    @ACTFibernet Thanks for resolving. My honest feedback would be that your turnaround time for resolving the issue was way too high which is not really appreciated at all. You guys need to improve a lot in many ways else you end up losing your customers and their trust

    It's been more than 4 days since I made the full payment for my new @ACTFibernet connection but unfortunately there's no response from anybody despite several followup calls. Horrible experience @ACTFibernet never expected this, pls refund my money @ACTFibernet

    I've been using #broadband @ACTFibernet for a long time and getting pathetic services. The agents are not giving a proper resolution. The plans were changed without pre-informing and I have got one more bill after making the payment, closed SR without confirmation.
