    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Ticket No.: SR10155019453772 Net is down since 4am this morning. Was told someone would visit me in two hours to check the issue didn’t happen. Ticket was prioritised twice but no response still. 3rd time asked for an escalation line got dc. No resolution yet.

    @ACTFibernet Issue not resolved speed only arround 39 mbs, Mr Satish Mishra AM ACT South Delhi has told me that the company ie. ACT provides a speed of between 30-40 mbs in 4g and 60-75 in 5g only and he can't do anything regarding the same. How come Airtel is giving higher speed in 4g?

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. Paid for 3 months and you can't even type my name correctly from Aadhaar. Invoice is useless for reimbursement. Fix it NOW and reissue the invoice, or refund my money and disconnect. Absolute joke of a provider.
