    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Request SR11550179044542 is expected to be resolved by 12/23/2020 03:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY) T&C apply. Do you guys really need 24 hours to this solve this connectivity issues. Send technician soon..

    @jio_fiber worst customer service I have a ticket open for connectivity issue for over a week. No steps taken. Planning to move to @ACTFibernet

    Very disappointed with @ACTFibernet. ₹2140 credit was deducted without router installation or internet usage. Support admitted it was their mistake, but says refund isn’t possible due to system policy. Requested disconnection and credit transfer to my other ACT connection.

    @ACTFibernet worst service ever experienced and no support from staff supposed to be installed today. While till payment process replied single msg call but after payment no reply nothing Even after calling customer care 2-3 times no single response yet.

    @ACTFibernet Inspite of explanation about the router that it's mine., I keep on getting mails calls. Is this the way you understand the customer response with th given traning or knowledge. Better not to prolong this any further.

    @ACTFibernet I raised a relocation request three days ago. I have paid the amount. Neither I heard from any technician nor i have been able to get through to a customer service agent. Had I not paid the amount, i would have disconnected your services. #worstservice
