    @ACTFibernet Guys you must correct your service in all aspects. Neither your internet is good nor your customer care. Your team made disconnection after five days after failing to correct the issue. And now your customer care isn't answering call for refund. Moving to #Airtel

    Very disappointed with @ACTFibernet service. Raised shifting req on 30 Apr, prom ETA was 2 May, but still no resltn or proper timeline. Poor cust supp and no accountability despite being a cust since 2022. Wouldn't recommend ACT to others if cust concerns are ignored like this

    @ACTFibernet want to report a serious issue. Your field executive is logging in as customer and closing ticket. He called me in the morning as I reported an issue. He resolved the issue & asked for an OTP. After I have provided it. I realised that it’s OTP for login

    1/1 Worst experience with @ACTFibernet. Raised shifting request on 30 Apr, promised resolution by 2 May, but still no action and no proper response from the support team. Evry day a new excuse, but no accountability. This kind of service is unacceptable for working professionals

    Absolutely pathetic onboarding from @ACTFibernet Was promised installation today by the sales guy and he doesn’t bother to attend to calls or reply for msgs. Not honouring commitment is one thing but not even caring to respond shows how a customer is taken for granted! Worst!
