    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    @ACTFibernet There is some serious issues wrt junction box and it is impacting the connection for 7-8 users from last 3 weeks. I have raised several tickets but not able to get a permanent solution for this issue. Technicians are only providing temporary solution.
