@ACTFibernet No internet connection for the past 2 hours and no proper response from the executive too. The guy who attended the call told me there is a wire connection issue in the server room and the company will reimburse the amount for the disturbed internet connection.

@ACTFibernet This fluctuations stopped only for 2 or 3 days and then the same issue. I didn't receive any call back that you promised in personal chat, can you please tell me why?? Making fake commitments, also please have a look on your back end team who don't give a damn about customers.

@ACTFibernet extremely disappointed by the billing team. SR10866661962364 was opened for a electricity waiver which was closed without any resolution. I had to open a new SR10866691164915 but this time, billing person disconnected the call while talking.
