  @ACTFibernet: SR10367476009284 and SR10367515396925. Our Internet is not working since Thursday!! Our 3rd ACT connection. Usually, you guys would have fixed it by now. Very disappointed! Could you please take a look at the issue and resolve it at the earliest? Pls call anytime.

  @ACTFibernet my internet is down since yesterday. This happened a few days back too. It was fixed but it's happening again now. I'm working from home. This is a huge hassle. Please help in providing a permanent solution.
