    @ACTFibernet Raised a plan upgrade request ~10 days ago. Spent the last 4 days chasing customer care and all I’ve gotten are blatant lies-“resolution in 24 hrs.”No ticket. No escalation. No follow-up. Just empty promises and zero accountability. Your customer service is pathetic

    @ACTFibernet Very disappointed with ACT Fibernet Madhapur. Repeated outages for a week, temporary fixes, and constant pressure for closure codes instead of a permanent solution. Ticket closed internally without my consent(SR10178870816834). Is this customer care? @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet I have done shifting from one flat to another flat in the same apartment and you charged me one month charges which is 700 rupees for just reinstallation. I am not going to pay this. Remove my connection, will get better offer from other service provider

    @ACTFibernet You have mentioned the disconnected due to reloacationt to different city. Which is not the case, it's because of daily issues with your service. This is called fraud
