    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Today the technician named Kannan calls me and tells me I need to pay Rs 650 for reconnection, OR I have to take a new connection. When asked for reconnection, he says there will be problems with reconnection, better take new connection.

    @ACTFibernet Bangalore isn't in J&K. Nor is this a pay and beg economy. Customer pays and begs you. If you can't provide connectivity 24/7 ,I want my refund and you can be wind up your broadband.

    Dear @ACTFibernet, I have no internet from yesterday afternoon. Have raised complaint, escalated but still no resolution. Please understand that we are working from home and it's critical. Being an ISP, company shouldn't take this much time. Worst service.
