I was behind them for more than two weeks - no one responded I was lost and thought the money I paid was gone. Later a really good person (will not name him here) who was also not happy with the service ACT is providing really helped me get the refund after 3 weeks. @ACTFibernet

Worst experience ever. A sales executive called me and asked me to pay online promising they will get it installed the same day. But, there was no call from the technical team for installation. @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore

@ACTFibernet These guys are a looting new connection people by saying there's wiring issue in your apartment, even when you stay at known Gates Community. And force and try to up sell you expensive plan. Think twice to call them for new connection. Stay safe guy.
