    @ACTFibernet Greetings, I've been constantly trying to downgrade my billing cycle to monthly but no help. Your call centre team is extremely inefficient. I called the local support person in CBE - extremely rude. Poor customer satisfaction. Call me. End of story - Moving to JIO

    Never seen a pathetic customer service like @ACTFibernet, Hanging up the calls when you ask for queries. Highly not recommending anyone to use @ACTFibernet at all. So unethical and unprofessional bunch of staffs everywhere from service engineers to call center people

    But still getting useless SMS messages from @ACTFibernet seeking reconnection. Why would someone in the right senses reconnect after disconnecting due to poor service? Numerous mails and no response. Your customer care number doesn’t accept calls too. Bad #Actfibernetworstservice

    Getting a H1B visa to the United States of America is definitely easier than getting a refund and disconnection from @ACTFibernet. You guys are really a pain. One month gone. Worst response.

    @keerthivarmann @ACTFibernet Yeah. Thanks man. I was planning to switch. They're offering NETFLIX, Prime, Hotstar too along with JIO TV. And the cost is the same. I'm just worried if the service is upto the mark considering they're new in the market.

    @ashokudayakumar @ACTFibernet Exactly. They have this shitty template response on Twitter but never call back. They suck real hard in terms of after sales. But I'm just inquisitive in terms of how they're super prompt and responsive interms of invoicing and billing.

    @BhubanTripathy @ACTFibernet True. This company is quite lousy in terms of service. They charge clients a premium but are super slow in fixing the internet. Last time, I lost 2 days. Now 1.5 days. No resolution. No customer satisfaction.The end for ACT is not far. It's a super competitive market #jio#airtel

    @keerthivarmann @ACTFibernet Lol I still remember - with ACT, one tweet on twitter I used to have a phone call in 15 mins and a technician at home by the end of day. Ippo thimiru vandhurchu - customer base iruku - irundha iru ila mooditu po kinda attitude.

    @ACTFibernet is terrible. The customer call centre is one of the most inefficient set-ups I've seen my whole life. Gave a request to change my plan to monthly 5 days back but no action has been done. They're too lazy to change the billing cycle. Preposterous customer service.

    @ACTFibernet I changed my plan and requested the router but more than 10days happened there is no proper response. Very poor response from your end. Just opening request and closing from your end without solution. Please look into it.
