    @adityapandya @airtelindia Here is a situation. I am on a plan of ₹1500 for 100 mbps. There is a new plan of ₹1000 for 150 mbps. This is for @ACTFibernet. Now I can’t change this plan on customer care or app. I have to beg executives to help me. 4 months, it hasn’t changed.

    @roy_animesh Have a look at this comment. This seems to be a common problem with @ACTFibernet. It's time you find newer options. Plus they are very costly too.

    Why @ACTFibernet is not working. I tried calling your helpline numbers they are all busy. Raised atleast 5 tickets since Morning. No call from your end if this is how you people are going to work then its high time to switch.

    @ACTFibernet your support helpline number has been ported and the local manager in Delhi only has 1 line to say’it will be resolved’ it’s close to 24hrs since the fault and no resolution. You should shut shop with such rubbish technical team
