@ACTFibernet My internet is not working from yesterday. I was told by customer care that there is an issue in my area. That means whole colony is impacted. This is worst service to keep a whole colony wifi down for more than 16 hours. #worstservice

@ACTFibernet your bill statement is wrong . My plan is 1125 . There was 13 day internet breakdown in dec . You have also added late payment fee for the same non working days . This is bad service .

@ACTFibernet I'm glad i referred my friends not to go for Act services. There is never a single week without issue and no immediate response by support. Its been 2 months since I took new connection and suffered alot, even today same issue. Better to go for Airtel or Jio
