    @ACTFibernet Such a bad customer service you people have in Hyderabad I have taken new connection 2 months back with your branded router paying 2500 and installation charges since last month I have lost connection I have given complaint also. They say I don’t have feasibility.

    @ACTFibernet Requested for shifting 1 month ago. Still not shifted. Technicians call and ask for location only to tell me they are not in-charge for the area. Multiple requests registered. No resolution yet. Either Act has incapable staff or they just don't want to work😤
