For only bill payments, you will follow up regularly. Already we are WFH, there is no net from yesterday and there will be no prior information regarding the technical problem. But if we call the CC to complain first they are asking the do payment. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet My internet in Hyd has been down since 18 hours due to broken wire. Barely completed an exam. Problem was identified 17 hours ago but repair was delayed till morning. Everything is digital these days half the society on standstill expect faster service from your end.
