    Some pathetic TAT on a relocation request from @ACTFibernet in Hyderabad. 10yrs of association finally comes to an end as i chose another local operator for Internet Services. No point promoting service and spending crores in marketing when you cant serve existing customers #fail

    @ACTFibernet .. I had reached out to act for new connection. An exec by the name Suresh had reached out.. when asked for better rate, he says “Are you looking for better price or better service’ Is this the way how the representative from act fibre responses?

    @ACTFibernet Awesome!! This words I'm listening since few years but no resolution. It's taking 3 to 7 days to resolution after follow-up with multiple times. So we don't want such service provider. Pay me back my amount we will choose different ISP.

    @ACTFibernet Assuming their policy no mid-month change (though never communicated), they should change our plan from Jun 1st. They would not and give no guarantee that it will be changed from Jul also. 3/n
