    @ACTFibernet Internet dropped during power cuts despite router backup. ACT technician made it worse-now no internet at all. Raised 1 ticket, they created 3, no resolution. Blamed socket & told me to get electrician. Customer care is of no use. @DoT_India @TRAI #jagoGrahakJago

    @ACTFibernet . From yesterday evening internet issue in coimbatore. Ticket was closed without resolving. No proper response over tickets and thru app. Keeps prolonging with the time to close or to resolve. Completely very disappointed with the response and resolve with issue.

    @ACTFibernet On top of this, their customer care too lags behind in providing a solution. Whatever time, which ever day you call them, they'll keep saying"we r escalating the issue" "you will get a call back" and nothing works

    @ACTFibernet this is the 4th time this moth my internet hs stopped working. Its been over 12 hours and its still not fixes. next month i will be changing my service provider if it happens again. Please fix it immediately

    @ACTFibernet Morning the issue resolved and ticket closed around 10.30am. Once again after few minutes internet goes off again and ticket raised again. Still now facing issue .

    Your service is worst… I registered a complaint yesterday.. Till now it is not resolved.. Service engineer didn’t pick my call.. What kind of service is this? Every 3 months I faced a same problem.. @ACTFibernet
