    @ACTFibernet During their Sales cycle, they gives us a lot of hope, bells and whistles but in reality, nothing happens, nobody takes any actions till your 6 months advance payment gets over. They will never mind to provide any service because you are stuck and paid for 6 months.

    My internet not working for last 3 days. I've raised ticket on app but no action has been taken. Stopped working next day after I paid the bill and cancelled Disconnection request. Regretting my decision to continue with this ****** company. Please refund me. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @daneshzaki @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket to shift my connection with TICKET ID SR11080671198304 this issue was declared to be resolved by 14 June 2026 but till now nothing has been done I am working without internet since a week my ACT account number is 110777865246 please resolve

    @ACTFibernet Neither your internet is fast nor service has upgraded The internet still buffers both on Instagram reels & Youtube videos Only the price has been hike Multiple notifications & automated calls, emails that u send throughout the month sometime 2 notification come at same time
