    Why my ticket was closed without informing?When I call customer care they are telling we are having local operator issues,which is around 1km from my previous location.Such a waste customer care center you are running as they cut the call in between. @Balamalladi13 @ACTFibernet

    Once a customer opts @ACTFibernet they never provide customer support, It is been more than I have shared the issue through the DM still the issue not resolved

    @ACTFibernet I paid the connection but still showing suspended not reflecting the account please check the issue ASAP and renew my service. I am facing this issue for very first time.

    @ACTFibernet - No connectivity since last night, IVR says 13 th Oct as ETA, Call centre says issue will be resolved today EOD. Support is not even providing nodal office details to send email. Last month Internet was down for 4 days?

    @ACTFibernet The worst possible customer service. Absolutely no respect for customers...no interest in SLAs. The Engineer has been saying he is coming for the past 2 days. And he has not bothered to get back. I have been following up and he says he can't waste time talking to me
