    @ACTFibernet Missed work for 2nd day because of you @ACTFibernet . Such a pathetic service from you guys. I made a wrong choice sticking to @ACTFibernet . I think its time to switch to airtel or jio

    ACT took up maintenance activity without sending prior notice to the customers... @ACTFibernet. We come to know when we try to register our complaint... @ACTFibernetHYD not at all happy with the service!

    @ACTFibernet I approached the helpline regarding the refund issue few days back. I received a mail to enter my details to refund the amount back to the account through PayUMoney url link to my registered email. But I am not at all receiving the OTP to authenticate my number.

    @ACTFibernet Installation techie did not give me the router's admin account password, so I am not able to change the security from wpa to wpa2 or wpa3 with AES, so I cant use the connection for work purpose. raised complaint already. SR10155590339879 plz help,
