    @ACTFibernet One of the worst response ever.. Internet not working for 2 days and even reached Nodal team but waste of time.Everyone have an instant answer our technical team will resolve. When I ask technical person he is telling that I don't know about this. Idiots

    @ACTFibernet Today early morning I raised an complaint that my Act broadband was not working (SR10357149945792) After that I didn't received any call on this action. I personally made an entry with your customer care 3-4 time today at starting they said like they are working on.

    @ACTFibernet later they said it will be resolved within 6pm today, after 6pm they asked me 1 hr time, within 7pm we fix. Still they not fixed my issue. Because of your worst service, I can't login for the day & missed my important meeting with my client.

    @ACTFibernet trying to return modem for my disconn Acct with you.. they refused to come to my new home so we took Modem to old address .. still ur technician mr Ajith dint respond to call or come to pick up despite prior intimation.. this is delaying my refund .. dreadful service

    @ACTFibernet You guys are No:1 for the worst customer service. No one can replace your pathetic service. You will contact and send messages ontime only for payment of bills not for resolving customer issues, you guys want our money only but you will not provide any proper service

    @ACTFibernet your app and your helpline sucks big time .. I have deactivated my connection as you don’t offer services where I’ve gone to.. trying for refund of excess paid .. you wanted modem and router returned.. I scheduled a visit on sat 1/8/20.. no sign of pickup yet

    @ACTFibernet worst service I ever seen. Made an complaint for internet not working yesterday(SR10357149945792) Still it was not resolved. No Engineer assigned for technical assistance & every time by customer care asking me 2 hrs time. After that also it was not resolved.

    @ACTFibernet I have disconnected my service at OMR Chennai as you had no connectivity where we shifted to on ECR chennai.. I surrendered the router on 6/8/20 and still not got refund of 6 months bill I paid upfront .. none of your numbers working or not being answered ..

    Worst customer service I have seen so far.. Multiple follow ups, mails, raising tickets through calls. But no solution. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Well, you rep just called me and told exact same thing as in the email. Time for Act to change policies so you dont loot customer's money without providing any kind of service. @TRAI not sure if you are monitoring these daylight looting by ISPs

    @ACTFibernet Please close my shifting request by tomorrow, have to work on mobile Hotspot until it's fixed, i have already mentioned it, to customer care, still it's not resolved rater ticket is being closed without fixing

    @ACTFibernet Don't fall for this frud company. Take mony from customer after 48 hrs confirming not able connect. For refund waiting for more than 1 week .now saying within 48 hrs they contact me and then I need to wait 4 more days. If you are treating customer like this .
