It has been 13 days since I raised a complaint via Telephone and 3 days since I raised the same issue here and its still Unresolved. Today is the last day to pay bill and I am still waiting for a correct invoice. @ACTFibernet ??? I am not paying penalty charges for ur mistake.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Act connection shifting not completed/denied, but i am been billed for shifting charges and updated account as shifting done.. Even no proper support from support team. Very pathetic service. Don't refer ACT to anyone. Instead go for Airtel or Jio.

@ACTFibernet Till now no calls from your side. Contacted the Customer care with difficult twice, instead of giving solution, the ticket for disconnection is raised. Again contacted the CC, they said that the disconnection ticket will be cancelled, no update till now. Very difficult to follow

@ACTFibernet Since yesterday I have had no response from your team. I called up 4 times after twitting & everytime I got the exact same response but with 0 followups. I am left with no choice but to disconnect with ACT, same as my neighbour. Thanks for your awesome service...!!!

@ACTFibernet Why shall I contact. I never asked to activate, one of the associate Mr. Imran called me and activated my account without my permission and later on after vigourous follow up got it disconnected and now people send me bill which was your associates blunder
