Subscription is possible in seconds but cancelling it requires days or hours. When such bad experience is once felt, the next time obviously people would be reluctant to these offers. Please try to give better user experience. #Actfibernet #ZEE5

@ACTFibernet is not a reliable service. Never expect timely delivery of a new connection from them. Furthermore, despite charging for fiber optic cable, they installed an ordinary cable at my place.

Listen to this story of benaami type company @ACTFibernet. No internet since 1 June. Ground engineer of area Ravi says I cant do anything. Switch box in BJP office. They have switched off mains. Is this the story they tell customers? No customer service ph nos works. Benaami?

@ACTFibernet we have to pay for a service but we don’t get any proper response! All we get is standard messages from you. This is terrible service and no thought for customers at all! Disgusted by this and feel helpless. 75 complaints being handled by one engineer!
