    @ACTFibernet why can’t I connect with live agent? Router return not possible as i moved out. At my home we had 2 WiFi’s both were from ACT Now I shifted to a new place i tried changing the address it never worked in app i cancelled it hoping someone would call me but no one did

    @ACTFibernet The support person checked and confirmed yesterday that the device needs to be replaced and he will replace it by this morning but till now no response. It's 24 hours without internet!! Why need more than 24 hours to resolve the issue when you already know how to fix the problem

    @ACTFibernet hi Team, i had taken a new connection last Saturday. The connection worked only for 2 hrs for the past 4 days it is not working. Please resolve it Asap or else refund my money Called n number of times to customer care no resolution

    @ACTFibernet 2 days, no resolution of my internet till now. Ticket id : SR10180264287824. I was told that it will be fixed by 14th May 2026, 10AM. No body came to fix it for the whole day. You do provide a very pathetic customer service.

    1/2 Dear @ACTFibernet , Repeated calls all day from multiple executives and 040-49267888, yet ZERO resolution.your staff continued disturbing me throughout the day forcing me to repeat the same issue repeatedly. This is harassment, not customer support.

    Hello @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I'm taking new connection just 24 hrs back, yesterday mrng team was visited and they installed setup router and all. In between before 24 hours only got an network issue. Ticket was automatic opened. Still issue was not resolved. I have a work.
