The service provided by @ACTFibernet is not at all satisfactory. I haven't had internet connection for the past 3 days. So far, I have contacted the customer care 3 times. No proper response. All #EmptyPromises. They seem to take customers for a ride. #PatheticService

@ACTFibernet has an atrocious support experience. My internet has been down since Saturday. The daily update since then has been to get it fixed the next day. I have unfortunately paid for the year or else my first option would be to disconnect. You are now giving me no options.
