    @ACTFibernet is doing doing fraud in monthly bill generation.. they are charging penalty amount when the users opt to halt the internet and try to restore after some duration. For this idle duration users have to pay penalty. I'm going to raise complaint in consumer forum

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD My internet went down yesterday and its my 4th complaint in this month that I have raised for same issue. Is ACT installing cheap and unreliable network components which breaks down every now & then ? UR SERVICES HAS DEGRADED FROM BEST TO WORST

    @ACTFibernet 8553624850 is my contact as well registered number,.. I need a connection / my money by EOD at any cost, your executives are giving lame to establish a connection and when u call them theydon't bother to pick up call, Worst Experience Guys.

    @ACTFibernet from past 4 days there is no internet in Nellore, where we are getting one answer switch down in main box will take 24hrs from past 4 days this is the answer please rectify the issue
