    @ACTFibernet worst experience with this ISP. Others may have problem only speed. Here you have to purchase your own router, it is mistake to upgrade plans and worst service at your doorstep. Dummies will come to house with ****** excuses

    @ACTFibernet I'm facing Internet loss due to power failure from past 6 months The SR gets closed without fixing the battery. Either put the battery or give fiber cable to my home. Very bad customer service from Hyderabad.

    @ACTFibernet we are from eluru one town eastern street area no net .Somany times call2 concern person not respond for rectify the problem what's up complaint registered and received SMS as useaval.please respond Somany soft ware persons in duty with work for home al are suffered

    @ACTFibernet Till now there is no work on my complain. It's very hopeless service. I cannot even reach your customer care. I have been facing this problem from the time of my connection. Everytime there will be a promise that problem will not occur again but in vain.
