On 30th July 2020, these @ACTFibernet guys said they’ll complete my disconnection and refund process in three working days. Poor people seem to be working on a different time zone. It’s been 2 months today and nothing has happened. Vera level ra neenga!

@sithhlordd @ACTFibernet Exactly man. Someone from @ACTFibernet called me today and in the afternoon for 10mims it was at 50mbps but now it's back to its original speed of 1.5mbps. The customer service guy told me my router was old. That old router still gives me 100mbps which is a decent speed.

@ACTFibernet we have recharged three months plan after we received a message saying we will get 1 extra month if i recharge for 3 months plan. but i didnt get the extra month. same issue raised in mail but no proper support from your team. instead they closed ticket without resolving it

@ACTFibernet Worst service! raise multiple issue but everytime issue is closed without any call & resolution. Installation guys placed router as per his convenience now due to uneven signal speed is very poor don't even get 20mbps out of 300mbps. Do something or refund our money
