    @ACTFibernet worst service from Act Fibernet . I did payment on 7-03-2020 . But still no one is came for installation. From then , I did three calls to their support . No one is ready to resolve .

    @ACTFibernet Good Updates given by SMS from the ACT app on a tech.issue.Also the Madurai Service Engineer Mr.Karthik Natha was very prompt&giving updates every 30 mins.The Best part is he committed before 15.00 today but completed by 14.00.Congrats&Good Customer Service by ACT🙏

    Dear @ACTFibernet . My internet connection goes off for the second time since I got the connection last month. Customer care told the status as the cables are used through EB lines and when EB employees comes for a checking in the poles they are cutting

    @ACTFibernet I’m from Madurai TN. I have applied for a new connection last week and the executive has got the payment through online and promised that I will get my connection by this week Monday. Still I didn’t get the connection. Please help🙏🏻

    @rrrathishbabu @ACTFibernet Just call them and say you are going to cancel the connection and request for refund. Next day you will have people in your home for installation ;)

    @easwar59 @ACTFibernet I have tweeted a complaint earlier and it was resolved. Personally I could see there has been continual improvement.

    @ACTFibernet the reason why I love act broadband is they have most pathetic customer service. Thank you for closing ticket without even resolving the issue. I've never seen such wonderful customer service anywhere. You're tagline should be "We think customer's are fools"

    @ACTFibernet the worst customer service ever. No response from the team even after raising a complainant. No updates regarding the problem. But you expect us to pay the bill on time or else the account will be suspended without any intimation. Shame on the customer service.

    @ACTFibernet Can't you inform customer that disconnected broadband will take time..I could have gone different broadband service. Since yesterday made 5 attempt to CC and every time technician is assigned and it will resolve by sometime.

    @ACTFibernet worst customer support and Technical Engineers At 3:30pm i raised a complaint stating Main Power box is not working Some Techi guy named Saravana(8754514993) comes at 6:30pm and says he can't solve the issue some other guy will come named Magesh(9003106581)
