    @adityaghosh996 @ACTFibernet I agree with you. They cannot even fix their own network. Worst customer support. They told me my routing issue cannot be fixed, and get a disconnection if I don't like the service. Other ISPs I've used were a lot better in service. Waiting to disconnect once my plan ends.

    @prabinakupanda @ACTFibernet Contd.and than they will request the user to not to raise ticket if there is any issue and to call them directly. And now when we are calling them either they are not receiving/ disconnecting & if you send message they will read it but they won't respond.
