@ACTFibernet May I have someone call me at my number? When I try customer service, the system doesn't recognise my subscriber number - and so unable to book a ticket. It's surprising that I receive messages relating to billing every month 😎

Never thought @ACTFibernet will have such a bad customer service. My connectivity gets lost every month and there is no proper communication when you call customer care. Their team leaders are never available to callback. Had enough of it. Irritated and fed up of it!!
