    Extremely shoddy customer service by @ACTFibernet , after collecting 6 months fees in advance, they have wired shut my kitchen window at installation and now there is zero response regarding rewiring, raised on 24th tech yet to be assigned #hyderabad

    Aasmaan se gire khajoor me atke... Disconnected @ACTFibernet yesterday and opted for @airtelindia broadband due to frequent cuts and long resolution time... Now Airtel broadband had connectivity issues from early morning and nobody coming up despite logging the issue around 7am...     @ACTFibernet Still the issue is not fixed. No status update.. nothing happened. I even emailed to nodal officer and he also seemed to be sleeping on this critical issue. No response from anyone. Disgusting service by @ACTFibernet #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet SR10179931727424- Internet down for 4+ days. Previous ticket was closed without resolution. Engineer confirmed switch issue but no action has been taken. No follow up so far. Extremely poor service. Need immediate escalation and restoration.

    @ACTFibernet Why is ur sales team 24/7 available to make endless promises before payment, but 0/7 available after? This bait-and-switch is unprofessional. Sold false commitments to close the deal, now unmet promises & zero response from the rep. Fix this culture. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Just acknowledging a msg isn't enough . I don't see any desire to solve the problem. It's a flat msg with zero action. Highly disappointed n questioning my decision to go ahead with you guys.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service, no internet for last 2 days, whenever I lodge a complaint ,will have to wait for 24 hours to resolve, today they repaired my net n again it get disconnected within 30 min. Very pathetic
