I don't know how @ACTFibernet recruits uneducated people in their company! Is it a company is like that or the staffs(customer service). Such jerks! I was having doubts about my bill but he was not willing to answer and cut the call! For this stupid customer service.

When local providers are able to fix all the internet issues within minutes then being a reputed provider y u guys are not able to do it. Like every month again there is no internet. If v have to keep recharging data packa, then y do we need internet service. @ACTFibernet @TRAI

Is this the way to handle the complain of customer. And if yes so why you are giving the option to talk to customer care services representative. I called act fibernet twice and launched complaint about internet is not working. (1/3) @ACTFibernet
