@ACTFibernet I have raised over 6 service requests that the internet is not working , which are getting closed automatically,not one person from Act has contacted me to resolve the issue, I have called customer care almost twice everyday and I feel helpless at this point (2/3)

@ACTFibernet - I paid for a ACT blaze subscription yesterday with three months advance. The person is now not responding to my messages nor picking my call. I did get mails from ACt but my number is not registered in your system. Call center is just keeping me on hold.Please help
