@ACTFibernet @yajulsrivastav They just cheat in the name of speed. You'll have this correct for a week now and when you check the speed it'll drop again. I faced same issue and my speed would even drop to 1-3 Mbps. They're not even give response. I had my connection and due to their fault they disconnected.

@excitel_rocks The worst service I have ever encountered.. Upgraded my plan to 100 mbps but never got more than 40 mbps and none of you ever care thrlough raised several concerns. You guys need to learn a lot from @ACTFibernet @airtelindia

@ACTFibernet You haven’t answer my question WHY complaint closed without attending even today also same thing happened. My problem still not solved. Field engineer says will check with backend team and they says will check with technical team. Worst service ever seen.
