    @ACTFibernet Ticket no SR10365277581704 raised this morning and the technician calls and tells me he will visit.instead just closed the complaint,his name Dinesh Babu.After reopening the ticket they again have closed it without resolving the issue.Worst service.

    @ACTFibernet Don't you encourage your customers to use your services even when there is no power also ? i.e., with the help of any "Router UPS". I recently purchased this, but not able to use when the power is cut. User guide says "Power backup switches may be faulty of yours".
