@ACTFibernet Tell me who's going to compensate this. This the 10th time I'm raising this concern and it counted as 10 days. So 10 days basically I was out of internet. If that's how your service is please let me know. I'll look for other providers #zerosupport

Extremely disappointed with @ACTFibernet service. Took a new connection on July 1 after repeated follow-ups from their rep Kishan. Faced issues immediately with the TP-Link AX1800 router—only 3 LEDs light up, then it shuts down. No internet. No support. No response from the rep.

@ACTFibernet is just sending bot messages and then not responding to the DM that THEIR TEAM ASKED TO BE SENT just another example of the horrible customer service me and many others have been experiencing

@ACTFibernet is the worst internet service provider and their support is worse and can't provide a proper resolution and zero responsibility from their end. I have raised the same issue multiple times and multiple times they come with a bot reply.
