    @ACTFibernet I Contacted Your customer care and made payment for new connection of Rs 14146/- Now since then till now 29 Nov No response from Your Executive, They said not covered under permission so we will refund your payment but not yet refunded , is this the way ACT work.

    If I need a free router, when I contacted @ACTFibernet support they told me that they'll contact me in a day regarding this, then they told me that the issue will be resolved till Monday (7 June) 1pm, I didn't hear from them & when I called they disconnected my call 2 times

    @ACTFibernet Friends beware from thier fake commitments. Such a poor customer care department they are having no one replies if you put mail or raise complaint. On Twitter also the executive who replied they also lier no one From their side contact you.

    @ACTFibernet worst customer care.. since yesterday my net is not working (delhi) after complaint thru app , no response from your engineer.. unable to get in touch with your customer care no as while press for language it not accept input.. not able to whf

    @ACTFibernet Friend this company is very very clever. I was shocked if we raise request for new connection within one hour we get call back but if we raise complaint no call back was arranged from last 5 days. REALLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. PLEASE DON'T OPT THEM

    @ACTFibernet is the worst connection . They charge high rentals and give poor service . Since last 5 days my Wifi is not working.Frequent Disconnection happening No Action on it . When you call the customer care there are a bunch of Robots and rude people sitting there Pathetic

    @ACTFibernet Since morning I was frustrated, I raised ticket, 5+ WhatsApp call, 10+ normal call and what's messages to the number I shared. But no proper responses. just few min back, it's resolved but donno if it comes again. Will reach if issue persist. Thanks

    @ACTFibernet I raised 3 tickets and all of them are closed without a resolution. My internet is working at 8 mbps speed against a plan of 400 mbps. Are you guys taking your customers for a granted?

    @ACTFibernet I had recently relocated, and your technician installed the router at the wrong place. There is no option to cancel my connection or get that guy back. It always shows it will charge me a 700 rupee fee all over again. Help!
