@ACTFibernet ..I was having act fibernet ..from last 10-12 days internet was not working ..multiple complaint ..no resolution ..I did not renewed ..then I got call from mr Shankar Nair renewal team and assurance for no issue further ..I convinced , my bad ..

@ACTFibernet I still have not found anyone reaching out to me . Instead my latest complaint raised is also closed without any update and when I tried to reopen ,no update still.And one more got raised ,that is also closed
