    @ACTFibernet Provided details and it's been a day not received any cal. When I try calling it's a IVR and disconnecting w/o proper info. Was trying to fill shifting form but it keeps asking to try again after filling all details. Tq fr ur WORST service..@ACTFibernetHYD

    @bada_paww @ACTFibernet Same here. Together, we have to do something about this. Their service is getting worse day by day and they aren't accountable for this. They're taking us for granted. :/

    @ACTFibernet, absolutely shambles your company is. We've had customer care hang up on us when we've asked too many questions. If this is your way with dealing with grievance, I don't see how you're gonna run this company. To solve one thing, we have called 5 times in one week!

    @ACTFibernet Here act field staff is not cooperative. Very rude behaviour. I am using your service from last 3 years but never faced such a bad service. I am really fed up. My money is wasted for last 2-3 months as net is not working.

    @ACTFibernet Its almost like 5 weeks I have been facing speed issue with the #ACTfibernet internet, raised complaint but no result. They close the tickets without even resolving it. Such a pathetic service they are providing.
