There was a cable breakage in the area yesterday and other ISPs who were also affected resolved it within 3 hours. Here iam still waiting for ACT to resolve it. No internet

For almost 1yr every month I have been raising complaints regarding bad connection no one will respond properly but they charge u full amount even if u face problem from der end.
