  @ACTFibernet No your service person said he will be visiting my premises to fix this issue, there are two other tickets raised for the same connection on different issues, you guys are not reliable anymore for remote work. We might lose jobs bcoz of you guys. Pathetic technical team.

  @ACTFibernet Still the same issue , juts false promises , this happens every Wednesday and off till Friday , am waiting for export date so that I can disconnect the subscription
