    @ACTFibernet Friend this company is very very clever. I was shocked if we raise request for new connection within one hour we get call back but if we raise complaint no call back was arranged from last 5 days. REALLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. PLEASE DON'T OPT THEM

    @ACTFibernet with every passing day your IVR support is getting lamer. Gave request for disconnection of an extra connection 15 Days ago. Bill generated again. Can't even even speak to CC.

    @ACTFibernet Yes. . . the issue is resolved now. The power adapter of the modem was faulty and now has been replaced.

    @ACTFibernet consistency in services is becoming an issue, either the speed or link is down & today it's been down for 5 hrs with a fiber cut prob cited to me by CS. The BOT is bad, CS never has a update & they only raise SRs, local engg are never reachable.. Thinking of changing

    @ACTFibernet It is written on your website that you will get 3300 GB data for the month but your customer care says that since March our company has started giving unlimited data. Because of this I am getting very confused. Please clear my confusion.

    @ACTFibernet Friends beware from thier fake commitments. Such a poor customer care department they are having no one replies if you put mail or raise complaint. On Twitter also the executive who replied they also lier no one From their side contact you.

    If I need a free router, when I contacted @ACTFibernet support they told me that they'll contact me in a day regarding this, then they told me that the issue will be resolved till Monday (7 June) 1pm, I didn't hear from them & when I called they disconnected my call 2 times

    Well,so you have a team who will just look into complaints/tickets and not do anything.This is pathetic customer service from @ACTFibernet. @DoT_India in situation where we all are virtually connected,i have no connectivity from October 2020.This is serious lapse by @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Issue2: I am receiving very slow speed. Hardly 10mbps. VPN is not connected. The only troubleshooting you guys are doing is to shut down VPN OR reboot the router. I think it's time to switch to a different vendor. SR:10249573688632.

    @ACTFibernet it is very disappointing that I was enrolled into a 150 MBPS speed did not get even a single day the promised speed and we end up with the next months bill this is the worst experience I have come across.
