    @ACTFibernet I’m extremely disappointed. Service request SR11177671086999 was supposed to be resolved by 26 Oct, but even after 10 days and multiple calls, there has been no action or proper communication. Requesting immediate resolution.

    @ACTFibernet It is not about account number. It is your iOS app experience. Login screen - payment experience are pathetic. It works well on android and web. But get it checked for iOS app.

    @ACTFibernet Even after multiple calls and multiple follow ups all i get to hear is it will take about 24 hours to resolve every single time i make a call. I am done with your GREATEST service and i have already contacted another service provider.

    @ACTFibernet No update yet since I raised the complaint. Called customer care twice — first they said the issue is in the outdoor box, then said it’s with the main power point. The light on the box keeps blinking. You assured resolution by 9 PM; let’s see. If not fixed, I’ll switch services.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Internet’s down again since morning — this is the 3rd outage in just 21 days of installation. Ticket ID: SR10177811465084, ETR 9 PM today. Pathetic consistency! This time, please disconnect my connection and refund the 3-month advance payment
