@ACTFibernet Worst Internet provider ever To fix the wire it takes 2-3 days for them and the customer support is the worst of all kind, they disconnect the call , they don't listen to us and the network engineers are soo arrogant, they never fix the issue on time, waste of money

@ACTFibernet what a worst service no proper customer service needs to wait in que of 40 and more some times don't say limited staff we are not paying limited amount what ever is charged we are paying that full amount

@ACTFibernet The worst internet service provider I have seen in my entire life. I paid the amount for 6 months package on 11th May 2021. You don't provide internet service saying there is due amount. Don't trust this provider. They are good for nothing.

@ACTFibernet No I am not satisfied with Act. I have requested for the waiver due to service interuption for 36 hours but today your team has rejected my waiver request which is not acceptable. If you can waive off me then I will continue with Act, otherwise you can dismental your devices.

Very pathetic internet service by @ACTFibernet @ACT it has been more than 2 days since I logged a complaint and no action has been taken neither any update from the escalation team and being a loyal customer of @ACTFibernet since last 10 years this is the quality of service .
