    @ACTFibernet I was going to pay on 17th I asked change of plan one of your Dumbo call center guy said sir you got time till 26th pls pay by than later I got text and call saying your billing issue resolved today another dumbo says the service will be disconnected .

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 38th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet pl change your engineers attitude , are you trying to save bandwidth by cutting the service , everyday I face NW loss for more than an hour ,. I think 5Ghz Freq is just a myth wrto ACT. Worst attitude and service

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I made a call at 7.24 pm 23rd dec 2021. The customer care guy was very smart and rude. This is how you train your support guys to talk to customer instead of resolving the issue. That coward didnot even tell his name and disconnected the call.SHAMEFUL
