    @ACTFibernet Yes it has been resolved in a record time of nearly 10 days. You guys are the best. Looking forward to be kept on hold indefinitely the next time I have a problem.

    @UdayMannam @ACTFibernet Yes Uday, the router has to be labelled as “Gigabit” to get speed beyond 100mbps. For now you can test it directly plugging the lan cable (from ISP) to computer to rule out other possibility like wiring defect or network setting on network adapter of computer .

    @ACTFibernet Please let me know if u don't want to solve for issue I am OK to switch off power supply to both boxes ..I am being human by not doing that , as I understand what will happen to folks whose connections will stop workingIt is one month plus with continuous follow up

    @ACTFibernet follwed 3rd of abv On 3rd April 2020 around1:15noon there was a call by someone srinivas 4 asking the issue and when I gave him the explanation the guysaid ok yes we processed 1 box deductions and let me  mention to the concerned team about the second box..

    Hi @ACTFibernet there is no internet from yesterday onwords. SR10138137392302 this is complaint no. Still there is no responce from your team. Its very difficult to manage work deliverables in this situation without internet. Do something on quick time.

    @ACTFibernet Your support team is closing my ticket without resolving it . i reopened it, but again they closed it. can you please atleast let me know the reason for closing without solving it. or please admit that those offer messages are fake just to trap customers.

    @ACTFibernet team i wanted to take up new connection and the prospect ni is 1026128138122 . The payment was done in 15 min of conversation with customer executive on Saturday, but there is no response on connection set up . Even your customer service is not reachable
