(2/2) their have been numerous follow ups with the area guy, but in vain. He has stopped picking my calls also. The customer care team is pathetic. This is emotional and mental harassment. Worst service ever. Would not recommend even to my enemy. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet If internet stops working on Monday, somebody will visit after 5-6 days to see what's the issue, even after filing a complaint. Visiting client's home is v difficult for them hence, they try to provide troubleshooting update on call and put it on customer "keep gates at home open

@ACTFibernet 3rd class wifi with 3rd class services. Got their wifi installed on 26th May, wifi not working properly since 1st July and the disconnection team is actually saying "WE WILL NOT DISCONNECT YOUR WIFI" Guts!! (Their services has been suspended in Delhi 1st July onward)
