    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. Raised a service request that my internet is not working. ETA is 24 hrs given Chatbot. No number to call/escalate. Dint expect such a substandard service.

    @ACTFibernet has an atrocious support experience. My internet has been down since Saturday. The daily update since then has been to get it fixed the next day. I have unfortunately paid for the year or else my first option would be to disconnect. You are now giving me no options.
