    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    @ACTFibernet moreover got a message that it will be revised from next month I e March 1st and the ticket closed.i spoke to your customer care they reopens the ticket but why this much delay for downgrade..for upgrade of my plan it was instant and billing was also updated..
