  @ACTFibernet Had raised a shifting request on 26-02-2022. Till now no action has been taken. When tried to call your customer care, kept on waiting for around 20 mins and it got dropped. Reaching your customer care is really painful. pls take this on priority and help.

  @ACTFibernet @DoT_India Can you suggest why ISP is using tech that was found in the early 2000s in name of innovation and best in class service. There have been 2 more updates that are dominantly available in the market Ex AC and AX. #CustomerService #CustomerExperience
