@ACTFibernet This is regarding Ticket No SR10264963703057,i reopened the issue for 4th time regarding continously disconnection of internet daily. Worst service of technician, and the area incharge also. Last month I raised for the same issue 15 times..1/2

@ACTFibernet WORST SERVICE. Just now we took new connection and paid 6 months in advance. But none of devices is able to access wifi. Raised couple of ticket. TECHNICIAN IS VERY HARDLY PICK THE CALL. THEY ARE GIVING REASONS LIKE DUE TO CONCRETE WALL SIGNAL ARE NOT COMING.

Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet, no access to internet from last 3 days and tried calling them on the customer care and waited for almost an hour in que and there's no response. Would not recommend anyone to go for this. @ActfiberC

@ACTFibernet This is regarding ticket Ticket No SR10264963703057 The services are very worst..the highlight thing is technician is not visiting the place and closing the tickets without resolving. Shame on @ACTFibernet looting money from me every month with the worst services.
