    Disappointed with the extremely poor service by @ACTFibernet . Paid for 3-month subscription and I've been waiting for more than 48 hours for my connection. No response from their side. Now they are saying it will take more time. Hope the core team is aware of the poor service.

Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.     @ACTFibernet you guys have the audacity to write that my account is prone to late payments. Show me one payment that was late in the last 6 years. This shows your arrogance. When i write back you guys tell me that you are sending reminder for payment even without understanding the issue. Not a single working customer care number. What kind of services are you clowns running. If i don’t receive a proper response or apology, i will be forced to move out and also influence 30 other connections in my flat to move out of ACT. Get ready
