    @ACTFibernet Terrible customer care experience once a new customer pays the money. Till money is paid you keep harassing people but once money is paid and customer needs your help you don’t even bother to reply back. I was using ACT long ago and ditched it because of this

    @ACTFibernet Team, It's time to improve the service quality you provide. Every month there is a service disruption in name of "core switch down". What quality of switch are you using which goes down so often. This is bad for people working from home and relying on internet..

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC really worst ever service got from act If i raised a request to move the junction box they literally took 20 days to work on it and since i asked to do so they are punishing me like cutting power from the box since 24hr such a worst act i wont recomend

    Dear @ACTFibernet there is a Internet issue form your end from yesterday 6PM, when I spoke to CC they said the technician will no be available after 6M, is this the device will u provide to the customers, we WFH people are suffering with this. No resolution till now please help
