    @ACTFibernet It went down at 7 am . Restored at 230 pm . On 29th April it was restored at around 6pm. I hereby demand credit of 2 days Rentals . Please don't close my complaint without crediting 2 days Rentals

    ACT Fibernet — your customer service is an absolute disgrace. Forcing us to wait 20+ minutes just to raise an issue is unacceptable, and after 24 hours there’s still no resolution or accountability. This level of negligence is infuriating. . #ACTFibernet #PoorService

    Hey @ACTFibernet my meter is powering the main junction box for my neighbors, but I haven't received the promised compensation for Feb, March, or April. To make matters worse, your app won't let me raise a service request for this. Please fix my bill ASAP! @ACT_Issues @FiberAct
