    @ACTFibernet There was a service downtime on Jan 2 and 3 for which SR10350602665912 raised and technican came to my place and fixed the outer internet box. For this 2 days I raised a request for waiver SR10353238055133. Now got a message there was no outage. Can you escalate?

    @ACTFibernet it’s been very frequent issue occurring in my area every month 1-2 times the network cuts and I feel that it’s very frustrating while working from home I regret taking your connection and please stop making false resolution time till now the query isn’t addressed

    @InkFriedBrain @ACTFibernet My major gripe is that they normally have great customer service. But they are just being stupid as ****. They somehow got the impression that I want to disconnect my connection and filed a request in. I don't want to disconnect. I want to upgrade.
