    Hi @ACTFibernet, my internet has been down for 5 days despite raising a complaint (Ticket ID: SR10176728931784). The complete lack of urgency is unacceptable. If this is not resolved immediately, I will terminate my connection and escalate this matter to consumer forums & TRAI.

    @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago I would like to register a complaint, please help. Everyday at 10am i get a notification that the eta for the fix is moved to 9 pm end of day. This has been happening now since a week and my work is impacted. No engineer or support has come to fix the issue.

    Extremely poor service by @ACTFibernet , False claims and promises to users. Not processing disconnected request and forcing me to continue using their services Service goes down every week. Don’t ever go for it

    @ACTFibernet if internet is not resolved by ETR Time 2 PM then I will the disconnect the Act Fiber Broadband will shift to another and it has been continuously they are disconnecting the internet as cables has been rectified in my area still we have face the issue

    @ACTFibernet I don't think you have escalated this issue. No one has contacted me regarding this. I am gonna file a complaint against ACT FIBRENET for your worstu customer care service and network service. Even the customer care agent talks rudely to me worstu behaviour

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD SR10176800177004 Internet not working since morning, I'm not able to work at all, that's the only reason I took the connection Earlier last month for 2 days there's no internet There should be a redundant bandwidth you should be able to provide
