    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    @ACTFibernet seriously, got fed up with this service. Again, Internet is not working and was telling that it will get resolved within 24hrs. Do I need to waste my day again? need disconnection from Act this time for sure. @ACTFibernet it’s happening 2nd time within the same week.

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for your service,installation & everything is done, but the problem is the sales representative promised to give free router & installation with my plan but the installer just gave the connection & went when I asked where is the router he told, as per the plan no router

    @ACTFibernet How do I cancel the monthly Zee5 subscription? The one where I am charged a monthly fee after the initial trial. I am not interested in the Zee5 subscription. I am not able to open a ticket in your app because your app basically sucks for opening tickets.
