@ACTFibernet your services are not working in Thiruvanmiyur area. Your claimed to resolve it by 7:30 this evening. It's 8:30 now. The connectivity isn't restored yet and there's no updates on whether issue will take longer to solve. It hasn't been working since Friday evening.

@ACTFibernet it's been 11 days since we have disconnected ur service but still the box which kept outside my house is not removed since even when it's the power connection is going from my house we have been calling but no one has come even after making request

@ACTFibernet It's now more than 3 days. My billing is on 14th of every month. I might be disconnecting the service. When tataply, jio has their own poles and were able to restore services in a day, here is ACT still dependent on EB posts for wire extension troubling users

@ACTFibernet has the worst customer support service ever. Its been more than 30 hours and still no internet. Despite giving multiple timelines the internet is not restored and the timelines are not met. Worst service ever.
