@ACTFibernet Every month facing problems with internet almost 4-5 times and it takes to to resolve atleast 24hour or more...why this type of problem happen from 2-3 month..r u doing some money saving or enforcing customer to change service provider?

@ACTFibernet I think it's big time to move to a different service provider ACT service is very bad nowadays and technicians say don't open a ticket pls call me directly am not understand what the logic is behind on that

@ACTFibernet I had registered a complaint on Feb 1st and it is yet to be resolved. Plus your customer experience is so bad. I have to do regular follow ups. Please attend ASAP.
