    Dear @ACTFibernet . My internet connection goes off for the second time since I got the connection last month. Customer care told the status as the cables are used through EB lines and when EB employees comes for a checking in the poles they are cutting

    @ACTFibernet worst service from Act Fibernet . I did payment on 7-03-2020 . But still no one is came for installation. From then , I did three calls to their support . No one is ready to resolve .

    @ACTFibernet I’m from Madurai TN. I have applied for a new connection last week and the executive has got the payment through online and promised that I will get my connection by this week Monday. Still I didn’t get the connection. Please help🙏🏻

    @ACTFibernet My broadband tv is not working from the morning. Tried all the no's but no luck every no I tried is redirecting to Act internet service. Before asking the question they just cut my call. Can you atleast update the no in the website for correct option.

    Worst service @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore no manager callback since 24hrs SR10252723328482. Cust service agent was very rude and denied a manager callbck when I called today. No internet since 4days. Guys pls dnt use Act . Worst ISP. Issue no resolve yet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet No one from ground team gave us a call back. They r just closing the tckts, we are raising. They r of no use, seriously. Could you please ask them to look into the issue on priority basis or else please escalate the issue to higher authority.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD raised an complaint for relocation 10days back no solution till now worst service, if call to customer care they won't response, better to shift other boardband services. please remove the connection.

    @ACTFibernet It’s been more than 2 weeks that I am facing reconnection/billing issues, every time the customer care exec assures that it will be resolved in 1/4/24 hours still the issue is not resolved even after following up 10 times a day.Worst customer service experience ever!
