Worst customer service by @ACTFibernet Been 3 weeks since an double payment due to some technical issue, no resolution yet. After numerous redirects to many irrelevant departments SR Tickets gets created and closed, buy refund never came. #actfibernetworst #badcustomerservice

@ACTFibernet lodged a complaint yesterday. You have not sent any engineers to my house not have I got any call from them. I am disconnecting, you might care abt your customers in your Twitter page or Public profiles but you don't have the infrastructure to back it up.

@ACTFibernet Recently I asked your customer service to hold my account for 1month as I was out of town. Even after calling multiple times ACT is asking me to pay the bill amount which for the internet I haven’t used. What is this service @ACTFibernet 😡
