    @ACTFibernet - No internet for 3rd day - Chennai 600015. No response & details on progress. ACT service is going down. Seems you are not cared of existing customers like most Org. Expect a resolution @ earliest as it impacts school & office work which you Org is not worried

    @ACTFibernet it is been 3 months ur service engineer will close my complaints without even visiting the site neither he calls me. it is been 1 month even though my issue has not resolved. like a fool every day I will call ur customer care they say 24 hours & I listen like a fool

    @ACTFibernet @CMOTamilNadu Last 5 days, there hasn't been internet. Your team keeps suggesting issue will get resolved in 24 hours. A senior will call up in 4 hours. An engineer will visit your building. Nothing but false promises. Please prioritise - SR10349008369252
