@ACTFibernet Hello ACT Fibernet, in a span of 7 hours I have raised two tickets for low speed issue. I am entitled for 150mbps, but I am just getting 20mpbs... what is this going on? How do I escalate the issue?
@ACTFibernet It's been more than a day I'm unable to use internet to work from home. The complaint hasn't been resolved(SR10143795923232) yet.Highly dissappointing.I regret opting ACT internet service.Time to switch over to some other reliable & good internet service provider.

@ACTFibernet .if atleast cent percent of interest is shown in fixing the server issues would have definitely recommended the same to others.
@ACTFibernet have been using this internet from past 3 months i thought u people provide uninterrupted services and will address the issues swiftly as possible but the situation is different until i face the problem i came to know the reality....
@ACTFibernet The customer service support for act fiber net is such a disgrace to the public as the interest showed before getting a new connection is not shown while addressing the issues.....
@ACTFibernet This is regarding SR 11043798631788. The issue was promised to be resolved by today 5pm. there was no response from the service engineer. Such tepid response from CC is making me want to disconnect the service. Kindly call back asap or else I am disconnecting
@HathwayBrdband worst possible service ever. A Hathway representative called me not to raise a complaint.. Extremely frustrated... I guess it’s time to shift to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet
@ACTFibernet I'm sorry its already a day, and I haven't seen any response yet. Its been around a week since I sent an email to the customer care as well, and they haven't bothered replying.
@ACTFibernet o activate it by myself giving a missed call. I did it and after 2 hours I got my user ID and password. It worked for 2 hours and now it's showing connected, no internet. 4500 I've paid for this service? Plz take back your connection and give my money back. Taking airtel wifi
