@airtelindia unexpected behavior. I was informed that the new broadband connection is free for 1 month with the dth connection included. But now @airtelindia is charging us for the free month service with 790 rupees. Time to switch @ACTFibernet for the broadband it seems.

@ACTFibernet It knows That there is a pending amount t of advance rentals as I mentioned earlier we r yet to receive our salaries since our company is in a bad position we are waiting for salaries, requesting not to disconnect the Internet, even online class r there for children.

@ACTFibernet I have told your associate that it needs to fixed ASAP as this is not a city wide issue or area wide issue. I know people on my neighboring street have access to act internet it is just our street whom are facing the issue. Can this be please resolved in the next hour.

@ACTFibernet Your broadband service is not working since yesterday, and your field engineers are giving bizarre reasons for the same. No one is showing any interest in fixing them ASAP. Please help, otherwise, we will have to look for other vendors.
