    @ACTFibernet ACT is by far the worst service provider to resolve issues. Even after 11 days of follow up and escalating to the Nodal office I do not have a functional internet ! One team says it’s the other’s responsibility resulting to harassment of customers. Hope they fix it today

    @ACTFibernet. Internet went off during this cyclone Mandous. Registered a complaint. Rectified after two days. But went off again. Reopened the complaint. Today message came that ticket resolved. But internet not working. Again reopened. How? Very poor service.

    @ACTFibernet ! Internet is not working for the 5th day in a row ! ETA alone gets changed with the resolution no near in-sight, This is totally unacceptable and a breach of trust. Doesn't ACT have the proper infrastructure and infrastructure support to handle such an issue

    @ACTFibernet more than 3 days !! Same thing you guys are tweeting for last 3 days? 48 hours. Are you out of your mind, if you give the status of exact issue on what is happening it will make sense, status updates in the tickets are useless simply ETR is extending. #Network #ACT

    @HathwayBrdband Hi Hathway Team ,I have raised a ticket 4 days back Regarding the Internet not working but nobody is not reachable to me , customer care team is not at all working and very irresponsible ... Please solve the Issue ASAP @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet SR10366589026304 Network strength is poor and often v r facing the same. From 5 pm, internet is not working. It's really horrible to register complaint once in 2 weeks. Fix it, else help us to get disconnected so that we can switch to other networks.

    @ACTFibernet See from past 2 hours I have been facing the issue again, guys if the issue is not resolved by end of the week then I'll be forced to take legal action again act as I didn't receive my services for what I have paid and now the water is above the head.I don't have anymore patience

    @ACTFibernet Internets been down for 5 days straight now. Your helpline numbers have been deactivated. Every morning I get a generic message with a new timeline for when the issue will be fixed. Is this how you treat long-time customers? On your annual plan?! Bloody ridiculous!

    @ACTFibernet Dear @ACTFibernet to be frank iam not happy with your service. Will shift to other network by this month end. Thank you
