@ACTFibernet I am facing bandwidth issues with a new connection and have placed requests for shifting the router within the house. Your team is demanding additional money for shifting router internally and that too for a new connection less than a week. This is ridiculous looting

@ACTFibernet Dr Bala Malladi, ACT CEO, ur cust care support is pathetic. I believe the ServiceTAT is to complete the issue,not to extent.On6thFEB I have been raised a complaint to fix the issue the agreed time to resolve my issue is 9PM, then that 9pM to 10 AM, then 10AM to 4PM

@ACTFibernet upgraded to ACT storm last month as per your suggestion, used LAN connection during exam. Neither field engineers nor backend identifying the root cause of slow bw issue. I request to refund my loss and want to disconnect permanently.
