    Dear @ACTFibernet , there no internet from morning, they just raised a ticket and said they will solve it immediately but till now they stayed calm, this much time with out internet is very horrible, pls look in to this n solve this immediately.

    Hi @ACTFibernet after 3 years being your customer finally today you showed your incompetence. Continuously facing issues in network for 10 days. Have raised a disconnection request today, better to have a professional and trustworthy ISP. User id 103016882617

    @ACTFibernet your engineer has completed ActFibernet installation on 3rd Oct,2022 at 3:00 PM but they have not activated my net. Since then continuously I am calling the sales person and engineer also but they have not resolved my issue. Both are now not responding also.
