Had one of the worst service while installation. Out of all odds and advice. Still went for @ACTFibernet . I am into **** without internet connection. They won't solve my issue. Wish went with reliable @airtelindia or @reliancejio

@NarayananPalakd @ACTFibernet 56 hrs back they could hv sent us a SMS saying that they are facing a big problem and it will take 4 days to rectify. Their image would have gone up by doing so!. Instead by their cheap behavior they lose customer trust. They need to learn how to earn customer loyalty!

Everytime there will b connectivity issues, speed issues etc fking i can even name all of their customer care people at ease so much ive interacted with them @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet The assigned concerned person is not contacting us due to big work of getting wire change issue he said It’s been more than 36 hours but no one is taking issue seriously and it’s impacting work for customer.

@ACTFibernet There is no internet connectivity from Last 24 Hrs and i have complaint several times in Act portal and called many technical executives but no one is responding ... Can you please look into it and this issue has been very regular these days
