Hey @ACTFibernet , the issue I'm experiencing is not resolved yet.we are not living in a forest to take such time. Pls keep an eye on the service of Eluru office. We have registered a complaint about the service in the office but no use. Ticket: SR10656434707662 ID:106546382599

@ACTFibernet I paid ₹2,828 on 30 aug 2025 (Transaction ID: 24921754189) for a new connection. Despite taking full payment, no installation has been done till now. And the service is pathetic,no co-ordination among their internal teams(1/n) #ACTFibernet #ConsumerRights #Refund

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Dear friends Never take ACT connections if you are going to be shifting to new place. They just dont refund or adjust amount for previous connection. Its a waste being with ACT . Better to move to a better service provider
