Hey @ACTFibernet , the issue I'm experiencing is not resolved yet.we are not living in a forest to take such time. Pls keep an eye on the service of Eluru office. We have registered a complaint about the service in the office but no use. Ticket: SR10656434707662 ID:106546382599

@HathwayBrdband @HathwayBrdband Today is the last day and issue still not resolved. Tomorrow my Internet will get disconnected even after paying in advance for Internet service. This is pathetic. You guys informed payment was cleared but no account validity #fraud .. Better go with @ACTFibernet

@sang1983 @ACTFibernet Yes , their service has deteriorated a lot. Slow speeds in the morning.Not even able to attend online classes. Customer service is worst. They dont take our complaints seriously. They dont accept there is issue .

@ACTFibernet Hi, I keep getting internet issues. Why so many times in a month and Why so often? Moreover customer reps are so rude they cut call while speaking. Always have to wait 24 hrs for resolution. Don’t you have faster resolution?
