@ACTFibernet Pathetic customer service by @ACTFibernet Why are you collecting amount for new connection before checking the service availability in customer area? Later denied the service, and customer has to follow up for weeks to get the refund. Waiting for my refund..

@ACTFibernet We created enquiry id 102651629227 for internet connection in blr and even paid 6 months in advance, but we didn't receive any payment confirmation & the mobile app hung up while uploading aadhar card. Call center is also not responsive. Very sad customer service.
