@ACTFibernet I downgraded my plan from 3 month to 1 month pymt plan. Post chi, I wasn’t abl to connct 4 a single hour. I guess ACT only wants money in advance for poor service...it’s DISGUSTING!!! My acc is 102443937951 do something else I will kick u out of my life

@ACTFibernet Cd u kindly process my refund? U took the amount more than 15 days back, promised installation and then vanished. Xfr my money back to my acct. Less than 200m away there is an act junction box with only 1 connection and yet you feign ignorance. Very bad customer service

@ACTFibernet I have been facing internet disconnectivity since August.Frequency of disconnectivity was once a week and today in October in 10 days I had to raise more than 15 complaints and still, the internet wasn't resolved. The latest issue wasn't resolved in more than 36hrs
