@ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

@ACTFibernet Yes it is resolved but I am not happy at all. For 4 days there was no internet. Every day I had to call ur support number. While internet was down I had to use mobile internet for my work n child's study from home. All these while your staff on field n on call were unprofessional

@ACTFibernet the worst ever service provider in Hyderabad....its a hectic and worst process every 6 months for renewing. Need to wait morethan 30 mins to speak to cust care agent who are unfit to serve... Service Request will be closed without resolution

@ACTFibernet Thanks. I would assume not. But I'm having a permanent problem that's fixed once a week. My 100 Mbps nuron connection is right now faaaar superior to my 250 Mbps ACT connection which is not even trustable. @BarnitaB care to add?

@ACTFibernet That's good but why do you promise a resolution time which you cannot adhere to? This is not the first time. Everytime you fail to resolve the issue in the given time you promise. That's not done.
