    @ACTFibernet This is my 3rd complaint for slow speeds even after installing a Deco mesh router. Your engineers seem more focused on closing tickets fast than actually fixing the issue. Enough of temporary fixes;escalating to management for action. #ACTFibernetFail #SlowInternet

    @ACTFibernet In this digital age you guys are taking more than 48 hrs to fix an issue like Wi-Fi. So frustrating. Worst part is that the customer can not even talk to any executive to get resolution. All chats and calls are not based. Worst experience

    @ACTFibernet I am facing connectivity issue for more than 24hrs now. Raised SR10176570204894 and it was supposed to resolve last night at 9pm. Then moved it to morning 1pm. Engineer doesn't pick up call and later switched off his cellphone. It's Irresponsible customer Service.
