    @ACTFibernet the service interruption starts again without intimation and long delay in rectifying it. What a pathetic service. Got a text saying it’ll take 3 days to resolve. Better disconnect the service instead if lousy reverts and services...

    I’ve seen bad service before (Indigo Airlines, Swiggy, Uber), but nothing in life ever prepared me for the absolute worst tier of service that is @ACTFibernet. Their customer service and responsiveness is an embarrassment to us, as a species. (8/n)

    @ACTFibernet bcoz mine is connected with some other 8 ppl itseems , please please do the needful , I have client calls , always I can’t call you for the same issue again And again I am really frustrated by this , I trusted act please do the needful with priority.

    @ACTFibernet This is the sincere request, every time this is happening frequently, I dono what is going on, I have some official work to do everyday and internet is not at all working, please for god sake give me permanent solution to this , and please get me separate junction box connection

    @ACTFibernet I dono why it is happening like dis,I have opted for act last week and paid the amount on last Wed, but stil they have not installed it,I am keep oncalling them and they were like, it will resolve in 24 hrs, but already one week over no update please help me......

    @ACTFibernet Worst service and complaint not resolved. Completely false words by customer care and engineer Pradeep M Kumar has not come to location + call center doesn't know how to talk especially Akhil. It's more than 24 hours, none brothers. SR10235302428832

    @ACTFibernet Yes, sorted thank you. You would want to keep track of how many times and for how much time the connection goes down in a year and how you compensate a customer for deficiency of service.

    Big thanks to @ACTFibernet’s customer service team for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Your not-so-concerned team that is supposed to call back is yet to reach out to me and your app has so many bugs that Timon and Pumba won’t have to search for food their entire life. (10/n)

    @ACTFibernet have never had such a worst Internet service in Bangalore.. No proper customer response and when I try to raise ticket via some stupid bots asks to check google website.. no option to upgrade the plan until existing plan expires…

    @ACTFibernet worst experience regarding your services. Technician not coming, they are not resolving the issue. From yesterday morning 10 am I am not getting internet. Please let me know if you are not able to provide proper service. Very unprofessional behaviour.

    The worst service act is of those who have fibernet, their internet gets cut every week, their internet remains off 10 to 12 times in a month and if some issue arises, it gets fixed in 3 to 4 days, then it gets damaged again. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Post cancellation I'll get my refund right? As @ACTFibernet is failed to reinstall internet services and fix the issue. Yiu guys are actually running a #scam by selling new connections and creating a situation that the user will discontinue the service, right?
