    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet worst customer service from act. Have been charged but not even a single call back since last 8 days. Inspite of multiple calls and requests all I recieved is assurance nd not even confirms. Plz refund amount as I don't want such pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet why actfibernet take payment before verified network connection available or not . I paid 3k for new connection today technician come for connection he said this area no network box available so wait 7 to 8 day .. Whats joke .

    The disconnection team came in June, took the router away and promised that the security deposit will be credited, that did not happen. They never completed the service request and kept billing for the same account that i haven't used in 4 months @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet is possible the worst service provider in Bangalore. Paid the amount Sept 27th and didn't receive the connection for more than 10 days. When asked for refund, they are taking more than 3-4 days to approve the refund
