  @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

  @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC I would not recommend anyone as their sales agent promised me a connection in 24hours after payment but i they fail to fullfil their promises. I called customer care and had words with a lady Anusha and she put me on hold for 30mins. currently on call

  @ACTFibernet Pathetic service by them. Today their engineer came for installation and went away doing half work. On asking to complete he is saying you yourself do the rest part of installation. They are so careless they don't carry masks too. Request people don't go with act.
