Facing hell lot of issues lately with @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD when I tried to call and explain the issue to the support team they disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation. I think now its time to seriously look for better alternatives.

The internet is down in my street from yesterday 1pm (July 5th) raised a complaint still no one came to fix. Poor customer service @ACTFibernet . Do act quickly to fix problems. Called customer care today at 9:30am and no proper response.

@ACTFibernet is by far the WORST ISP I have ever experienced. 0 accountability and responsibility towards customers. My ticket gets closed without my consent and when I call the CC they open new one and say it’s gonna take more time. Almost 2 weeks and no internet. Shame on you.
