    @ACTFibernet , I recently disconnected my ACT connection due to frequent network issues, I had already 6+2 months subscription valid till Jan 2023. When I ask for refund back the unused amount, you customer service is denying it. Is this some kind of loot?

    @ACTFibernet One of the worst customer service ever seen in my life. My wifi was not working from yesterday 11am. I registered complaint in the app. And there is no response. Best customer service 💩💩💩💩

    @ACTFibernet my internet stopped working and resolution time given by ACT fibernet is 24hours. i called customer care and they dont have the area technician and area manager number. this is pathetic service. why do you need 24 hours for checking the issue.

    @ACTFibernet got your service installed recently in Blore It has stopped working this morning. As per technician, there is server issue. Extremely disappointed with the service Unable to register how such a reputed ISP can have petty failures so frequently. Pls fix ASAP
