@ACTFibernet 7 days and still no resolution and no one even bothers to call and inform something. Time to say goodbye permanently finally. Guys, never take #ActFibernet in Hyderabad. They have the most pathetic customer service team. Shift to much cheaper and efficient #Airtel or #JioFiber

@ACTFibernet Is it possible to request connection from mobile app? I have raided for disconnection now not sure how reconnection is made through mobile app (there is no option of reconnection) It is just breaching trust of the customer, never expected unprofessional behavior
