    @ACTFibernet Yes, the last issue got resolved. I am keeping my fingers crossed for the next downtime!!! And for your Mobile App - Its just waste of time. The earlier version was better to log complaints. Now the new one with #ChatBot is just useless piece of functionality for customers.

    Im Calling you guys daily but no one is properly responding to my issue only giving meFAKE assurance. @ACTFibernet arrange a field Technician for my home and resolve this NO Internet issue otherwise I need to take some further action to Consumer Forum Ticket No: SR10255104236841
