@ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

@ACTFibernet Ticket no SR10365049825264 complaint given on the 1st June,some irresponsible technician came and said all is fine and said it’s the fibre guy’s who have to look into this.Only get messages it will be resolved only to find that it’s been closed.Another registered now
