Facing hell lot of issues lately with @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD when I tried to call and explain the issue to the support team they disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation. I think now its time to seriously look for better alternatives.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Ticket has been raised for the internet issue and informed engineer about fibre cut in New Bhavani Nagar Boduppal. Your competitors iway and excitel solved the issue(fibre cut) but ACT is yet to react. Service is not good and delay. #worstservice

@ACTFibernet I haven't seen such worst service provider. Though I have raise request and call customer care from last 20 hrs no resolution come yet. It's been only 10 days i have switched to actfiber and it shows it's true colours. Great... I am fedup woth this network provider.

@ACTFibernet I raised request on 29th July for disconnection of my Actfiber net, then why I'm I getting the notice for due bill "ACT Fibernet A/c:101645998356 due date. Pay Rs.590/-" @DoT_India This is a forceful way of holding a customer by @ACTFibernet . Plz take action.
