    @ACTFibernet worst customer support. For d past 7 days issue is not resolved. Worst thing is they have closed my ticket as “issue resolved” without actually resolving. Such a cheap behaviour. Very lethargic and unbothered abt customer . #ACTfibernet #ShameOnACT

    Very bad experience with @ACTFibernet. Since last 3 days my issue has not been resolved. My ticket no: SR10166364280264. What a pathetic broadband. Work from home is getting harder with this broadband.

    @ACTFibernet such terrible connection and you add bill amount as you please? My account got suspended for not paying a bill that was promised to be waived off by the account manager and cust care rep who called after I raised a complaint. This is terrible! U better act or I will!
