The issue is that they pay 70Rs to someone a month in area to let them use power for the hub. And that guy left home so no power and no wifi to the whole area.

Anurag (@anurag_abk) reported@ACTFibernet Even when the issue is as clear as anything, even after ~12 hrs they have not done anything. Pathetic service. I have been assured multiple times to get a call from technician and backend team yet nobody called.
