    @ACTFibernet That's bloody shamelessness at the greatest extent. Raised SR10264178707392 for the disconnection. Anyways #ACT is of no use. I had asked the technician to make sure that the issue doesn't reoccur. But as expected it has. Pathetic u ppl are.

    @ACTFibernet Why is it that when my bill is due, I get phone calls, messages, emails & notifications. But when the fiber to my building is cut and there's a service disruption, I don't hear a single thing? @reliancejio Do you communicate with your customers better than this?

    @ACTFibernet i have not seen such third grade service providers. From last Sat have continuously raising tickets but not sorted

    @ACTFibernet is the worst internet service provider. Facing connectivity issues for over a week, yet no resolution. Today, there is no Internet for several hours, yet no resolution. Technicians not responding to calls.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 95th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet Worst service ever. Liars of the highest order and the most unprofessional behaviour. Just a bunch of money grabbing con artists. If your service before activation is this bad then it will definitely be hell for your customers post installation.

    @ACTFibernet It's been 2 months I am chasing the billing team to get my query resolved but they never reached me. The worst part is they closed the case saying that they try to reach me but no answer. That is a big lie, I have a call record to prove it.

    @ACTFibernet What a pathetic service, they claim to provide 200MB speed, in reality you get 3MB. Moreover,there support staff hang up the phone when they have no clue. Decided to disconnect. Pathetic,pathetic!
