@ACTFibernet New connection experience with is very disgusting, your agents will follow up like any thing till customer pays for the connection, once customer makes the payment there is no response from the agent regarding installation.

@ACTFibernet I registered for a new fiber net connection 3weeks ago, next day Technicians visited and told we unable to provide connection to your area. They told that money will be refunded. But till today, I didn't receive my money. And no Answer from Customer support.

@ACTFibernet why is your reminder system so terrible, guys? One week before my due date, you start sending me texts saying my account is headed for disconnection. Why? My payments are on time and up to date. Then why are you sending me annoying texts like this?

But Act depends on the customers electricity and the junction box always goes down, if electricity goes down. Hence the router does not work. This is not the case with other service providers. @ACTFibernet #PoorService
