    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet It's been 14 days since I raised this complain with ACT without any progress. This matter is now raised with Department of Consumer Affairs, India as a formal complaint. If I do not hear back in the next 5 days, I will have my layer take this up on behalf of me.

    @ACTFibernet I have sent the details to you, have been following up with your customer service team multiple times but every time I get is a new wait time for the call from Tech team, nothing else. Please give a call back and help me with the resolution.

    @ACTFibernet please give good service. My internet stopped working all of a sudden and the customer care service is one of the worst service , they don't know the process and no updates on my complaint

    @JioCare Writing this after 5 calls to your customer service team since last evening. Apparently you guys disconnected my prepaid because I converted to postpaid and I used up all 220GB yesterday only. OMG...I am scared of my usage. @ACTFibernet Do start here, would be first to register.
