    @ACTFibernet It's been a pain trying to shift my connection to a different location. The app link doesn't work, there's no other way to update address and support has been dismal.

    @ACTFibernet Has anyone told you that your customer support is one of the worst on earth. After making cust wait for 20 mins on phone, you send a link for applying relocation, which doesn’t send otp. Login account doesn’t have option to apply online. And you charge premium price
