    @ACTFibernet your customer care is very bad.Applied for Static Ip on 25th March,2021.Still haven't got it and routing from jaipur to mumbai server is also ****** up. Please disconnect my connection as soon as possible.Bsnl is providing better routing than u guys.

    Hi @ACTFibernet My user id is 107015304341 I would like downgrade my plan to Act gold As my router won't support 150mbps I asked them customer care last month they said it would be done next month so Iam asking now

    @ACTFibernet Good bye Act and you spoiled my 3 days of work and resolving the SR with out any resolution. I am fine with the tickets open rather then closing it with out resolution. How can u close a ticket with out customer agreement.Never seen such fantastic customer service.

    @ACTFibernet I am facing a internet blackout right after a new installation carried out by your team. Contacted your team who claimed to send someone but like always they did not. Now tell me how reliable is your internet or customer support? Should ask for a lame excuse at work?

    @ACTFibernet Poor Service.. Frequent disconnections from past one month.. Asked me to buy a new router - I did..not working again.. No internet the entire day..How do you expect us to work from home.. @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet Act is chearer, At the time of installation they offer free router and waive off installation charges, while request deconnection They deduct the charges and still willing to return the router but now not entertaining the request. Raised so many request but no response. Very bad

    @ACTFibernet I took connection for 6months.I am stuck with this low speeds.I was an Airtel user n never got any speed issues, for 100mbps speed regardless number of devices speed is consistently 100mbps and download is limited including all the devices to 100mbps. Hope you can address this.
