    @ACTFibernet one the worst fibre net in hyderabad. Been receiving sms for my payment last month and been offered 2 months free upgrade on current payment for June amount. Paid and July has started yet no upgrade using same old pack. Complaint#1

    @ACTFibernet dooms day is not far for you guys! Pathetic is the understatement for the service you guys provided. Router not collected yet. Shifting not initiated yet after 3 days of waiting. I don’t have words to explain the kind of poor service you provide.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD pathetic service. First you send a useless router and then you don’t come to collect it back? This is literally extortion! I’ve called more than 15 times in the last 1 month! Every time I get a response “by eod we will have someone collect”.

    @ACTFibernet Time frame lapsed, getting close to touch 48hrs..my billing dispute,2 months free upgrade and zee5 subscription not yet canceled. Is this your customer service commitment?without being case solved complaint numbers being closed by ur @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet

    On call with @ACTFibernetHYD They are simply disconnecting calls instead of resolving issue and the #supervisors are not ready to take the escalation and the #associates are trying to convince me to wait 1hr for the callback from supervisor from past 3hours. @ACTFibernet

    The internet is down in my street from yesterday 1pm (July 5th) raised a complaint still no one came to fix. Poor customer service @ACTFibernet . Do act quickly to fix problems. Called customer care today at 9:30am and no proper response.

    @ACTFibernet my services is disrupted for last 20 hours and no response from team. Beam restoration service is worst among all fixed line services. In this age of wfh and online transactions beam service is not reliable.

    @ACTFibernet also, I have a billing dispute. Every month I have been billed for every other number. Though I have fixed pack and fixed pack usage. Made a complaint I was promised call back in 24 hrs, time frame has crossed no call. Complain #SR10158917947458.

    @ACTFibernet Fake promise from ACT. Agent denied if you close the door you ll not get internet and he didn't bother to come home and check why frequent disconnection. He just told there was a issue its fixed ticket was closed. I was promised he ll check line to ensure all good

    @ACTFibernet i fed of using ACT in a year. Cld c too much slow speed even it is 100mbps speed. Website is taking ages to open. Srvice is **** bt compny is keep on hiking chrges evry yr & thr is no option 2 dwngrde wid 1 mnt renew. Cmpny is frcing 2 dwngrde wid 6 mnts renew only.

    Dear @ACTFibernet, i have raised the ticket vide no SR11078326205474 at 10:40 am today. It has been approximately 7 working hours passed however the issue is not resolved yet. Today is the last date to deposit the advance tax. But your wifi has not been working this morning.

    @ACTFibernet I have been trying to reach your customer care but it’s of no use. I want to cancel my subscription since last couple of weeks but your app doesn’t allow me to do so and on top of that you’re charging me additional monthly fees. I am not getting any OTPs to cancel it

    @ACTFibernet It was a worst experience being customer of ACT instead properly listening to customer the call center becomes hyper on customer and start shouting instead of solving the issue. This way ACT works after taking payment from customers. There are many options of other networks
