  @ACTFibernet I'm facing the Internet issue for the 5 th time in this month. Every time when I register a complaint, they take 12-24 hours of time. Therefore I didn't have internet connection for more or less 60- 120 hours. ACT Tirupati is worst. No net for me since 7 PM.

  Poor & unprofessional service by @ACTFibernet Chennai.I've filed the same complaint thrice & every time service engineer calls & says "I've closed the complain ticket today,but I'll fix it in 2 days. Pls don't reopen". And he never shows up to fix the issue!

  @ACTFibernet Registered a request for connection shifting with your team a week ago and no action is taken. Asked for someone to call but noone bothered. You have no customer care number that reaches an actual person. What sort of customer service is this?
