    @ACTFibernet Installation completed at 12:30 and till now connectivity is not enabled. Nobody even bothered to check. The installation person promised it would be resolved in an hour. If this is your customer service for your premium service, I shudder about disruptions.

    @ACTFibernet I have paid the entire internet service amount before the cnnction was initiated. However it kept on shwing some due amnt which I further kept in communcatng to the prsn who initiated the reqst. Today the servcs got discnctd. Ridiculous and nobody is responding now.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how the hell do I reach you guys. Just another 3 hours added. This is pure BS! How can one survive im WFH culture with outstanding service like this! All faje promises while installation. It would be better to go back to @ACTFibernet

    Hi @ACTFibernet We have reported a physical cable cut issue with @Airtel_Presence they have taken more than 24 hours but still the issue not resolved . What will be your promise on fixing the physical/technical connectivity issues?

    @ACTFibernet Till date my issue isn’t resolved and when I ask the call centre to speak to the supervisor, they say they are busy and the issue your technical team won’t understand there is no response for mail too today is my disconnect date,when I have not used services why I need to pay
