    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    @ACTFibernet I am on a 6+1 month plan (no OTT). I asked to add OTT apps and I accept extra charges for OTT. Your support says upgrading will cancel my +1 free month. That is not an upgrade. That is removing an existing benefit I already paid for. (1 of 2)

    @ACTFibernet you guys don't have basic etiquette to inform users about change in plans? The audacity that you showed to raise a ticket yourself, change plans, close the ticket and then inform customer is pathetic!! Who gave authority to raise tickets on behalf of users??

    @ACTFibernet Your sales person false promises and negligence making us put in the problem! Such a worst experience i got after taking 11 Individual connections for my properties. Sales persons diwakar bhaskar is cooking up stories from days now!
