    @ACTFibernet trying to get my connection re-installed within Bangalore but your Aap is not working properly. Everytime I try to do aadhaar KYC I am receiving the OTP, but moment I enter the OTP it shows me session invalid. I tried this multiple times same problem

    @ACTFibernet Such a disastrous service. I had raised a ticket SR10165234912544 on jun29th for relocation request. TAT to solve it was by jul2nd, no one has contacted me but ticket is closed. Again raised a ticket SR10165262942214 on jul2nd, till now has contacted me.

    @ACTFibernet what kind of support do you people give? I have requested for solving my issue 3 days back and i am still without connection. Your calling queues are also long this means either the customer experience is real bad or you can't even plan your bandwidth. Such a same.
