  @ACTFibernet I paid ₹9551 for a plan upgrade on July 3, 2025. The router was supposed to be delivered by July 9, but it's now 3 days late. Despite calling customer care over 100 times, there’s been no update. If this is how the service is, I might switch to another provider.

Don't you have shame in withholding Customer's money? DON'T TAKE Act connection and SUFFER. They won't give refund if you close the Acc. #CheatingACTFiber

  @ACTFibernet Disconnection done 13 days ago, security deposit has still not been credited, everytime I call customer care they ask me to wait for 48hrs. What kind of fraud is this? No accountability. #fraud #ScamAlert Won't ever go for act again.
