    @ACTFibernet Issue was resolved on first day & again repeated on next day & was resolved again. Today its not working again & unable to WFH. Raised a complaint & got a message by 4pm technician would reach me. Nobody has reached my location yet. My day is ruined.

    @unknownbps @ACTFibernet Same here..From yesterday there is no internet. Expected resolution was 7 PM yesterday.But still no Response from them .@ACTFibernet We pay u for whole month.. Please don't expect the payment if u continue doing this.

    @ACTFibernet Seriously ur Broadand service is not worst, but your call center management is worst. Your call center agents are reading the same scripted response from past many days. If I ask for a manager on call they are directly disconnecting the call, need a proof, I have a call record

    Hi @ACTFibernet I wrote a mail to your support on April 1st - No Response Sent a reminder mail on 3rd April - Still no response I do understand every company is working with short staff but not replying to customers for more than 96 hours doesn't make a customer happy.
