    On 30th July 2020, these @ACTFibernet guys said they’ll complete my disconnection and refund process in three working days. Poor people seem to be working on a different time zone. It’s been 2 months today and nothing has happened. Vera level ra neenga!

    Getting a H1B visa to the United States of America is definitely easier than getting a refund and disconnection from @ACTFibernet. You guys are really a pain. One month gone. Worst response.

    @ACTFibernet is terrible. The customer call centre is one of the most inefficient set-ups I've seen my whole life. Gave a request to change my plan to monthly 5 days back but no action has been done. They're too lazy to change the billing cycle. Preposterous customer service.

    @ACTFibernet most disappointing service ever. Paid for installation and no proper response for the past 3 days after promising installation on the same day when the payment is done.

    @ACTFibernet last 2 days internet is cut in our office . That too in main airport area coimbatore. We have raised a ticket but no response . Pathetic service provider. Better to avoid.

    @keerthivarmann @ACTFibernet Yeah. Thanks man. I was planning to switch. They're offering NETFLIX, Prime, Hotstar too along with JIO TV. And the cost is the same. I'm just worried if the service is upto the mark considering they're new in the market.

    @BhubanTripathy @ACTFibernet True. This company is quite lousy in terms of service. They charge clients a premium but are super slow in fixing the internet. Last time, I lost 2 days. Now 1.5 days. No resolution. No customer satisfaction.The end for ACT is not far. It's a super competitive market #jio#airtel

    @JioCare from last 3 days my fibernet connection is not stable. From 8am to 5pm is not working. Everytime when I try to contact @JioCare no response from them. I was happy with @ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet I too regret for taking @ACTFibernet . There is no one to look into the complaint raised . No option to reach out to the customer support . Poor nodal appallete .

    @ACTFibernet This is absolutely unacceptable. My internet has been down again, and this has become a recurring issue over the past few months. Despite multiple complaints, there's been no permanent resolution. Current Ticket ID: SR11779934225564 Too many frequent disruptions.
