  @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Request SR1016983503982 is expected to be resolved by 6/2/2019 09:00:00 PM its been 3 days after the issue with act. no resolvement yet Called 3 times to the customer care. Nothing works out Act doesn't act on time. No one came to look at the issue

  @ACTFibernet is cutting cost by removing customer care with automated IVR but the service is also going down by every day. Not connected on 1st May and same condition today again - why I paid 1 yr subscription #actfiber..... Need to change the provider.

  Worst customer service by @ACTFibernet - they sack most of the people to cost cut & now noone is there to pick up the call. Automation will not work if you r handling unstable system. Last 30hrs no internet in home and no one responded otherthan couple of text messages.

  @jayesh_ranjan Sir - can you look into the service provided by @ACTFibernet - though @KTRTRS gave them special privileges but the service is deteriorating day by day. We need other provider should get chance to cater but that is not happening due to one man show.. #Hyderabad

  @ACTFibernet it has been more than a month and till now this request SR10250916053877 has not been actioned till date very pathetic service, if this not completed by tomorrow will cut off the cables as we are starting the construction on the building, hoping this will be actioned
