@ACTFibernet This hasn't been going well at all. I raised a complaint yesterday and it's been more then 15 hours now. Even if I call the helpline there is either no answer or they don't know about anything. I have been missing my meetings. This doesn't add to a good experience.

@ACTFibernet don’t believe in them. We are facing the internet issue from 2 days and they are not responding to calls at all. Their team came yesterday to look at the issue but they didn’t rectify at all. They said they are going for lunch and after that they are not back to work
