    Update: Received full refund. Literally had to drag their COO into the issue to get it resolved this quickly. @ACTFibernet you guys need to de-bloat upper management and un-thug ground level beat minions. Alvida.

    Dear #ACTFibernet Pls solve my issue. I have taken subscription on 8th june.. Paid the amount and documents verification is also done. After finishing all the formalities still no one has visited for connection. Even after 5 days there is no one responding. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet the Hyderabad operations of Act Fibernet is really bad. I have taken a new connection more than a week ago. I signed up for 12 months but not activated yet. Poorly managed operations. Lack of coordination between technicians. No response to calls
