    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    Are field technicians completely working in night shifts or avoiding work during customer care hours? Why is there no update for 3 days? Why is the service always scheduled after 7 30 PM and customer care hours close at 7 PM @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I had taken 6 months subscription .paid 7500 in advance on promise that if I don't like the connection, Money will be returned. Act kept disconnecting and threw me out of meetings. I raised complaint but no refund. It's a scam guys. @kapsology

    @ACTFibernet My service request SR11081127987744 has remained unresolved since 12th July. My internet has been down for the last 4-5 days, and each day the resolution timeline is simply extended without any actual progress.

    @ACTFibernet if I call the customer care, they are telling to call after 1-2 hours because your portal is also down. What is going on? I should wait how many days without internet at my home. If you are not able to resolve, PLEASE CLOSE MY CONNECTION AND REFUND MY MONEY BACK !!!
