    @ACTFibernet I’m from Madurai TN. I have applied for a new connection last week and the executive has got the payment through online and promised that I will get my connection by this week Monday. Still I didn’t get the connection. Please help🙏🏻

    Dear @ACTFibernet . My internet connection goes off for the second time since I got the connection last month. Customer care told the status as the cables are used through EB lines and when EB employees comes for a checking in the poles they are cutting

    @rrrathishbabu @ACTFibernet Just call them and say you are going to cancel the connection and request for refund. Next day you will have people in your home for installation ;)

    @ACTFibernet worst service from Act Fibernet . I did payment on 7-03-2020 . But still no one is came for installation. From then , I did three calls to their support . No one is ready to resolve .

    Hey @ACTFibernet would you like to check feasibility to provide me internet connection as @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is least bothered to fix my issues for the past 2 yrs. I tired chasing them for the past 1 yr continuously asking them to fix the issue. DM me for address info.

    @ACTFibernet Its more than 24 hours since no Internet, promised to resolve by today evening 6 pm but till time no resolution, Ticket No: SR11055397560142. Full day down, even no one is bothered to reply till now. Its happening quiet frequently now, second time in 2 weeks.

    @ACTFibernet I am trying to setup ACT Stream TV 4K but it is not logging in and says "Please create account in CMS" why this? i have reported the issue about 2 hours back, but nobody has even called me, neither I can contact anybody. its really not good

    @ACTFibernet inspite of two weeks of continuous follow up with customer care and the nodal officer, i am not getting the invoice. I have got a wrong amount. Nodal officer did nothing and the 4 tickets got closed without any resolution. Do you want me to continue with ACT?
