@ACTFibernet @BhubanTripathy This is preposterous. I raised a request for plan change and billing cycle change. More than 48 hours has lapsed. There's literally been no update from your end. Your after sales team sucks. Don't customers have other work ? Your call centre is lousy, inefficient. I'm fed up ACT

@ACTFibernet is terrible. The customer call centre is one of the most inefficient set-ups I've seen my whole life. Gave a request to change my plan to monthly 5 days back but no action has been done. They're too lazy to change the billing cycle. Preposterous customer service.

On 30th July 2020, these @ACTFibernet guys said they’ll complete my disconnection and refund process in three working days. Poor people seem to be working on a different time zone. It’s been 2 months today and nothing has happened. Vera level ra neenga!

@sithhlordd @ACTFibernet Exactly man. Someone from @ACTFibernet called me today and in the afternoon for 10mims it was at 50mbps but now it's back to its original speed of 1.5mbps. The customer service guy told me my router was old. That old router still gives me 100mbps which is a decent speed.

@ACTFibernet Internet is disconnected in Coimbatore.. its been more than 30 hrs still not resolved.. one service guy attended the spot but cannot solve. He escalated n left. Sry to say VERY POOR SERVICE .. grt disappointment 🚫

@ashokudayakumar @ACTFibernet Exactly. They have this shitty template response on Twitter but never call back. They suck real hard in terms of after sales. But I'm just inquisitive in terms of how they're super prompt and responsive interms of invoicing and billing.

Internet down for the 4th time in last 5 days. @ACTFibernet Ticket# SR10151530157632 Everyday around 12-1pm the internet goes down. Around 4-5 pm it gets fixed. This is unacceptable, I complained over customer care as well. But still same issue. I may have to change operator now

@ACTFibernet Service is deteriorating over time. I am having very very slow post 4 pm. Requests are being closed with out any confirmation. I have raised around 10 requests in last month. My latest request is SR10151424298612. I think time has come to move on if service is so.

@ACTFibernet opted for 6 months plan.Paid full amount in adv. Installation completed but Account not activated.upon asking they are telling server issue.yesterday they told within 3-4 hrs account will be activated.its already more than 30 hrs.but still i am waiting for Internet
