@ACTFibernet 28 hours. Issue not resolved. @ACTFibernet has not sent any technical staff to resolve the matter and yet when I call the customer care, they say that the staff is working on it. God knows where.

@ACTFibernet No one had the courtesy to call me in this regard. I have complained 15 times to ur customer care. I doubt whether ur customer care department exists. Very poor show. If u can't provide customer service properly why do u guys get into new ventures such as CCTV. Its already 1 week

@ACTFibernet Raised for disconnection request yesterday from 16jul2021. Received a call back today from customer care and they confirmed to disconnect and disconnected the service today while speaking itself. I was connected to the system and all my softwares connection went out

You are left at their mercy and spend hours trying to reach their customer support. We finally had to ask for a refund from @ACTFibernet and then visit the @airtelindia store only to find out that our KYC is pending without which they cannot proceed.
