    @ACTFibernet LOL. Your representative called me to check the speed, and when I asked him for the reason why it's repeatedly happening, he hangs up. I guess you guys don't have the best customer satisfaction policy yet, nor the team responsible for speaking to your customers.

    @ACTFibernet your services are not working in Thiruvanmiyur area. Your claimed to resolve it by 7:30 this evening. It's 8:30 now. The connectivity isn't restored yet and there's no updates on whether issue will take longer to solve. It hasn't been working since Friday evening.
