    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    @rite2ace @ACTFibernet i used to get anywhere between 35 and 65 until day before yesterday. it hasn't come down from 91ms since then. SG is still at 70-85ms. This is so annoying. My ping to bom csgo server is still as it was. Don't even if it's isp or Valorant at this point

    @ACTFibernet I just called to your customer care number. Your associates are talking to each other whereas they should be attentive on call. I am continuously saying hello hello but they are busy among themselves. Literally poor service
