@ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

@ACTFibernet Terrible experience with Act last 2 days no stable connection ticket raised yesterday and within an hour got a message ticket is closed. But issue was not resolved I'm not sure without checking whether the issue is resolved how ticket can be closed. Pathetic service

@ACTFibernet literally bad service I called last 10days agent received the called escalate the issue and disconnect the call after that a send with the mail unbale to take the request and simply close my case.
