    @ACTFibernet very poor handling of connectivity issue by your customer support team. Reaching out to them for last five days and all they say is problem will be fixed in few hours. It's disgusting to see tickets are closed without fixing the issue. mobile number shared via DM.

    @ACTFibernet very worst service after renewing the connection. You guys asked me to upgrade the plan, still the issue remains the same. Complaint was raised on Friday morning and still having latency issue
