We have already registered a complaint and contacted your customer care multiple times, but there has been no response or resolution. This prolonged service disruption is causing serious inconvenience. We request you to restore our internet connection immediately and resolve the issue without any further delay. If this matter is not addressed urgently, we will be left with no option but to escalate the issue and take appropriate action with the concerned regulatory authorities. When trying to get update on above issue customer support team putting on hold and later disconnect on their own. If my issue couldn't be resolved the say upfront. Ghosting is not ethical

I raised a complaint at 1:30 PM regarding my internet outage and was assured that it would be resolved by 9:00 PM. I even contacted customer support and requested urgent action, yet as of 10:30 PM, the issue remains unresolved. What's worse, there has been zero communication or update from your team. I work from home, and your negligence has caused me to lose an entire working day. This level of service is unacceptable. What compensation do you intend to provide for the financial and professional loss caused by your failure to resolve the issue within the committed timeline?
