    @ACTFibernet Junk support and very unrealiable, ACT is unable to fix the basic issue. Internet doesn't work when power goes off how awful? I have logged multiple complaints no action is taken till now, everytime technician focus to close the ticket not provide correct resoluition

    @ACTFibernet are the worst when it comes to customer service. No resolution for 6 hours despite the actual issue being communicated beforehand.

    @ACTFibernet I have been not getting the speed as advertised in my plan no proper resolution has been taken against my ticket SR10265290093144. This ticket is not trackable now and still my internet speed is around 25-40 for a 75 Mbps Plan. Very disappointed in your service.

    @ACTFibernet today I did the wiring with the help of my electrician and since 11 a.m I have been making calls with the agent and he is giving me every single reason possible in the world to simply connect the wires. Pathetic! I have raised a ticket again. Never trustACT #ActSucks

    @ACTFibernet Hi i did check all of these and my query is regarding the ticket i raised which is not being able to track. I actually got a call from your representative saying this because a wrong modem has been installed for me. So please escalate the issue and get me a modem that is meant.

    Everytime i raise a ticket with @ACTFibernet either there wont be a proper response nor they will put the call on hold finally not one gives a better solution worst of all time internet services thats why @JIOFIBER is ahead of you all the time in response and in service

    @ACTFibernet , Madurai, Google drive download speeds are too slow, getting 1 MB/s instead of the plan speed (20 MB/s) Upload speeds are normal but download speed is too slow since two days. Please look into it
