  Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet I reside in hyderabad and have student at home who is supposed to study from home , n parents also have to work frm home it's been 5 days since we raised the complaint no technician has come neither the net

  I paid on 10th n since 12 there is no service when I asked for refund theur agent says cut the internet but no refund and yet no one has come to resolve our issue despite giving multiple complaints n consent to change the box location.. pathetic!!! @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet I spoke to ACT customer care and they themself treated badly. So how can i trust ACT promises and replies. Any ways i send my number in private message, but ACT behavour made me loose trust on ACT. This is really dissapointing. ACT will pay price.
