Hey @ACTFibernet , the issue I'm experiencing is not resolved yet.we are not living in a forest to take such time. Pls keep an eye on the service of Eluru office. We have registered a complaint about the service in the office but no use. Ticket: SR10656434707662 ID:106546382599

Worst service by @ACTFibernet I raised an issue 2 days ago.They say all scripted lines. 1. Issue will be resolved by 24hrs or by 8Pm 2. Supervisor will give a call back in 4 hrs Telecallers are not even aware when the issue is going to resolve. SR10159043999372 #actfibernet

It's almost 48 hours of no internet, complaint raised , but provider ACT has not bothered to rectify or the engineers have called to check, the provider is not sensative about current situation of covid times where WFH and study from home are part of life @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet My internet stopped working on 1 July, and the complaint got resolved on 4 July. (That's after me calling multiple times, speaking with your engineer etc.) What feedback would you like?

My word are fall short while describing the service I have received from #ACTFiber. Just I feel very sorry that I took @ACTFibernet connection. Dear #ACT Bangalore, you are so pathetic while giving serving to your customers.

@ACTFibernet @BangaloreMirror I've never seen such unprofessional customer service, teach some basic manners to speak with a customer, a lady from technical team called me and was very rude as if she is doing some favor to me. Send me an technician asap.
