    @ACTFibernet Worst policies they wear not able to activate the plan because the due date not today even after payment is done... Worst expirence... We should also ask the act team to compensate the date/amount when there is connectivity issue. There is no minimum respect towards

    @ACTFibernet I want to discontinue WIFI service as I am relocating to my hometown due to Covid. Last month we paid for a pack of 6 months. We would want refund for the the 5 months which we would not be using going further. Tried support but very poor customer service.

    @ACTFibernet What a ****** service ACT Fiber has become. The payment done on it's app doesn't update. The customer care number doesn't work. There's nobody to talk to or resolve our issue. Looks like we are paying our bills to some robot, who doesn't care,but will disconnect asap
