@ACTFibernet Sadly it worked only for 24 hours & became unserviceable again. New SR10130949239282. The technician was worried about closing SR than providing lasting resolution. Now I am without uninterrupted internet for the last 10 days. So much for big claims made by @ACTFibernetHYD

@ACTFibernet I subscribed for new act connection in Jubilee rd 86, on 2nd October, executive promised me connection within 48 hours, but as of now (192 hours have passed), I am still waiting for connection, poor service and execs dont answer the calls, they reiect your calls.

@ACTFibernet internet not working. Your App says internet is suspended and asks me to pay the due amount to raise ticket. I want to raise a ticket to tell that there is no due from my side. Paying another 1500 for raising a ticket seems to be too costly

@ACTFibernet I have been billed extra for ZEE5 subscription. It is true that I signed up for the free trial, but I did not get the benefit at all. Please rectify this and issue an updated statement for me to pay the dues. This is not resolved yet.
