@ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

@ACTFibernet never fails to amuse you with their pathetic customer service When I was about to book @JioFiberChennai,they called me again and said since the junction box is down in my area,ACT will provide direct fibre connection to my home which will prevent this issue in future
