Customer care told the status as the cables are used through EB lines and when EB employees comes for a checking in the poles they are cutting

I have applied for a new connection last week and the executive has got the payment through online and promised that I will get my connection by this week Monday. Still I didn’t get the connection. It was then pushed to today 10 AM, now it’s 1:30 PM and still not resolved. I frequently face the same problem always please look into it
