    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet is this ever going to be resolved? The technician came, installed it but said it will not work because of a backend issue. Have now been waiting for 48hrs to get that "backend issue" resolved. Share an ETA or give the refund

    @Airtel_Presence No worries, I switched to @ACTFibernet. They did installation in 2 hours of request being raised and I have 250+ mbps on my devices. Happy with what I have. Leaving @Airtel_Presence was a good decision!! Thanks to your customer service for not responding on time!! 🥰

    @ACTFibernet hello team we are taking the new connection 6 days before, we paid the amou also 5k change, but still no one is connected me, called customer service number of times, around i called 25 times, every one said, issue resolved by with in 24 hours, ac no 101631962919

    @ACTFibernet I have been your customer from 2019 onwards and this is how your agents treat me and harass me just because I couldn't find time to mail you from August to October. I accept there is a mistake from my end .I am going to complain to police if this persists.
