    After complaining again and again @ACTFibernet couldn't solve my issue of drop on the internet. Now I want to disconnect the act supervisor is saying you will have to pay for a whole month for the net. I have been facing issue of drop-down since starting of this month.

    @ACTFibernet Let me know when I'll get the refund. It's been quite sometimes since I have not received it.. this is really unacceptable that the service provider isn't providing the refund and is keeping with itself.

    @GeeteshArun @ACTFibernet Correct, existing one's doesn't work, first let the existing ones (router)work properly only if that works well, customers will have satisfaction with the service isn't it?

    @ACTFibernet I understand if it takes few hours resolve the issue but it’s been more then 24hours, when exactly it’s expected to be fixed ? How can one person work from home with this much unreliability.

    @ACTFibernet I’m really sorry to say this but I see very worst service in recent times. I have raised a ticket almost 8 days back but there is no resolution provided. I have not even received basic communication. Cant even disconnect the connection bcoz of 6 months pack :(

    @ACTFibernet SR11076231671794. My internet has been down since 12/07/25 and you've been changing the ETR repeatedly. I've called customer care and still no resolution. The provided contact option for the engineer doesn't even work. What's going on?
