    @ACTFibernet Act Digital TV - Whenever it rains, I won't get any HD channels. In just the past 2 months I've raised 5 complaints (21059535, 21061681, 21097131, 21112214, 21119618). Field technician is NOT RECTIFYING it at all. Frequent problem. Resolve it properly and permanently

    @ACTFibernet Since few months my family is constantly suffering due to Internet outages. The actual problem is however the very poor technical service you are providing. No problem is solved within 48 hrs which you promise of.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet ACT is careening down hill fast. It will be a "null & void" company soon. I had 6 connections. Shut 5 of them because of poor Service & total disregard of Clients. Poor Management at Middle and Higher levels is very apparent. Shutting the 6th one too.

    Escalated on 121, was promised someone would call by 12pm today & resolve by evening. No calls yet. I feel I've made a huge mistake taking Airtel BB connection. Should have gone for @ACTFibernet or @HathwayBrdband. Shame on you & your pathetic service quality @Airtel_Presence

    @ACTFibernet Thanks for your support, yes I got my connection. I want to know why they disconnected with details. I am fed up due to this. Why not my problem resolved without taking shelter of social media. If I am commenting any mistakes will you pay for it...?
