    @ACTFibernet Worst experience regarding your services. Technician not coming, they are not resolving the issue. Since 2 days I am not getting internet. Not yet resolved.

    The worst service act is of those who have fibernet, their internet gets cut every week, their internet remains off 10 to 12 times in a month and if some issue arises, it gets fixed in 3 to 4 days, then it gets damaged again. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet absolutely disappointed!! No internet since today morning and you don't bother to respond to calls as well. Internet disruption is happening frequently these days. Day before yesterday and today whole day no service. Your service has gone from bad to worse.

    Your Service request is expected to be resolved by 30-Jul between 19:30 to 21:00. @ACTFibernet when you can't stick to your own message then why are sending worest no update, not resolved , please suggest a better service provider to switch .

    @ACTFibernet hi every month there are issues with the network even last evening network went down and still there is no progress , customer care service also answering bit rude when will it get resolved ? And may i know why there is lot issue with connection in the last 6 months
