    On a busy Monday Morninf the internet stops and after all the calls and complaining, we get a resolution time of 2 PM next day!! (More than 24 hours) it's little past 2 PM and NO Net still! @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I have been down this road a number of times over the last 5 days. I have called your helpline, the wait time is 30min. I have emailed & Whatapp-ed you a number of times. I am at the end of my tether. How about telling me if I can avail of a refund.
