Go to Act website and find service or customer service. I had problems with Hathway 2 years back (now no issues) the local support responded very slow. If you raise ticket they have dead line to close it.

The worst part is I have paid for 1 year package and can’t even get out of it now. I wish I had a chance to switch network.
