@ACTFibernet Raised this ticket and no action taken on it SR10358376234972. The Engineer called me and asked me to change the port by myself in the common box, I said I don't know much about it and asked him to visit. He simply closed the ticket. Worst experience guys.

@ACTFibernet SR10358840689416 why you closed this complaint. What is the solution given... No mail or sms. You taken deposit money as refundable right? After 3 month nothing has been refunded, you taken the router also. If I raise a complaint without any response SR get closed

@ACTFibernet Your service sucks. This is the third time that my connectivity is going down in last 4-5 days... @Airtel_Presence, Let me know if you want to provide your services... We are currently 60 apartment and atleast 50+ apartment are availing the broadband services.

@ACTFibernet Thanks. Yes the service engineer confirmed that the issue was fixed. The internet speed is however slower. The app recommends to change the channel but not how. Your bot does not have that option too.
