    @ACTFibernet my a/c 110394383080 applied for a new connection on 7 may and sales executive quoted installation within 3 days of paymnt ₹5303 for 6 mnths & till today 18 may (12th day) Installation still not done. Very poor service and cheating. No response even from nodal offcr

    @ACTFibernet I don't have any connectivity since yesterday morning and I was told that it will be restored by 8 p.m but it's been more than 24 hours and it's still not working and your customer care is really pathetic. I've been trying to call them since morning with no avail.

    @ACTFibernet Its been more than 8hours there is no internet access and no engineer has visited the location to resolve the issue. The complaint was raised 17hours before Current: SR11064335514703 The company CEO also don't reply to the mail's so what can we expect from their engineers.

    @ACTFibernet same old pathetic service , got reinstalled act but the service is so poor speed less than 10mbps whereas plan taken for 150mbs despite several reminder bill still not recd ..
