    @ACTFibernet worst service.pathetic customer care.. I would suggest no one should take their service esp cable/ streaming service. The IVRhas Kannada option but it gets routed to Telugu customer service. What an insult.Don’t keep Kannada option of u cant route it to Kannadareps

    @ACTFibernet Not fooling your customers at all. Your customer care call center is down in dumps. You just disconnect the call in between. Your app does not have the option of raising complaints against rude employees and unasked for robotic marketing calls.

    @ACTFibernet Close to a year since I gave up my connection and I still get crappy calls to restart. I WON'T RESTART. Your customer care executive Selvaraj has the audacity to suggest that I give an alternate number. When I asked for an escalation he disconnect my call.

    @ACTFibernet Again i have trouble from act fiber .. And i want to make sure i post this at every social media.. I called up customer careens asked why my internet is not working .. the customer care associate tells me that there is a disconnection at the power box ..

    @ACTFibernet Within a span of couple of weeks my broadband service is again down. Hence this is my second complaint. SR10353944594022 raised on  17/Mar and SR10352945196497 raised on 25/Feb. The service is very poor and you are taking loyal customers for granted.
