    @ACTFibernet Its almost a day and there us no resolution yet. This is the second time this has happened in the last 10 days. This is a very bad customer experience.

    @ACTFibernet SR10179987489174, Raised request on 28 Apr, promised shift by 30 Apr. ACT Fiber still living in 29 Apr timezone, tasks pending, issues piling, even connection closure stuck. Truly redefining deadlines. #ACTuallySlow @jagograhakjago
