    @ACTFibernet Act fibernet is the one of the worst service providers in Tirupati. Instead of doing publicity spend some time on resolving user queries with in the TAT. Completely lost trust on the service provider.. How the team is closing the tickets without taking confirmation.

    Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet from yesterday morning internet not working, as per engineer words there is no issue from my location, there is a issue in clusters office, he said it will resolve in 15mins and he left, no he is not responding, such a Pathetic Service ever seen

    @ACTFibernet yesterday i registered complaint on internet not working. still the issue is not solved. i am very disappointed on your service. very very long time to take resolve the problems. if my issue was not solved in today. definitely i will quit @ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet I have wasted enough time on you guys, I have discontinued the service, i don't want to stick with this issue everyday. Only thing I wanted you guys to do is Don't send me anymore bills.
