Hey @ACTFibernet, it's been 15 days since I cancelled my new connection request and raised a refund and it's still not resolved. Promising a service, failed to fulfill and refusing to pay the money back is unfair and feels like a scam.

@ACTFibernet you are one of the worst service provider as far i know. Repeated internet issues, no quick response from your support team, never your customer call# gets through🤦will I get atleast a response here for my ticket# SR10266652918334 (2nd ticket within a week).
