    @ACTFibernet The grievance has been resolved but the hassle was way too much. I am on a 1200/month plan and pay 6 months in advance. Losing connectivity for 7 days is a lot of down time for me. I have faced such issues twice in this calendar year till date. What would you suggest I do?

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD No action has been taken on this complaint SR101633036095775. It has to be resolved by 23rd oct 2 58 PM, but till now it is not yet resolved.. false commiment..no action taken by customer care,they only know to say the words we have escalated it
