@ACTFibernet worst service from Act Fibernet . I did payment on 7-03-2020 . But still no one is came for installation. From then , I did three calls to their support . No one is ready to resolve .

@ACTFibernet @TRAI They are very committed to providing resolution but the issue is that they are not reliable. Unfortunately, not everyone can afford to call the customer service to raise complaints or follow up every alternate day. If there's a underlying problem it needs to be fixed.

@ACTFibernet worst service provider they will take 30 days money but they will provide service for 25 days every month 5 days there will have any problem server issue wirecut simply reason they will give and that they will take 24 hours to repair it 3rd class service @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet I do not think your team is looking into this. It's a power issue in the connecting fiber box which has to be fixed. The technician knows the issue just hasn't fixed it.

@ACTFibernet After a week I presume? @ACTFibernet I gave permission to connect electricity from my house and owner too. I don’t understand how come this is a permission issue. Your customer care tells me wrong info or the technician updates wrong info.

@airtelindia it has been over 24 hours since my broadband stopped working. Called your customer support 6 times since yesterday. No resolution till now. I'll be switching to @ACTFibernet. Hope they provide better service than you.
