    Been trying for a new ACT Fibernet connection since 8th August. Made innumerable calls, yet every time I hear “ticket closed.” Yesterday I was told there’s a pending payment, but even after endless requests, I haven’t received the payment link. @ACTFibernet – Is your company still functional? Do you even want new customers or are there internal issues? @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet no internet since yesterday. This is the second time this month. ETA is given as same day but always takes 2-3 days for issues to be resolved. This is pathetic service. Customer care keeps telling it's on priority but no work is done on ground

    @ACTFibernet is just the worst. They will attach a box to the eb and whenever neighbours complain about no internet they respond immediately. Start banging on the gates, call multiple times, demand we come home if I and family are busy at work or uni. Today I got a call -

    @ACTFibernet No internet from morning. Heard that cables are cut. How many days will it takes to recover? Due to bad weather @airtelindia also unable to connect via Hotspot. Seems like you are forcing us to go office and work #kukatpally #hyderabad

    @ACTFibernet Past 2 days there is no internet and no one is working towards resolution. Only getting messages in WhatsApp that it will be resolved in 8 hrs. STILL NOT RESOLVED. You should consider terminating your services in our society if u can’t provide the required services.
