@ACTFibernet Every 6 months I have to contact the customer care for the electricity discounts. Why u don't update your billing system as per the customer requirement. Every time u will generate full bill and I need to chase for the discount settlement. Pls resolve this issue ASAP

@ACTFibernet Very poor customer service. I raised a ticket (SR10258041777542) on 14 June 2021. Ticket was closed without a permanent resolution. Ticket is opened again today (15 June) at 6 am. Yet no resolution even at 12 pm.
