@ACTFibernet worst service from Act Fibernet . I did payment on 7-03-2020 . But still no one is came for installation. From then , I did three calls to their support . No one is ready to resolve .

Dear @ACTFibernet . My internet connection goes off for the second time since I got the connection last month. Customer care told the status as the cables are used through EB lines and when EB employees comes for a checking in the poles they are cutting

Wow ACT service is amazing as I had raised Activation request on 26th of Mar'22 but till today NO Action..I thought of delay in service or response happens only in Govt offices..but ACT proved me wrong.@ACTFibernet..are they expecting something 🤔

@ACTFibernet When I raised complaint the local guy called me and said server is in Hyderabad and not in Ahmedabad (my place) so latency will be high and closed the ticket.

Hi @ACTFibernet I recently started using your fiber service with 150 MBPS plan, but I am actually disappointed with the service. I am getting very high latency i.e. 30 ms everytime. I am a Work From Home guy. I need at least a good latency.

@ACTFibernet Earlier I was using local wifi service(GTPL) with 40 MBPS plan even that was giving a very good latency and speed. Do let me know if latency can be reduced otherwise I want my money back.
