    It’s been close to 5 hours and @ACTFibernet hasn’t actioned on rectifying the connection problem. Sitting without wifi on a work day, that too the week has just begun.

    @BRUCELEEMONEY @ACTFibernet Pathetic service by ACTfibrenet. Area service manager (Suresh - 9538230516) doesn't give a shot about customers. Been trying to connect with him since yesterday and all I get to hear is we will get back!!! Local internet service providers resolve issue in not more than 3 hours

    @ACTFibernet Happy to be a customer for last 9 years until recently I was shocked to hear that you cannot serve me further due to lack of your infrastructure that too in a city like Bengaluru, thereby closing my support ticket and forcing me to move to other service providers.

    @ACTFibernet #badcustomerservice Pathetic customer service and horrible customer experience. I opted for your 3 months plan ( inclusive of free wifi & installation), paid all the advance which was required and you just disconnect and deactivate my connection ? What the hell

    Hey @ACTFibernet you have already taken 3 days and the internet is still broken!! Are you not prepared for handling all types of issues that may occur?? Extremely disappointing service!

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD worst service ever. My internet is not working from yesterday & i have raised ticket yesterday itself SR10164908721124 I have called you ppl almost 7 times & i hear same story & excuses. pathetic service
