Some responsibility and accountability @ACTFibernet. This is the 3rd time the internet has gone down within a month. I would expect a refund or extension of the duration of the downtime to my plan. That's the bare minimum I'm expecting.

Worst service out there with virtually zero customer support. 12 days since a plan change request and no one has showed up. Now got a msg from them saying if I dont pay for the old plan they will cut the wifi.
