    @ACTFibernet 2hrs have gone but no one has come to take the router already. Now when I have called customer care,they are saying in 1 hr,the person will come. I am leaving for Hyderabad in some time if no one comes I am taking the router with me.

    Hello @ACTFibernet I have payed for new connection on 13 Dec 2021. Still now I haven’t got the connection the sales and network person not at all responding while trying to connect .I have raised a Ticket SR11563762782924 yesterday it’s almost 24 Hours . It’s been 11 days.

    @ACTFibernet @bada_paww Facing issues with ACT broadband for more than the last 24hrs and all the customer service says is they will fix it! How will Work from home function with such bad internet connection! Disappointing! Better to change
