For the current issue, I raised a complaint yesterday (2nd June). The resolution ETA was changed from today 9 AM–1 PM ➜ 7:30 PM–9 PM ➜ tomorrow 9 AM–1 PM. Meanwhile, my son's exam preparation is being disrupted and I'm unable to attend office calls while working from home. Customer support keeps repeating "port issue" but offers no meaningful assistance, accountability, or reliable timelines.
