Automation will not work if you r handling unstable system. Last 30hrs no internet in home and no one responded otherthan couple of text messages.

Go to Act website and find service or customer service. I had problems with Hathway 2 years back (now no issues) the local support responded very slow. If you raise ticket they have dead line to close it.

While you know the cable needs to changed for 500 mbps speed you are shamelessly justifying how many tickets I have raised even though historically tickets are closed without resolution. Don’t jest wrong doing just replace the cable and refund the amount as services of 500 mbps plan was never rendered. Technician who installed new connection knew very well that max speed will be only 100 mbps on old cable and deliberately left it unchanged. Is this the new way of earning money from customers ???
