If my issue will not resolve in next 24 hrs , this will escalate to higher authorities (TRAI). That is in very bad manner , that is not good for your organization.

I am facing disconnection every 10days and they are not rectifying this for last 4-5 months.

Raised a complaint with ACT Fibernet and still no technician visit or proper update—just “will be resolved soon” messages. In 2026, internet isn’t optional. This delay is unacceptable and affecting my work. @ACTFibernet
