    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    @ACTFibernet It’s totally pathetic, any issue that crops up after 5 PM you just conveniently move the resolution to next day, in which world are you living in?, we are moving to other providers and enough is enough with nothing changing in many years @KALYAN_C

    @ACTFibernet Very disappointed by act, After using this service provider for 10+ yrs. I been told to use same service and not to discontinue wil Waive Off the Shifting charges. But now I see in second bill they have silently included it. Very disappointed for long term user.

    @ACTFibernet Already been tracking this since yesterday morning , but no resolution?do u think we dont have any other work expect keep tracking ur ticket ? Even in that case kept tracking it since yesterday u kept changing the resolution time. Does customer look jobless to you? RESTORE NET!

    Dear @ACTFibernet , bought the plan yesterday. Got almost 15 calls starting from yesterday asking to do KYC at gun point, based on the link send on SMS. all i asked was sometime until i reach home, and now i see my account is blocked, all the customer support' number is NA
