    @ividhyac @HathwayBrdband Had a same problem with @ACTFibernet also. Even after I paid the bill and sent a formal mail to disconnect my connection. They still didn't do that and sending bills, mails regularly. Also they are calling me again and again. They all are so bad and annoying us badly

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet how many days you need for resolution. The last SR raised has promised me to resolve the issue by today 4 PM, nothing has been done. Please tell me whether you people can sort it out, or shall I look out for other service.

    @ACTFibernet it's been more than a day internet not working in my area.SR10154355285162 is expected to be resolved by 3/28/2021 10:00:00 AM but still no one looked into this.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet since morning i am getting the same issue. When the techician called , we get internet for temporary ,but after 5 min again we have facing the same problem. It had been continuing for nearly 3 days .
