    @ACTFibernet I will keep tweeting until I get a resolution. Madurai to Chennai pings are usually under 10-15ms in other ISPs but why is it 32ms in your network? How do you get away after providing such poor quality service?

    @ACTFibernet Again a fake promise. It's been many weeks and the latency is still bad. How can a top ISP get away with such poor quality service? Fix ping in Madurai or return my money for remaining months.

    Cheating company @ACTFibernet- my money was taken on 2nd Aug. Today 14th August with no installation and no refund as well making customers fool. When your purpose is only to take the money don’t do like this. Put charity i will give.customer care is the worst part.

I have called customer care more than 10 times but still didn't received any response. I want the service.
