@Riyazuddin555 @HiHyderabad @ACTFibernet When the local CS don't respond, do raise ticket in their website. Go to Act website and find service or customer service. I had problems with Hathway 2 years back (now no issues) the local support responded very slow. If you raise ticket they have dead line to close it.

@JioCare Your service launched on Sept 05, 2019. It's been 6 years. Still, you're rolling out the service in a phased manner. It's Bangalore city area. Still not covered fully, but local service provider @ACTFibernet is present in every area.
