    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD No internet connectivity in our community since 2 days and no one from ACT seems to care. Tickets are closed without resolution and supervisors don't attend calls! I wonder when ACT CS got so bad. Been a customer for 11 years!

    @ACTFibernet your connectivity always sucks. Whenever there's an important work that time only it loses the connectivity. Literally very much pissed off. Have to switch to other ISP like @reliancejio Fibre, the thing I am eagerly waiting for Jio Fibre to start a connectivity.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD is it necessary to share the WiFi password and/or router login password with your technicians every time they visit? Why aren’t they having devices that can connect to router via cable to check for connectivity issues?

    @ACTFibernet This is ongoing issue keeps on going internet off this is second time at this month I thought it would be branded ISA providers but not keeps on going off ,when power goes off even internet also going off Please check with concern team resolve it

    @ACTFibernet I took 75mbps for 6 months, they told to take 4 antenas tp link router and never been late into paying bills, and this internet doesn't work well! I don't want to use this, kindly give me refund!

    Hey Guys, Any thoughts of migrate to another ISP? I suggest never choose @ACTFibernet especially for @ACTFibernetHYD. Can u imagine ur interest goes down 4th time in a month and take 2 days to fix everytime? That’s what happens with ACT.

    @ACTFibernet our internet has been down since 3pm, we lodged a complaint & were told the issue would be resolved latest by 9pm. It's much later than 9 & the issue hasn't been resolved. Why does it take so long to resolve issues & why can't you folks communicate properly?!

    @ACTFibernet I did a call from your executive who explained that I have to pay twice as compared to new customers because I am an OLD customer. So I have decided to disconnect all the 3 ACT connections I have also inform all my friends about this ongoing cheating by #ACTFibernet
