    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    @ACTFibernet Applied to disconnect broadband since I'm moving out of state. Service disconnection was prompt but no one is bothered to take back router. Called your guy who installed it- advised to talk to customer care number. Customer care chat informed someone will contact.

    @ACTFibernet The act is Fibernet just in name, the service is the best,They say that they will take 4 to 5 days and then say that they will do it today but by the time they say it today, 4 to 5 days will pass, you can imagine what kind of service they have in Delhi and it is for every month.

    @ACTFibernet , I was promised installation the same day and was called continuously for payment. After payment, I got an sms saying installation is by next day btw 9am and 1 pm. It’s 7:55pm now. No calls from them till now. And worst part, the guy who onboarded does not respond.
