Different address they offered me free shifting aswell which is done and connection started. The bastard who called me has switched off his number post getting the payment and until now no offer is provided nor act support team is taking any action (2/2) @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet We receive 5- 10 mbps speed from your expensive network. 6 months back your cc makes us upgrade plans to 150 mbps. . Now the pathetic customer service says we cant help kindly downgrade the plan or purchase new router. Never seen any ISP to be so bad & impractical.
