No one tried to fix today. How do you advertise almost zero downtime with almost a day of no connectivity? The worst literally.

Kunal Vijay Kapoor (@KunalVijay40479) reported@ACTFibernet You honestly don’t regret the inconvenience caused. While you know the cable needs to changed for 500 mbps speed you are shamelessly justifying how many tickets I have raised even though historically tickets are closed without resolution. Don’t jest wrong doing just replace the cable and refund the amount as services of 500 mbps plan was never rendered. Technician who installed new connection knew very well that max speed will be only 100 mbps on old cable and deliberately left it unchanged. Is this the new way of earning money from customers ???
