    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    @ACTFibernet This is beyond our understanding and tolerance. Please refund the 3 months advance paid. We don't want to suffer as a customer after paying hefty amount and due to your incapability to handle local vendor issues. Moreover your executives as not responsive. Account: 102660055204

    @ACTFibernet Last time it took you guys 10 days to resolve a simple wiring issue. This time again, it’s more than 30 hours. Your customer care team is being incapable of transferring the call to the escalation team, technician or anyone. Why is escalation team not on thier desk.

Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.     @ACTFibernet strongly disappointed with this act fiber. Raised shifting request 30 days ago ticket hs closed without fixing the issue and trying to reach out multiple times but no technicians available. I really don't know how the network is handling by them. #donotrecommend

    @ACTFibernet Problem is solved but you need to have better area engineers here. Current one is poor, doesnt pick up calls and only works when things are escalated. Next yr i will shift to some other provider.

    Dear @ACTFibernet , there are many frequent internet not working issues and every time, it takes more than 24 hours to resolve it. This causes financial, social, health troubles as nowadays, internet is wholemsole. U must compensate it by increasing days limit in recharge period.
