@ACTFibernet Forth day almost done.. and guess what NO one from ACT has even bothered to call or come attend the issue!!! @ACTFibernet shame.Customers can understand if there is a major issue fiber cut what ever but what they don’t is sloppiness and don’t care attitude! Escalations don’t help

@ACT @ACTFibernet it's been more than 24 hrs that I do not have internet connection, called the customer care "n" number of times and heard nothing from them. The apathy is so palpable everywhere, this is so irritating when service providers do not show any accountability!

@ACTFibernet the service interruption starts again without intimation and long delay in rectifying it. What a pathetic service. Got a text saying it’ll take 3 days to resolve. Better disconnect the service instead if lousy reverts and services...

Pathetic.. customer service team also not helpful. They don’t want to update status or fix the issues.. why can’t @ACTFibernet put in additional resources and fix if it’s a major outage... really poor customer service...5 days over and issue continues to be a problem...

@ACTFibernet The request was escalated to the area supervisor Kishor Divvella on 22nd of April, but there has not been even a call back from this person even after 3 days. Such a pathetic service. If this can't be done today then just refund my amount,I'll go with @fiber_jio or @airtelindia

@ACTFibernet I took a new connection 5 days ago and till now no one has cared to come for the installation. I have called the customer service centre atleast 15 times and escalated the issue but there seems to be no response. Please look into this matter.

@ACTFibernet horrendous service. Every time I try reaching, you say your query will be solved in 24 hrs and someone will get in touch in 30-45 min.. neither 30-45 min came nor 24 hrs. It's almost 240 hours according to my watch. Please share your watch to explain 24 hrs..

@ACTFibernet my wifi keeps getting disconnected, my phone says connected to the wifi without internet. I tried switching off the router and when it's switched on again it works for a couple of minutes and then stops. Please help me out.
