    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

Now Airtel broadband had connectivity issues from early morning and nobody coming up despite logging the issue around 7am...     @ACTFibernet Son of *****. *************. Have some shame. Taking full money and outages most of the time. Why will it take 2 days to resolve the internet issue? It's been regular now. Every weekend there is no internet, it has been happening from past 3-4 weeks.

    Day 3- of problem that is still unresolved ticket no. SR11079981334564 is still there unresolved by your customer support and @ACTFibernet is just wasting time of their customer . @ACTFibernet just shows care to their customers till recharge once done then who you are for them.
