    @ACTFibernet I wanted to keep my account on hold and not renew it for now so I called your customer care and after transferring my call to a higher executive, they put me on hold for like 30 mins and never got back to me. Please look into this.

    Hey @ACTFibernet as I said no one has called me. It seems the problem is the current house owner who's hosting the local main router has refused to keep it now. So my question is, does it take more than 48 hours to your technicians to find a new place for it? How careless

    @ACTFibernet horrible response from agents they are taking work from home advantages and disconnecting calls while keeping it in hold for long time. Yesterday I spoke to Suresh (Floor supervisor) and today with Sruthi. They are least bothered about the requests
