@ACTFibernet worst service from Act Fibernet . I did payment on 7-03-2020 . But still no one is came for installation. From then , I did three calls to their support . No one is ready to resolve .

@ACTFibernet I’m from Madurai TN. I have applied for a new connection last week and the executive has got the payment through online and promised that I will get my connection by this week Monday. Still I didn’t get the connection. Please help🙏🏻

Dear @ACTFibernet . My internet connection goes off for the second time since I got the connection last month. Customer care told the status as the cables are used through EB lines and when EB employees comes for a checking in the poles they are cutting

@ACTFibernet Account:10350088042 Whenever there is a power cut, the internet disconnects too. Last time I registered a complaint the engineer said they've replaced the battery and the issue wont happen next time. Today when the power got disconnected, the internet went off again.
