    Dear @ACTFibernet It’s been more than a week now you are have not yet resolved our Internet issue .. Within 15 days of new connect a 6 month advance payment plan and the Internet is down for 10 days .. what does this mean.. Please cancel by account immediately and refund my money ASAP

    .@nch1915 I took internet connections from .@ACTFibernet 3 months back. Never got proper connect. SR10177382636734 is pending for long. Neither I get connection nor I get refund with cancellation of connection. Such irresponsible set of people.
