    @ACTFibernet 🙏SR #10266359375384, have requested to disconnect the connection on 30th of Nov but your support agents close the SR multiple times stating that the connection cannot be closed on 30th due to account issues and will be closed only on 1st of Dec.

    @ACTFibernet Recently Broadband box was installed at our home and the wires were not tied properly. They are hanging over the house. I’ve raised multiple complaints and reached out to Nodal officer, but my issue is not getting resolved. Can you please help me here?

    why no broadband @airtelindia ? If it is possible by @ACTFibernet @HathwayBrdband to the mapped location, for last 4+ years until now your service people not giving proper judgment why its not possible .my location(600078) to DLF Ramapuram just 2KM and Ashok pillar just 4KM.
