    @ACTFibernet worst service from Act Fibernet . I did payment on 7-03-2020 . But still no one is came for installation. From then , I did three calls to their support . No one is ready to resolve .

    Dear @ACTFibernet . My internet connection goes off for the second time since I got the connection last month. Customer care told the status as the cables are used through EB lines and when EB employees comes for a checking in the poles they are cutting

    @ACTFibernet @sivas Just tested IPV6 in Hyderabad, it does give the IPV6 address but connection is very unstable

    @ACTFibernet IPV6 is not yet rolled out in HYD I guess but I just tested with that and I got IPV6 address assigned to my router but it was very slow and unstable then I switched back to IPv4 its fine now.

    It's been 8 hours since the outage and @ACTFibernet still couldn't resolve it, even after escalating this concern to the highest possible team and allotting a dedicated technician. It is disgusting to see them boast as leading broadband service providers🤬
