    @ACTFibernet I'm user of ACT for more than 5 years now, it's good as long as it works, when it stops working the resolution is provided only after 24 hrs. We need to followup with multiple channels and today is one sad day in life of ACT user. Plz think as it's used for work.

    @ACTFibernet ??????????? It's been 5 days I'm waiting for a call from your end. If you don't want to address my raised concern just say clearly. I'll go with another service provider with good customer service.

    @ACTFibernet The person at customer number Naveen has 6 months of experience not bothering about resolving the issue but he is okay if they change the service provider as well, a pathetic way to handle the customer and the issues we are facing, please help it's more than 13 hours now
