    Hey @ACTFibernet , the issue I'm experiencing is not resolved yet.we are not living in a forest to take such time. Pls keep an eye on the service of Eluru office. We have registered a complaint about the service in the office but no use. Ticket: SR10656434707662 ID:106546382599

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 @ACTFibernet It has been nightmare being ur customer, almost no proper service for last 1 month , no use of opening SR/tickets talking to your useless customer support representatives. Acc#102015407335 last opened SR10262994442682, this will be last follow up before i quit act.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet No internet connection since early morning. Please have it fixed ASAP. Ticket# SR10163079819342 is raised and is open since 8+ hours. No technician bothered to at least see what is the problem? Crazy customer service you guys are providing.

    @ACTFibernet last moment requested to reinstall & wanted to resume the service.However no technician visited but invoice was generated & asking us to pay the bill which was not used. So many calls and emails has sent still no rectification.Ticket has generated & closed automatica

    @ACTFibernet Iam still waiting for my plan change to be happen from 19 days your customer service is fooling by fake promises now its too much of mental stress to daily remind you now iam moving to consumer forum with all recording proofs i need a call back urgently

    @ACTFibernet SR10163065653945, SR10162858829837, SR10162465887222. Raising SR doest not give solution , resolution is pending since more than 20 days.Response and service is worst from ground team . What have been done is nothing .

    Any update @excitel_rocks as I got another ticket no. : 6929578 that already passed 9 hours from the expected resolution time, still not a single person contacted me regarding the issue since 21st sept. Poor pathetic below average customer service @ACTFibernet @airtelindia
