    If you're ever getting an internet connection in Whitefield, Bengaluru please don't even consider @ACTFibernet !! These people haemve the worst customer service ever, make false promises and never respond to customer calls. Simply pathetic :(

    @ACTFibernet Even after 48hrs my internet is not working. If this is the kind of customer service then i am sorry, i have to discontinue being an ACT customer. A working individual with Work From Home arrangement cannot work without broadband for 1hr and i am deprived for 48hrs.

    @ACTFibernet Internet not working for last 2 days and it’s for the whole area and everytime I call I get only one response that technician is working. Will someone really work on this? Or do you want me to change the connection. Pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet what's wrong with your service? In between 10 days 3 times I have registered complaint regarding connectivity issues. Every month I'm paying bills on time regardless I don't get full month proper service.
