@ACTFibernet this is 2nd time there is an outage in just last 1 week. For the last outage, you had taken 2 days to resolve and for the outage today, though ticket is raised in the morning and three follow up calls made, the status is still showing as awaiting ETR.

@ACTFibernet shame for bad service. It’s been 7 days and u don’t fix the Internet. Everything runs on Internet in this age and you guys have no communication. No solid ETA. Keeps changing everyday. Technicians ask for too and then close it without fix.
