    @ACTFibernet Yeah resolved it by installing #airtelfiber @airtelindia and you just terminate my connection with @ACTFibernet . For your kind notice i have got bill with shifting charges without even shifting.. ready to lose customers. Happy service 👍🏻

    God damnit!!! not able to use internet since 24hours now and @ACTFibernet is taking there own time to resolve it Have i done a mistake taking annual subscription ? @ACTFibernet is worst at resolving the internet issues

    @ACTFibernet Thank You for the call from customer care and accepting the request to deactivate the account for 1 month, However one small dissatisfaction, that for no physical activity involved and to activate and deactivate charging Rs.200 is not satisfactory approach. Thank You @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Inspite of raising on twitter and giving fake resolution to the customer. The fraud legacy of Act fibernet continues. No one from the team called me to resolve the amount issue yet. Cheating customer with their money is what u guys best at?

    @ACTFibernet from more than 2 weeks faulty router provided for ACT new connection is not changing as promised to replace with new router. Account No: 101546577130. Every time when complained raising ticket and closing without solving. Is this useless service you are providing?

    Pathetic N/w coverage & customer service from @ACTFibernet ! @airtelindia network is much better than ur so called 100Mbps broadband connection which gets disconnected often! Stop asking customers to restart their routers when the problem lies elsewhere!

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet very worst service by u people and customer care also giving wrong commitments to me. I have paid the new connection amount but till now installation not done every one is telling that it will be done in 4 hours and customer service is very worst
