    @ACTFibernet yesterday after 3 days connection restored again today from 6:30 pm Not able to use internet , what is this ?? we are facing problems as we r working from Home, Kids attending Online Classes.Act service is not like earlier.

    @ACTFibernet SR10147663697518 is pending from 2 weeks, repeated request to downgrade plan is given with different answers by customer service. Few keep it pending for escalation, few close the case without solving. Help. #ActFibernet #disadvantage

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet The cx service line is always bz (not available round the clock) n if we some how reach out to someone no response... The actfiber App says "there's no such mobile number registered with us" now until yesterday I was logged in with the same number n raised a complaint as well.

    @ACTFibernet There is no connectivity since yesterday. And no one bothered solve the issue. This is 2nd time within 3 weeks. We all know how we are working right now. And without internet it becomes miserable. At onside you talk about speed and service the other side no response.

    @ACTFibernet offer worst customer service instead of giving best... I am trying to contact your service team since Saturday, as my internet connection is down but not getting any resolution for that.. Customer service team isn't responsive and not helpful.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet That no where concerned about cx's issues n even doesn't care for the plan upgradation... Have been with actfiber for a long time n never had any complaints but now I think I'm done... SERVICE SUCKS!

    @ACTFibernet No connectivity since yesterday, this is 2nd time within 3 weeks. No response after complaints .Very bad service from Act. We all know how hard it is to work without Internet. Dont just do marketing without having proper service.

    @ACTFibernet You guys service is absolutely rubbish. My internet connection isn’t working for 4 days now and you guys don’t even care to have this resolved. It’s a shame to call yourself leading ISP. I have been contacting the customer support and and it’s a Horrendous service.

    @ACTFibernet - Shared the rgstered Mob Num in pvt msg. Also I have spoken to 4-5 different agents frm mng each 1 saying it will be rectified by 8. At 8 they are saying mng 11. No manager/SM to speak to about the issue or no call back arranged. One person kept me on hold fr 30 min

    @ACTFibernet It’s been more than 48 hours post raising ticket (SR11756836641142)for no internet. Since then there has been no action on this, called customer care multiple times but no action yet. Request you to kindly cancel my connection and refund for such a bad QoS.

    @ACTFibernet Don't you have work ethics and proper rules atleast .what the hell your team is looking into. Not even a single call received and not a update either. My work was dependent on online but due to almost 50% of revenue ,I lost . Worst experience. Please don't with it.
