    @ACTFibernet you call us multiple times to reconnect. But activate random plans and then your customer care personnel says they cannot change plan!! So are your promotional calls just to fool customer and lure them to reconnect?? Your customer care is worse than your bot!

    @ACTFibernet we are back in conversation after 3 months of service again your customer service team is struggling to clarify the issue. Where the unwanted charges were made and was promised to remove and get a call by billing team a week ago and m still waiting for your call

    @ACTFibernet You have been fooling arnd by saying there is issue in junction box. There seems to be issue with accessories that use . You might use low grade wires, servers which will be the root cause of the issue. Could you pls send me information on brand and quality of accessories #RTI

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer support ever facing an issue in my internet connection since yesterday ETA was 5 May, but no resolution yet. Today I was informed abouyt issue near high-tension wire, but no clear timeline given. This is impacting my work. Kindly resolve ASAP

    @ACTFibernet is arguably the worst internet service provider ever, in chennai. The internet connection has been down since yesterday and nobody seems to know what the issue is and tells you that someone is going to call you back but nobody ever calls you!!!
