This prolonged service disruption is causing serious inconvenience. We request you to restore our internet connection immediately and resolve the issue without any further delay. If this matter is not addressed urgently, we will be left with no option but to escalate the issue and take appropriate action with the concerned regulatory authorities.     @ACTFibernet internet is down since yesterday morning. Raised ticket yesterday, updated its resolved. But it didnt resolve. Now raised again SR10881027205844, ETR is tomorrow 7pm. So i need to bear 3 days without connection?!

    Dear @ACTFibernet CEO, my internet has been down since last night. I raised a ticket this morning, and was assured it would be resolved by 4 to 7 PM today. Despite a follow-up call and multiple attempts, the issue persists for over 24 hours. Ticket id:SR11481054655294

    @ACTFibernet you **** app doesnt work. I used to 5900 every 6 months for internet plan. Now it says 7300 as due. Kindly solve your **** app bugs im not even able to connect to agent there. Clarify about this bill or i will have to file a complaint in consumer court. 101439329428

    @ACTFibernet No, I won’t. Last time I allowed this, your team created a lot of problems while accessing the building. They were walking in unannounced & would leave without closing the gate, without informing. Too many security lapses and your technical team was very rude too. Very risky

    Hello @ACTFibernet I requested for a router change from ur customer care which was advised by the service engineer who visited for my slow speed complaint. The customer care rep advised me to opt for a 6month plan so i could get a free new router. What is this?
