Really poor sevice from leading service provider - @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in a metro. Over 72 hours since I paid up for a braodband connection in Hyderabad. The executive isn't answering nor is there anyone contacting to install the service. Its time to @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Never seen a poor customer service like yours. We were in a plan with 75mbps 3 months plan and given the router that supports only 50mbps. When asked the customer care folks, we were told to upgrade to higher plan for 6 months then we’ll be provided the highspeed

@ACTFibernet Yes, the issue has been resolved for now. As posted earlier, please take a look at the number of tickets that we have opened since we got the connection 40 days ago. It's almost once every 2 days. Could you please ensure this doesn't happen again at least for a few weeks? Thanks
