    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😑

    @ACTFibernet This is beyond our understanding and tolerance. Please refund the 3 months advance paid. We don't want to suffer as a customer after paying hefty amount and due to your incapability to handle local vendor issues. Moreover your executives as not responsive. Account: 102660055204

    Really disappointed with @ACTFibernet. Even before my service started, they made false promises just to close the sale"it’ll be done today", "installation confirmed" and then just disappeared. No updates, no accountability, just left hanging after payment. Left a real sour taste.
