  @ACTFibernet I have reopened the ticket. Hope commonsense prevails. All I am asking is sending me in writing on whatever is being told on phone, if they can't address it. If they are not willing to write down whatever they are saying,it means they are not truthful.

  I get call from act and when i pick, it gets disconnected instantly. Team keeps closing the issue like this is account team issue or service team issue or we will change router. 15days passed in june and not able to use net properly. @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_
