    @ACTFibernet And time and again their technical support comes and says everything is fine and it’s some problem with the fiber and then say they have changed their ports and now it’s fine.Not asking me if it’s fine and will close the complaint like it was solved successfully.

    @ACTFibernet I have a connectivity issue since morning and I raised a service request as well. Got a response that it will be resolved between 4pm to 7pm today. It's almost 7pm and no resolution yet, really a difficult day today.

    @Dyslexicon @ACTFibernet Yeah and this is the least of the issues with @ACTFibernet. I'm seriously considering dropping their service altogether since they're my backup connection anyway.

    @airtelindia @ACTFibernet Recently I have activated 6 months plan with Airtel Broadband but every day there would be outage issue with internet. Do i need to switch? But they looted 6 months money from me

    Very Worst Service @ACTFibernet Even Snapped Transmission lines can be restored within 24Hrs.But you people are delaying to restore the internet connectivity by saying silly reasons like junction box problem ...@ACTFibernet loosing your quality of service day by day
