    @ACTFibernet No proper response. Just raise ticket everytime, in return question me about how i should use and teach me how to do speed test on every week complain call. And no result. Issue never resolved.

    @ACTFibernet Assign a local support saying if i call to customer care he gets penalty. When i call this local support , after his call immediately it works. And the reason given is reboot is done just before my call. Sounds surprising.
