    @ACTFibernet You have Extremely poor customer care services, have been trying to connect to connect to a representative since morning but unable to do so as call gets blank after 8 mins. Plus your service representative Don't have the basic knowledge as well regarding the process

    @ACTFibernet It's over 4 Hours since we lost the connectivity at Banaswadi and so far no resolution nor any update.. Seriously need to buckle up with service before you lose all your customers from this area to competition.

    @ACTFibernet Wifi at my home is down from last night and after raising a complaint I haven't received any update regarding it and after me calling your customer care I have received no response and they keep hanging up on me.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic Service, don't recommend others to subscribe. I placed a shifting request on August 28th, I was promised 3/9 2PM the request will be completed, 3/9 6:56 PM Customer Care asked me to raise another request and put me on an infinite hold.

    @ACTFibernet This is the way you give the service to your. Customer . I have get any call from your side for my problem and my senior has detected my salary of two days .. who bear it . I am totally unsatisfied with your service it is better to discontinue my sevice

    @ACTFibernet worst service!! From two days my internet is not working and when I call customer support they hang and abuse the customer!! Poor customer service.

    @ACTFibernet SR11061802948472 i have been facing a problem with my internet and there is no update from their end. The app is so useless constantly keep saying the samething over and over. I now think that their service standards aren't like they used to be some years back.
