    @TSConsumers @ACTFibernet I took the act Internet subscription on 18th March and paid money for 6 months Plan, these Act Team not responding or installing the Network at my home, it is being very difficult to do work from home. I was told installation will be completed in 24hrs

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @TSConsumers This not good at all you are utilizing my home power for your act internet box but didn't paid the power consumption charges since 15 months. is this is the way that you fulfill your promise to your customers? Very bad experience with your service.

    @ACTFibernet from 3 days no internet. not able to fix issue.. Since then I am calling customer care and getting same response that your request has been sent so please wait for next 24 hours. No use of raising ticket. I would never recommend ACTFiBER to anyone @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit 9am-1pm was a slot for the technician to setup for my internet connection. No show and the person convinced me to make the payment has switch off her phone. I was in a assumption that il be able to login from 2pm but now i think il have to look for alternative. "happy Suffering"

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet There r total 12 tickets raised from Hyd, Ameenpur 502032, Pnr colony and it has been more than 30 hrs No one from act visited to fix issue, it is rediculous, worst service. my ticket SR10156699791322, fix issues ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet You are becoming worst and worst provider in Hyderabad? Why you are closing the Requests without resolving them? I am on 6 months plan and paid the full amount, still got the due for this month and getting reminders. SR#10163487438817 #consumercourt @TSConsumers

    @ACTFibernet I had to raise 3+ service requests in the last one month regarding internet connectivity completely being down , this is the last time I’m raising SR will get the connection cancelled next time directly fyi SR10135741604042

    Why the shifting process in @ACTFibernet sucks...it's totally irresponsible engineer working ...not even a link was proper to raise the shift request ..the irony is the shift place for connection is just 30m away from my current location..I do have late might meeting Idkwhattodo
