    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service by Act, almost a month back I upgraded my plan to 6 months and 300 MBPS and was given some discount, i paid the amount but the app still shows some due. I raised multiple tickets for the same and today my connection is disconnected. Strange.

    @ACTFibernet What's the lead time to disconnect broadband? I had informed ACT 3 days in advance. Now your "agents" are repeatedly calling me to pay the remaining amount as these people say lead time is 7-10 days! Shows pathetic customer service!
