    @ACTFibernet Worst wifi service. Opted for 50mbps plan but it hardly goes over 25mbps, it stays below 15mbps for most part of the day. I need to switch it on and off atleast 10 times an hour for it to work. The customer support say that they have solved it but it never works.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I has an issue with internet since day before yesterday, I understand due to thunderstorm it is but all other service like power and all got restored but my internet issue is not resolved yet, my issue was closed mentioning its resolved

    @ACTFibernet Tried again this morning to submit a request to cancel my service via your app. This time it says my service has been disconnected due to non-payment. WTF? I thought my internet was down due to some technical issues. You disconnected it?

    Hello @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore , it's been almost 3 hours I have raised a ticket regarding my connection issues. Trying to call multiple technicians and as always either they say they are not available today or they will not pick the call..can you please look into it ASAP?
