    Hi @ACTFibernet Since u didn't provide gud service I had to disconnect in the 1st month itself. But see I registered disconnect request on 29th March and app still shows I have active connection even my network gone 4 days ago. Didn't provide gud service nd 6 months refund.😠

    Pathetic broadband service, i had to manage about 10 days without internet in the month of March 2022 and you guy are not even ready to compensate for those 10 days, customer care is least bothered and even the service engineer.@ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Ac 101011049877. Im on max 1075 package since last 2 years. The speed that I got for 2 years ( during wfh ) was 60mbps instead of 150mbps. Reason because you guys had a **** old cable in our colony. After 2 years, your lazy technician fixed the new cable on march 22

    @ACTFibernet Rude team. I am facing issues with connectivity, inspite of raising ticket from app and called customer service also it's not getting resolved. If you guys are saying 75mbps then provide it, today I had an urgent meeting but can't able to join thanks to ACT kudos
