Escalated on 121, was promised someone would call by 12pm today & resolve by evening. No calls yet. I feel I've made a huge mistake taking Airtel BB connection. Should have gone for @ACTFibernet or @HathwayBrdband. Shame on you & your pathetic service quality @Airtel_Presence

@ACTFibernet :I raised a ticket for referral not being reflected in billing on 11th July. After conversation with Sales and the support they assured ,it will be corrected jn back end. Again I got in touch with The team on 15th July who confirmed, referral is present give 72 hr

@ACTFibernet ACT is careening down hill fast. It will be "null & void" as a company soon. I had 6 connections. Shut 5 of them because of poor Service & total disregard of Clients. Poor Management at Middle and Higher levels is very apparent. I am shutting the last connection now.
