  @ACTFibernet worst service from Act Fibernet . I did payment on 7-03-2020 . But still no one is came for installation. From then , I did three calls to their support . No one is ready to resolve .

  @ACTFibernet my internet is not working since morning. I raised a ticket and I got a message that it will be fixed in 3 hours. Now, after 3 hours, again I got a message saying it will be fixed by tomorrow 1:00pm. How am I supposed to work then? Pay my one day salary

  @ACTFibernet my connection has been down since 6 days now. They have closed the open ticket twice without even calling me. No use escalating to the next level either. This is a pathetic way to treat an old time customer

  How @ACTFibernet is cheating people staying just outskirts of #Hyderabad city? @ACTFibernet put digital new connection box around City & big apartments and extending the service outskirts of city with those old faulty connector boxes. But charge full amt for bad dropped service.
