    @ACTFibernet Handling Twitter account is easy but providing better internet connectivity resolution is hard. I'm aware that you guys have excelled yourself at providing fake promises and false assurances.. Trust me, Act will now see sharp decline in their customers..

    @HathwayBrdband Ideal @ACTFibernet or @airtelindia or any other broadband take 3-4 hours to resolve the issues if anything it might take 12 hours but 2 days and still no resolution really not acceptable #vsnl

    @ACTFibernet Worst internet service provider. It takes 3 days to resolve the connectivity? Sorry , Apologies , We understand - these are the few words that have been programmed to answer at call center and to make fake promises and give false assurances.
