  @ACTFibernet I have been waiting for your team.. They are least bothered to attend even in the case of outage for 24 hours.. Finally I have no other option than terminating your services. Kindly issue refund of total amount I payed during the period it did not work..

  @ACTFibernet, Pathetic service. It’s been 2 hours now since my internet stopped working. calls aren’t answered on customer service and you customer help on app won’t work. Wfh and students are suppose to wait for you to fix this while we keep paying 7-8k every 6 month?

  Inspite of so many complaints logged and proven service was not working for many days refund issued for 3 days.. Are we at your mercy @ACTFibernet to accept refund for only 3 days.. Please process complete quarter payment as refund as it never worked.

  @ACTFibernet Absolute rubbish service. Suffering from last night without broadband while WFH. Seriously, how long does it take to repair a damaged cable? 24hrs?! Very poor customer service you have. No value for the 18k I've paid for the subscription.

  @ACTFibernet I am not getting proper response from customer cares nd they took my money bcz of there negligence and from escalation department they called me and said they gonna call me back but there is no response if we call also no response so I want to legally pls help here
