    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    @ACTFibernet This is beyond our understanding and tolerance. Please refund the 3 months advance paid. We don't want to suffer as a customer after paying hefty amount and due to your incapability to handle local vendor issues. Moreover your executives as not responsive. Account: 102660055204

    @ACTFibernet I hve raised a ticket for slow internet bt post that there has been no internet since 12+ hours now. I dnt know what understanding or troubleshootng is being done by disabling the internet as I'm constantly getting no internet so far Hope u understnd criticality

    @ACTFibernet Just to let you know I got a call from your technician today from (+91 91540 95438) he was insisting in closing a ticket and his team lead spoke with me and told we can’t give the router and said to close the currently open tickets, he was rude and speaking in harassing tone [1]

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Work Order WO101796899190, your sales rep promised a connection by 7 pm yesterday, then moved it to 12 pm today and now he’s not picking the call and nobody has visited me. Is this the service you’re providing? Unprofessional!

    @ACTFibernet Hi @ACTFibernet The ETA to resolve this issue was 12PM. It's already passed, still no internet. Customer care can we expect a final ETA when the issue will resolve? Issue still not resolved. There were 2 ETA given, both were passed. Uday not giving response or picking call.

    And an ongoing cry over pathetic airtel team. 3 calls to customer care, 9 days post paying for connection, I get excuse. The ship is stuck in Strait of Hormuz..for god's sake, I got LPG filled last week Anyways.going for ACT connection @ACTFibernet @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct is a worst internet service provider in India. Every month, mostly one or two days his internet is breakdown. After the complaint ticket raise,12-24 hours take to restore the internet service. Every year, 15-25 days are non-working but charges full payment.

    My internet is not working from last few days , this is happening after every month and even after raising ticket ACT's team is pushing reslutution time day by day. Such a pathetic service. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet [2] I is beyond acceptable now. He told as you can’t close the ticket we are cutting your connection and removing the cable, this is after me paying for the connection and being a paid customer. At this point refund me and cancel my plan wil shift to another provider
