I have deactivated my connection as you don’t offer services where I’ve gone to.. trying for refund of excess paid .. you wanted modem and router returned.. I scheduled a visit on sat 1/8/20.. no sign of pickup yet

I surrendered the router on 6/8/20 and still not got refund of 6 months bill I paid upfront .. none of your numbers working or not being answered ..

Pradeep Raj (@deepu67) reported@ACTFibernet SR10381179589144, the original resolution time promised was 15/7 21:00. The ticket was raised around 15/7 15:03. It’s been almost 20 hours and still nobody showed up. If you cannot keep up the promise why even bother to give a resolution time.
