    @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues I have raised a shifting request on 16th of April with the date of shifting as 17th April. However, I have not received any calls regarding the same. Tried reaching out to the customer support and it’s been said that it will be done at the earliest.

    @JioCare Raised complaint but no response yet. SR No: SR00002KkDF4 Jio Fiber Voice No: 914079649420 No technician visit and customer care not answering calls. Very disappointing service. Kindly resolve ASAP. Compare to you @ACTFibernet Is so much better in service

    Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.     @ACTFibernet I have been using act fibrenet for quite long. I have raised one issue (CaseId-20260418794842) almost a week back but till now no resolution. Even inhave asked the team to ask someone senior to give a call but till now no resolution. This is really disappointing.
