    Requested for a relocation at @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet on March 26th and the resolution date was 2nd April. Even after breaching the SLA for 48 hours now they are least bothered to address it as a priority. Pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet I had requested to shift location and was scheduled to be done by 3rd, Technician had informed that he will be coming this Saturday, but nobody has turned up yet, I had to follow up 5 times with CS, they also disconnected my call.. WORST EXPERIENCE

    @ACTFibernet internet down in jubilee hills road no 10 since yesterday. Your customer care is not picking up calls. So you are ghosting us till we switch Jio or is it airtel? @airtelindia what are your plans?
