    @ACTFibernet Worst service. No one is responding. They only provide connections with false information and after payment no one receives ur call.

    @ACTFibernet Hyderabad. Broadband internet not working for more than 30 hours. No response from the customer service or the area technicians apart from standard response. No escalations despite multiple follow ups. Pathetic service! Regret choosing ACT Fibernet.

    @ACTFibernet Customer care guy was very bad. Before installation one story after installation another story. Wrong way to behave with customers. They told to install one router of cost ₹.2999. very wrong I chossed Act fiber net. and will not give suggestions for my friends.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet earlier your local guy closed SR10167563262974 and when I reopened it, he scolded me despite solving the issue. Now the nodal officer forcibly closed it, so I can't open it again frm the mobile app. U think u guys can play with customer's money
