    @ACTFibernet nice going. Your people make promises to give the connection by the evening and take money and when you cancel the connection request because even after a week they have not given the connection, don't even refund the money.

    @ACTFibernet Clearly not much effort is being put to fix this. It's been 24 hours and I have called 3-4 times already. All of em give the same reply or act extremely nonchalant. This is not like a one time thing. This happens every month. The moment you get the money nobody cares anymore.

    @ACTFibernet More than 6 hours and still waiting for my internet connection to work. If you guys have any shame please resolve my problem asap and I need to be compensated for the irritation I have gone through, scolding I faced at office, as mere token apologizes don't create lasting lessons

    @ACTFibernet The issue is resolved now but I am not happy with the overall time taken to resolve the issue. 25 hours is a lot. I demand service extension by a day for this huge delay in resolving the issue.
