    @ACTFibernet I’m from Madurai TN. I have applied for a new connection last week and the executive has got the payment through online and promised that I will get my connection by this week Monday. Still I didn’t get the connection. Please help🙏🏻

    @ACTFibernet Dear act, I have DM you regarding my plan change,which i have not given authorization for,i am very much disappointed with ACT CUSTOMER CARE(no reply),without any confirmation from my side you have changed my current plan.

    Dear @ACTFibernet . My internet connection goes off for the second time since I got the connection last month. Customer care told the status as the cables are used through EB lines and when EB employees comes for a checking in the poles they are cutting

    @ACTFibernet worst service from Act Fibernet . I did payment on 7-03-2020 . But still no one is came for installation. From then , I did three calls to their support . No one is ready to resolve .

    @srikanthraviece @ACTFibernet Brother please tell me also how to do that i have waited 7 days for relocation after 100+ calls and several tweets 2 times home visit they tell me now that we cannot provide with the service have requested for disconnection hope that I will get soon.

    @ACTFibernet Just pathetic service today after 7 days now ACT officials telling me Sir we cannot provide you with the connection because "fibre net ka pole nhi aapke area me" and for this they needed 7 days to figure out and now all I can hope is that they refund me the money back in time.

    @ACTFibernet Nobody has reached till now, this is disgusting behaviour. How hard would it be to manage work at home with no wifi, this is not the first time, this happen often. Very irresponsible service i have ever seen

    @ACTFibernet what a worst and miserably inadequate service.. I have taken 75 mbps service never ever got minimum speed and customer care people disconnected the call without addressing the issue.
