    worst part is it is never easy to connect to customer care and also to make them work you have worst of the worst policies like not providing the resolution as per ETR AND SIMPLY DELAYING THE ETR as per your convenience!! Wow 96 hrs is expected to resolve the issue. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet #balamalladi SR 10366550850764 raised on1600 hrs 10/12/22 till now no resolution now ETR is simply marked to 1930 to 2100 14/12/22 what the heck of the services you are providing!!!simply citing climatic conditions is not the fair reason for not restoring the servic

    @ACTFibernet worst experience by misleading information from customer agents, they don’t know how to talk neither the team lead/manager takes an initiative to resolve the issue, will you do something to help?
