    @ACTFibernet SR10253476212916 This issue is closed without being resolved and also without notification to customer. Well all my open tickets are closed without issue being resolved. Looks like @ACTFibernet is closing the tickets without the actual fix. I am fed upwithyourservice

    @ACTFibernet I have not seen such a worst service in last 6-7 years using act. I have recharged Rs.490 for digital TV,1 month back and called customer care 7 times in these duration. Worst part is reg.complaint get close automatically without solution last ticket was 21011643.

    @ACTFibernet Always same lines, alteast change sentence according to issues for same customer. Now your team again need 24 hour for resolution, right?
