@ACTFibernet Check my call recording from 17:02 PM dated 15th Oct' 22. Your agent picked my call and went away on mute to some where. I waited over 12 minutes but she putted her self on mute and went away This is the way you all treat to your customer ?

@ACTFibernet Internet is getting down for every 10 days. I keep raising tickets regularly still there is no permanent solution. Everytime they are saying wire cut. This is the last time I am raising tickets next time i am changing to HATHWAY connection if it keeps happening.
