Fale promises and pathetic customer resolution. Applied for a new connection on Friday and the sales guy promised to provide the connection by EOD on same. However till today no connection is done and the sales guy is just not able to provide any resolution.@ACTFibernet

I have been using @ACTFibernet net for 3 years. I deactivated my account due to their bad #internet connection. I initiated the process for refund they say NO to me and customer executive was using bad language. It was such a #terrible #experience. I request not to go with them.
