    @ACTFibernet I am very disappointed with the customer service and delay in installation of my 150 mbps plan that has not taken place even after 24 hours of payment. I have to follow up repeatedly for this and NO concrete information/assurance given.

    @ACTFibernet Sometime in April I requested for the connection. Payment was done from my side. Next day they said there is no connection available. I had requested for refund that day. But till now the refund is not done. Have raised the issue 5 times still no result. Help resolve

    @ACTFibernet The internet has not been working since 3 days and the customer executive is just making excuses since the filing of the complaints, he wouldn't even receive my calls. The ticket number is SR11764820779834. Take some steps or I'm willing to go to consumer forum.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Actually yesterday i have asked your customer care people to arrange a call back from supervisor. He said her name was shilpa jones and she will call you in 4 hrs . This happened yesterday night at 7pm Why you people are so neglected in work
