  @ACTFibernet worst service from Act Fibernet . I did payment on 7-03-2020 . But still no one is came for installation. From then , I did three calls to their support . No one is ready to resolve .

  @ACTFibernet everytime I make a call your customer service will say, it would be resolved in 24 hours.. This has been doing since past 2 months that means almost 1440 hours..till now my issue is not resolved.. I've requested for a name change of my account. Very dissappointed

  @ACTFibernet Internet was down from yesterday. Even after raising ticket and informing here the issue was not resolved. Pathetic service. There is no update on app also. Dissapointed!

  @ACTFibernet internet gets disconnected everytime the power goes off. You engineer says he's fixed it but the issue recurs. This is the nth complaint in a span of a couple of weeks. There are other service providers in the market I'm willing to consider if this is how things go.

  Hi @ACTFibernet I have purchased 150mbps as my requirement is seamless network connectivity for my work. But I experience network drops frequently and very slow speed comparing to what plan I have chose; its just 20 to 30mbps I get, but I the plan is 150mbps, pls send tech.

  @ACTFibernet Internet is not working since yesterday afternoon. No resolution provided despite raising multiple complaints and calls to the customer support. On top of that, customer support is responding rudely instead of taking care of the issue. Absolutely pathetic service.

  @ACTFibernet Switching to different service like Airtel would be better than this Act.. I've been waiting for name change of account from past two months. I request everyone to this tweet and inform your friends to disconnect their service and switch to another one pls.

  @ACTFibernet This issue is not yet resolved.... How many days i have to wait for just name change.. I'm literally wasting my time and thinking of disconnecting service.. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD ive been loyal customer from past 4-5 years.. I ll not recommend this act to anyone..
