    @ACTFibernet pathetic service response in Warangal. Been chasing for the fix of network issue SR11559373786782. No response whatsoever. Eta just kept on moving further.

    @ACTFibernet My Question is,only if a customer calls and asks u wi give the waiver, otherwise u won't ? Is that ethical ? Are u not supposed to waive proactively ?

    @ACTFibernet no internet connection since this morning! Raised a complaint. No resolution yet!! Is it a holiday for you guys for Diwali? It’s still work-from-home for me! SR10163401877164. Worst service from ACT. Unfortunately, there’s no JIO here 😓😓😓😓😓😓

    Used @airtelindia Wi-Fi for 2 years and never switched off the router. If I complain @ACTFibernet that I am not getting speed, they’ll suggest to switch off and on the router. Fed up with these bloody network.

    @ACTFibernet I doubt at least your head office has internet without interruption. Stupid network #actfibernet. Worst part is we’re missing @airtelindia Wi-Fi services in mid of the city #Vijayawada

    @ACTFibernet In the support system using the app, you have cleverly skipped the part to complain on slow internet. How much should I expect if I have 300Mbps connection ? 20 sounds way too low right ?

    @ACTBroadbandIn @ACTBangalore @ACTFibernet for past 3 days i am hearing the same response again & again ."Your issue has been forwarded to backend team willbe fixed in 3hrs/10 mints. i will take responsibilty in fixing issue". 3 field person visit home ,issue is still solved
