    @khushal_singh_ @ACTFibernet Act service is very poor I paid 6 months renewal of Rs 7222. The broadband was not for more than 10 days and I surrendered the connection. Now ACT is not refunding the money I paid. Before taking ACT kindly note this poor service od ACT

    @ACTFibernet My connection is terminated but i didn't get any my refund amount, its been 1 month, pathetic service, taking money from customers and not responding @ACTFibernet No response from customer care when i called them they will rise a ticket and within 15 min i receive that resolved

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet . This has become a regular issue now of facing internet disruption or outage frequently which is resulting in unavailability to wfh.... Plz look into it asap and make sure no further issue with internet services. Thank you

    @ACTFibernet network is down for 3 hours and also get irregular speed drop. Things are getting worse day by day, can someone resolve this as quickly as possible?

    @ACTFibernet every 15days my internet keeps going down and it’s always the same- issues with the technical box. Every time the executive on the other end says it’s on priority basis but then again some days later it goes down again (1)
