@ACTFibernet 102651249464 paid for act storm pack 3 months plus wifi. Not even a month and am invoiced with 683 amount. Waiting time of your customer service is so long that I feel like am traveling to moon. Sales guy says issue is with billing dept and not my problem. Poor coordination.

Having a horrible experience with @ACTFibernet. I’m not able to access internet for more than a day now. They’re unable to address the issue and no update whatsoever. Worst customer service who don’t have anything to say about the issue.

@JioCare @reliancejio after 40+ calls to customer care team , waiting for 6 days for service guy to visit and also offered to pay 1000 rs to the assigned enginner but he did not visit, we have decided to disconnect and move back to @ACTFibernet . Experience was just pathetic.

@ACTFibernet Despite placing request for disconnection I am keep getting payment messages. Calling your customer helpdeak is real pain. After speaking, support person transfered call to disconnection dept. Now holding line since more than 15 mins. Why you make people to suffer?
