@ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

@ACTFibernet After moving to the new place within 2 weeks this is the 2nd time when facing internet not working issue for 24 hrs. SR10164394239924 this is the new ticket no. It is very tough to do WFH with such an internet issue. Will you refund me for these not working days?

@ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 ACT has completely failed in resolving issue (SR10264366495690) related to new connection installation in Bangalore location. @ACTFibernet - refund taking 7-15 days which insane, you guys are holding the customer money for longer durations which would be more beneficial to ACT.

@ACTFibernet If a customer fail to pay the monthly bill you guys will charge penalties, but here ACT it self failed to give new connection in the agreed time then ACT need to pay penalty to customer because you took payment from the customer even before providing the connection
