    Hey @ACTFibernet ..you even think of your customer priority i have raised the ticket of interest not working at my place(SR10175803233188), talked to multiple customer executives, no proper update and they say it may take a week to resolve.. what a great customer service

    @ACTFibernet I had requested for a disconnection last week because the internet was consistently unstable — a basic service you failed to deliver. Despite your team promising a refund for the unused period, I haven’t received a single update or resolution. It’s frustrating that after chasing for reliability, now I have to chase for accountability. Please process the refund immediately and confirm. It shouldn’t take this much effort to close things professionally.

    @ACTFibernet - every time I try customer care, executive mention that in 30 mins installation person will contact you.. but even after 3 hrs of non response, no one is properly responding

    @ACTFibernet you are even worse than the other customer support. after the payment for installation, sales person numbre is switched off and customer care number is not reachable and now customer care mentioning that they will come after 2 days. I have already waited 2 days...
