@ACTFibernet It's been more than a month now. I requested a refund one month back. Every time the team calls up and says the ticket has been registered blah blah. It's frustrating now. "REFUND" simple request and no support from you guys. Pathetic .

@ACTFibernet Due to pandemic ,almost 100% people operating from home & during technical downtime , I am impressed to see your team require 24hrs to send a technician to fix local hub failure . Why the hell we would not look for better service provider than ACT ?

Horendous service by our very own @ACTFibernet . Everything is fine until we have problem. Why can’t you all resolve issues quickly. For a simple relocation it has been 4 days!!!
