    I used @ACTFibernet from 2019-2021 they had the worst services. And now after again moving back to Bengaluru I made the same mistake. It's time to say TATA to their ****** services. @ACTFibernet it's 2022 at least improve Lil bit on your services.

    @ACTFibernet had complained about yr distribution box falling off from our wall it had been nearly a week and nobody has shown up after calling and promising to fix it. You stand to lose at least 5 customers if that thing falls.

    @ACTFibernet Hello, i requested for disconnection i.e. before service due date. Your customer care intentionally gave a wrong advice and prolonged to next month. I haven't used even a single KB since I requested for closure. Why should I need to pay bill which I didn't use? 1
