Chaturvedi Digavalli (@CDigavalli) reported@ACTFibernet My account got suspended on 16th Jan and as I called Customer care then they informed that as per plan i need to do payment for 6 months then only they will be able to change the plan. I did pay for 6 months and now my plan of moving is in motion (date mot fixed yet).

Sales side makes a lot of promise and installation comes and proposes for a bigger package . It's looking as if you don't care about customer and is just about getting a customer

Another one hour wasted explaining the team about the problem and the final words were “sir we will organise a visit of a senior technician to resolve the issue”.
