    @BhubanTripathy @ACTFibernet True. This company is quite lousy in terms of service. They charge clients a premium but are super slow in fixing the internet. Last time, I lost 2 days. Now 1.5 days. No resolution. No customer satisfaction.The end for ACT is not far. It's a super competitive market #jio#airtel

    @keerthivarmann @ACTFibernet Yeah. Thanks man. I was planning to switch. They're offering NETFLIX, Prime, Hotstar too along with JIO TV. And the cost is the same. I'm just worried if the service is upto the mark considering they're new in the market.

    Never seen a pathetic customer service like @ACTFibernet, Hanging up the calls when you ask for queries. Highly not recommending anyone to use @ACTFibernet at all. So unethical and unprofessional bunch of staffs everywhere from service engineers to call center people

    @ACTFibernet It’s a same old routine story, I missed couple of important meetings/calls due to lack of internet and it was impacted very badly on my career. Who own this responsibility? I have two option either I need permanent solution or discontinue the service

    @ACTFibernet I regret to choose Act Fibernet service, there is no stability in the network. Raising a multiple complaints with in a week that shows how bad it is. After raising so many complaints no resolution at all. Ticket no: SR10265081382514. Rating 0/10

    @ACTFibernet It's been two days whole area wifi is not working and yesterday got confirmation that @ACTFibernet will resolve by today 9 AM.We all are working professional and we need wifi to resume our daily task.Just now I got an update that it will resolve by 17th June.PATHETIC
