    @ACTFibernet Been on hold for more than 30 mins twice and still no one answers. Would you mind reducing your wait time. Thinking about switching over to Airtel as there customer service is so much better with hardly any hold time. Please revert back.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service recently. 5G band speed is coming at 50 Mbps for 250 Mbps that too when sitting beside the router. Worst response from customer service too and even no response from Twitter team too.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 96th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet whole month I am complaining about this issue how much more time you guys need it all problem of bad routing and your executives just want to close the complaint no resolution please train your executives they only know about internet not working that's all they know..
