Hey @ACTFibernet , the issue I'm experiencing is not resolved yet.we are not living in a forest to take such time. Pls keep an eye on the service of Eluru office. We have registered a complaint about the service in the office but no use. Ticket: SR10656434707662 ID:106546382599

@ACTFibernet absolutely disgusted with your service. Internet shift option has not been working on your app nor on the web, no option to get through IVR and with difficulty one manages to reach your customer service, all i get is a ticket number which is unattended for over week.

@ACTFibernet I have an important online meeting today and my internet stopped working. I have already raised a ticket for this. Please help me. On another note. I get issues like this at least once a month. And the ticket is tentatively expected to be resolved in another 24 hrs!
