  .. lack of interest knows no bounds! As long as everything is working fine, @ACTFibernet internet is fine, but when something goes wrong, the customer has no one to bank on!

  .. connection issues for me! So, it is back to where it all began! @ACTFibernet has lousy technicians and even worse customer care experience! Their incompetence has led to the entire family missing online classes, office meetings and staying connected to the internet!

  One hour later, I get a message saying this problem is taking longer than expected and will be fixed by tomorrow! Social media complaints makes @ACTFibernet just look at the problem! I wonder what will make them fix the problem! #IncompetentAndLazyACTFibernet
