    @ACTFibernet When can I expect this issue will be resolved. It has been 4 days now without internet. We have cable in new flat and only thing is to enable port. Reached multiple times to customer service and it is not helping at all.... 😡

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Ticket no:SR1015624468312 has been registered. I’ve slow internet issues for few months now each time I raise a complaint some random guy calls and says issue fixed. It works fine for a day or two, however, same issue continues!!

    @ACTFibernet service request no.1015383136872 It's been almost 40 hours since my internet is not working. This is the second time this is happening in the same month. If you cannot provide internet in some areas then just let the consumer know rather than selling them a lie.
