    @ACTFibernet one of the worst internet network SR10280013087124 almost 5 days over there is no fix on internet, even the technician don't receive calls and if any delay means they charge late fees if bill missed, first fix your service, if stil same i wil disconnect..

    @ACTFibernet By the way the toll free number is junk. No one responds to escalate and you have not even provided in the app too. That smart way of cost cutting. I will ensure all my friends and families not to opt for ACF fibernet worst service at one door step.

    @ACTFibernet Please don’t attempt to resolve now—the time has passed. Disconnect my broadband effective 1 May 2026 due to service deficiency. Raise a disconnection ticket, process pro-rata refund, and stop billing from 2 May 2026. This is my official confirmation.

    @ACTFibernet Internet down for 48+ hours and still no resolution. No response from technician, no customer support, nothing. You are telling “back online” — which is completely false. This is unacceptable. Please fix this ASAP or escalate to someone who can actually resolve it.

    @ACTFibernet I can see the damage right in front of my house. But I can't see any of your staff working to restore it. It's been more than 24 hours. I didn't see anyone come here. Please get me in touch with the field staff

    @ACTFibernet After 48+ hours of no internet, zero response from support, and false “back online” messages — I’ve had enough. Requesting immediate disconnection of my service. This level of service is unacceptable.

    @mayankredkop @ACTFibernet I had the same issue as well. They start working only when asked for refund and post in social networking channels.

    @ACTFibernet your service sucks to an extent I can't even try to describe. 2 days and counting with no internet or update on what the status of the fix is. Your customer care sucks and cannot provide any solutions. Your app sucks it doesn't connect me to anyone useful. Eat shi
