    I have been using @ACTFibernet net for 3 years. I deactivated my account due to their bad #internet connection. I initiated the process for refund they say NO to me and customer executive was using bad language. It was such a #terrible #experience. I request not to go with them.

    @ACTFibernet 3 connections at shops of Jawahar Madan 9811323239 at Raghubir Ngr Delhi malfunctioning for last 6 mts. No resolution to many complaints so far. Business losses happening. Consumer fed up with callous attitude of ACT. Request urgent action.

    @ACTFibernet Thanks for resolving the complaint after 3 days. But I personally think that company should resolve complaints without customers being forced to use social media platforms... hope I need not to use such ways in future for the complaints resolutions.🤞🏻

    @ACTBangalore @ACTFibernet don't not install ACT broadband, you will cry, we took yearly subscription and now bound to use and every day we have to complaint but no permanent solution, NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED

    @ACTFibernet Instead of resolving the issue ACT forced to take decision of closing connection. It is absolutely ridiculous customer service. Last one month I am not using my connection properly with poor internet.

    Dear Actfiber: if you can’t follow up with smooth and timely installation process, don’t sell. Had a pathetic experience recently. I was using Jio Fiber and was disappointed with their customer care so decided to switch. Contacted Act and sales executive was behind me for docs and payment. Assured me that he will try for installation next day. After payment he went incommunicado. Didn’t take my calls nor responded to my msgs. Standard window of 48 hours also expired. After 96 hours got a call for installation. In the meantime , I booked Airtel and got it installed the very next day promptly. Thanks ACT for saving the agony of being your customer. If metro like chennai has this service levels, god help other tier 2 places. @ACTFibernet @FiberAct

    @ACTFibernet Wi-Fi has been down since morning. I’ve raised multiple tickets. No response from your team. No calls get thru your fake numbers online. What sort of service is this ??? Fix this or cancel my connection

    @ACTFibernet Even they dont care if customer says he will diaconnect or cancel , Mr Vishnu from Act who called at 3:34 pm today dont care about losing customer but really force cust to send email to get notification ..is this Act think thy manage customer

    @ACTFibernet 36+ hours without internet. 3 calls to customer care, 30+ mins wait each time, false promises of a technician, and zero resolution. SR10180978587984. Day 2 of this pathetic service. Do you care about your customers? This level of negligence is shocking. Resolve now

    @ACTFibernet you **** app doesnt work. I used to 5900 every 6 months for internet plan. Now it says 7300 as due. Kindly solve your **** app bugs im not even able to connect to agent there. Clarify about this bill or i will have to file a complaint in consumer court. 101439329428

    They said the issue will be resolved by 01/07 - 9.00 to 13.00 then another message comes saying its taking longer time and revised time is 19.30 to 21.00. All the given times are crossed. Because of this I am loosing my work! @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @FiberAct
