Gave a request to change my plan to monthly 5 days back but no action has been done. They're too lazy to change the billing cycle. Preposterous customer service.

Someone from @ACTFibernet called me today and in the afternoon for 10mims it was at 50mbps but now it's back to its original speed of 1.5mbps. The customer service guy told me my router was old. That old router still gives me 100mbps which is a decent speed.
