    @ACTFibernet Team, I have been asking you to replace the faulty router for a while now and every time you people give me some excuses. Anymore can't wait and use the slow connection. Let me know if you replace my router or not so that I can look for some better service providers

    @ACTFibernet For 15 days, having much problem in Act fibrenet broadband services. Given complaint in customer care services. Initially the problem was no intenet. Later its getting disconnected every hour or so. Advised to change router. Now problem is no one to assist to fix it.

    @ACTFibernet Yesterday some tech calls and says only advise over phone. After 10 minutes, phone gets disconnected and no one calls . today mr shravan from tech desk calls and informs that mobile advise is given and if not interested can call customer care to get Act disconnected
