  @ACTFibernet I have raised ticket before 7 days but no response from ACT Team we people working from home suffering a lot without internet don't use ACT internet worst service and also customer care replying worst response

  @ACTFibernet fed up of your inaction! Every call to ur customer care keeps saying 24 hours resolution..some kind of sad joke on the customer! & Your field staff don't even respond after a promise to fix problem. It's 36 hours n no help. Every month this happens
