    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    It takes 50hrs to find out what the issue is, and even longer to rectify. @ACTFibernet your customer retention must be pathetic. Internet is an essential service, clearly @ACTFibernet thinks it is a joke. @officejmscindia
