    No solution yet. Bo one from the @ACTFibernet bothered to even give a call and listen to the complaint. That's how their service is. Bye-Bye. #ActFibernet. Switching to another provider & advise people to never trust ACT. THEY ARE THE WORST. Every other day connection goes off.

    @ACTFibernet Yes, the issue has been resolved for now. But please take a look at the number of tickets that we have opened since we got the connection a month ago. It's almost once every few days. :( Could you please ensure this doesn't happen again at least for a few weeks? Thanks.
