    @TRAI @ACTFibernet your network is the worst in town, where internet is used the most in weekends & every weekend there is an outage. Third class service issue & we've paid for full year in advance & we don't get and refund for service not given. 4days/month = 1½month/year.

    @ACTFibernet Very Sad, into the fourth day, and the problem still unresolved. As a customer I think I have the right to know what the problem is, and its progress status. A courtesy call with an explanation could have done wonders. That's too much to expect I guess.

    @ACTFibernet And while I don't want to sound any preachy, I surely would like to make it a point and want the stakeholders to take a note, that it is fatal to have services down for almost a week. Please work on having a Plan-B/backup for such situations.

    @ACTFibernet Yesterday, your team promised to clear non connectivity issue within 4 hours. 2 Complete working days later, still issue is not resolved. I pay an hefty amount that too 6 months in adv yet handled unprofessionally. Should I explore @airtelindia or @HathwayBrdband

    Hello @ACTFibernet, Lot of Network drops today. Had at least 10. Network Connectivity is very poor for a week. This is really frustrating as the network goes down when you are on a priority item.
