@ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

@ACTFibernet is doing doing fraud in monthly bill generation.. they are charging penalty amount when the users opt to halt the internet and try to restore after some duration. For this idle duration users have to pay penalty. I'm going to raise complaint in consumer forum

@ACTFibernet Nope, no one is looking into this issue since yesterday afternoon. I called the technician and he straight away denied that he can't come and he will show up the next day. So it's clear that no one has even looked in to the issue till now. I AM GOING TO RAISE DISCONNECT REQUEST
