    @ACTFibernet Hi, I had raised a ticket SR10162907736033 for internet disconnection. I immediately received a response stating that the ticket has been closed and I have to continue using the service. Why is that? I did not agree to this. I still want to disconnect

    @ACTFibernet Team your service after getting the connection is pathetic . We have raised a complaint from yesterday that our internet is not working . And still the issue persists. Please avoid showing fancy and fooling people . Try to maintain the services.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD before one week I have shifted my house and I put the shifting request through the app the technician Has come nd check out and said that In your area there is no service connection we have to put a new connection box' that's it still did put any box

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore I have been waiting for my ACT shifting since 23rd. Nothing has happened yet. I wrote multiple mails called ACT care multiple times and this is the 3rd time I am tweeting!!! What kind of service is this? In what language you guys will understand?
