    Hey @ACTFibernet , the issue I'm experiencing is not resolved yet.we are not living in a forest to take such time. Pls keep an eye on the service of Eluru office. We have registered a complaint about the service in the office but no use. Ticket: SR10656434707662 ID:106546382599

    @ACTFibernet Guys, I have raised a ticket and there is noone who can help me. I have been calling all the numbers. Noone of the numbers work. I am now planning to disconnect the connection and also tell the same to everyone in my society. My ACT Fibernet Request SR10351049493350

    @ACTFibernet Oh please why have you raised the same service request agn for third time. the ACT connection in my locality is not permitted. I do not need connection, i need refund. Your system/processes are way too dense!

    @ACTFibernet i think i should discontinue using your network, i am fedup now, internet has stopped working again nd hve no place to escalate as your customer care is of no use.

    @ACTFibernet The product is excellent, but the customer service is very poor and rude. I am very upset with the service provided.Especially with the technical online assistance received from the person karthikeyan. Where he attends and does not speak or cuts the call.

    @ACTFibernet Can you tell me what happend to my previous complaint where I raised issue of your power device isn't working?? Also, why does your customer care team closes ticket without resolution?? From Morning I have reopened my ticket 15 times..this is crazy..

    @ACTFibernet I'm not getting internet from past 2 days and complaint SR10151029445012 raised for the same. Still issue is not resolved, and if I call customer care, they are saying call is connected to Chennai branch and they can't help me to provide details. Wfh is impacting

    @ACTFibernet I changed my plan on 2nd of January and it got changed. Previous plan was worth 10.5K and current plan is 6.5K.. My bill is due tomorrow but still the old bill amount is reflecting.. I contacted 3 times regarding this and no resolution yet.

    Pathetic Customer Service from @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore - For every single ticket they say the resolution will be done with in 24hrs, for tickets which are open since Oct-2019. Please be mindful that what you provide is what you receive back #CustomerExperience
