gone are the days when act used to respond in a day.

At the time of payment, your team committed that device will be installed on same day. Then later in evening, ACT person told me that device will be installed by today 1st half of day.
