    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    @hotstar_helps I took down my previous reply as app was working because I was connected hotstar with mobile data and changed to wifi while hotstar playing in bg..but once i closed and opened the app it's not working in wifi.@ACTFibernet kindly do something if you can here with this dns settings

    @ACTFibernet Worst possible service one could expect. No internet service , complaint no SR10167045943744, was raised but without resolution it was closed. Again follow up and we were asked to create another ticket SR10167101626294. Still pending.
