    Amazing service by @ACTFibernet - kudos! Neighboring house construction is ongoing - they cut the cable by mistake - complaint to resolution in 2 hours, Mr Pradeep Gowda who came to attend the issue fixed it in 10min - really happy with the service!

    My account is fully paid till 31st July 2022. I had requested @ACTFibernet to stop service on 31st July 2022 and my internet stopped today itself. Can you reinstate the account and schedule stoppage on the date requested?

    @ACTFibernet Poor resolution of complaint. Placed complaint at 5.30 pm. Message says will be resolved by 9 pm. Second message says next day 1 pm...when everyone else doctors, nurses, lift technicians BSES is working 24x7 to fix things asap, internet goes out without resolution
