    @ACTFibernet worst service from Act Fibernet . I did payment on 7-03-2020 . But still no one is came for installation. From then , I did three calls to their support . No one is ready to resolve .

    @ACTFibernet I am not being productive during my shift just because of you service, as soon as clock hits 1.45 am the internet goes off, when I am calling customer care it says operational hours is till 12 only what should I do now?

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Internet is down since 9th Mar’21. Turnaround time was 24 hrs. It’s been 4 days! No update, no resolution, no callback! NOTHING! Everytime I call customer care, they give a new ETA- service will be up by noon, by EOD, by tomorrow, in 24 hrs etc etc!!

    @ACTFibernet SR10253523633153 TT for High ping in VALORANT. I have been facing high ping in Valorant . I have contacted the team multiple times but my issue has not been resolved yet. They keep closing the ticket and i hvae to reopen it.

    @ACTFibernet I have booked and paid for a additional connection on Monday 8th March 2021 from Bangalore and I was told that team will contact me within 48hrs. But it is almost 5days now, no one contacted me nor any msg. There is an existing ACT customer in the building with hub😞

    @ACTFibernet It is the second time in 3 days that I have faced internet disconnection. Every time I complain, I'm assured of permanent solution which you never work towards. You are ACT but you never "ACT", here is the latest complaint no SR10253694033702, if you wish to "ACT".
