    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Request SR1016983503982 is expected to be resolved by 6/2/2019 09:00:00 PM its been 3 days after the issue with act. no resolvement yet Called 3 times to the customer care. Nothing works out Act doesn't act on time. No one came to look at the issue

    @Riyazuddin555 @HiHyderabad @ACTFibernet When the local CS don't respond, do raise ticket in their website. Go to Act website and find service or customer service. I had problems with Hathway 2 years back (now no issues) the local support responded very slow. If you raise ticket they have dead line to close it.

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I have paid for 6months×A-Max425 plan on 5th of this month. However, the service executive didn't visited and even called about the connection installation. I called on provided customer care numbers & complained thrice...!

    Worst customer service by @ACTFibernet - they sack most of the people to cost cut & now noone is there to pick up the call. Automation will not work if you r handling unstable system. Last 30hrs no internet in home and no one responded otherthan couple of text messages.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet There r total 12 tickets raised from Hyd, Ameenpur 502032, Pnr colony and it has been more than 30 hrs No one from act visited to fix issue, it is rediculous, worst service. my ticket SR10156699791322, fix issues ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet Again you did it!! Even after many escalations from my end still you couldn't fix the issue. It's the 4th day now. I tried all the ways. There is no proper response. Nobody knows the issue and what is going on. I asked for a disconnection but you couldn't do that too

    Hey @ACTFibernet, I’m paying for a 400 Mbps plan but consistently getting only ~100 Mbps or less. I’ve raised 4 to 5 complaints, and every time the same technician is assigned. He asks me to close the ticket using the OTP without actually fixing the issue.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet After 4 days of no action on SR10180936078194, I have switched to Airtel. Demanding full refund of ₹3,878.92 (₹700 shift + ₹3,178.92 prepaid plan) within 48 hours. Service not delivered despite payment = deficiency of service. Next step: @DoT_India complaint.

    @ACTFibernet this was raised on 29-June-2026. Total 9 days. How many more days do you need to fix it. @ACTFibernet . Your customer support disconnects the call stating transferring to technical team. No response to emails sent. I don't think you have the power to fix it.

    @ACTFibernet ID: SR11081047219104 Internet has been down for 24+ hrs. Engineer visited and said the cable is broken at a pole, another engineer was to fix it, but no update yet. Please expedite the resolution ASAP.
