    Never seen a pathetic customer service like @ACTFibernet, Hanging up the calls when you ask for queries. Highly not recommending anyone to use @ACTFibernet at all. So unethical and unprofessional bunch of staffs everywhere from service engineers to call center people

    @ACTFibernet preposterous. I raised a request for plan change and billing cycle change. It's been more than 48 hours. There's literally been no update from your end. Your after sales team sucks. Don't customers have other work? Your call centre is lousy, inefficient. Fed up - ACT

    @ACTFibernet Appalled to say your service has been the most pathetic one we have ever used. Close to 3 days there has been no internet, no response for the case registered. My work productivity has gone for a complete toss. Need a solution ASAP #poorservice #WorstCustomerService

    @ACTFibernet Greetings, I've been constantly trying to downgrade my billing cycle to monthly but no help. Your call centre team is extremely inefficient. I called the local support person in CBE - extremely rude. Poor customer satisfaction. Call me. End of story - Moving to JIO
