We have a power backup, so Wifi should never stop working but for the love of god, I do not understand why Airtel mobile data does not work when there is a power cut. @airtelindia @ACTFibernet

I'm told free router upgrades and better wiring are only for new customers paying same amount.Why are loyal customers treated differently? Clarity.

If I am trying to connect to customer care service it takes 30 mins to connect to an agent. Your chat system is not that extensive. How do you expect your customer to connect with you ?

The SO CALLED MANAGER GAVE HIS NUMBER FOR ANY ISSUES was very rude on the call yesterday and now not even responding.
