  @ACTFibernet, absolutely shambles your company is. We've had customer care hang up on us when we've asked too many questions. If this is your way with dealing with grievance, I don't see how you're gonna run this company. To solve one thing, we have called 5 times in one week!

  @ACTFibernet You should not be surprised if u get the fait similar to any other big network provider frm past . And I wont be feeling bad to choose Jio Fiber soon it is available in my area . I have created at-least 10 complain related to issue but no help .

  @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC Its new connection prepaid, then shifted my house day before, got shifting charges. Now they disconnected the service without any intimation. Have paid the damn charges but again i should pay reconnection charges...dont know what on earth is happening

  Dear @ACTFibernet net speed is very slow. Some times mobile data is far better than your's broadband speed. It is taking more than 15 minutes to upload less than 70 MB file.
