    @ACTFibernet I am writing this mail after being extremely disappointed with both The ACT fiber net team and ACT customer service. I had disconnected my internet connection (linked with Mobile no. 9453605150) on 31 July 2021 and requested for security refund.

    @ACTFibernet I took this connection about 10days back. After my initial enquiry, I was inundated by calls from their service personnel, in Chennai. Literally each guy was trying to undermine their own colleagues. They came and promptly installed it. kudos. stop. But

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic after sales support. Have been using cherrinet for the last 4 years, and never had this kind of experience. Thinking of shifting back.

    @AirtelFiber why still Airtel fiber net service not planned for Ramanshree California Gardens Layout Yelahanka.??? Many Residents waiting for Airtel.! Currently BSNL only service available here and @ACTFibernet coming within a week.

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC @ACTFibernetHYD It's been another 24 hrs still no response or resolution. This is absurd. It's been 11 days and I'm calling daily to Customer Service for resolution. And every day they are just saying another 24 hrs. The tat for resolution is 48 hrs only

    @ACTFibernet What a bullshit service, I took a 1500 mbps connection today and it is not even giving 30 mbps and the technician absconded without informing and confirming with us and he doesn't respond now. Even sales executive doesn't pick calls now. What a pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet Its really a Worst service ever; the connection is getting disrupted every now & then; due to Work from Home, we completely dependent on Internet; we at loss now; I would request either to disconnect & reimburse the amt we have recharged or get the issue sorted now.
