    @ACTFibernet Horrible service .Shifting request raised on 2nd sep..till now not resolved.everyday I have to call customer service but till now no action from their side. And their area manager also did not responding Eve after several mails #worstinternet #Hyderabad

    @jayesh_ranjan Sir - can you look into the service provided by @ACTFibernet - though @KTRTRS gave them special privileges but the service is deteriorating day by day. We need other provider should get chance to cater but that is not happening due to one man show.. #Hyderabad

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I have raised a Request#SR10161002382827 as I didn't received the power consumption charges since 16 months for your act box connected to my home power.tried to talk to customer support multiple times to get the status but they are dropping the calls.

    @ACTFibernet Seriously pissed of on your service , no representative call ( He is not attempting my call) to check issue. If my issue will not resolve in next 24 hrs , this will escalate to higher authorities (TRAI). That is in very bad manner , that is not good for your organization.

    @ACTFibernet from 3 days no internet. not able to fix issue.. Since then I am calling customer care and getting same response that your request has been sent so please wait for next 24 hours. No use of raising ticket. I would never recommend ACTFiBER to anyone @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Team 101015435973, I had got reconnection with a plan for 1500 for 3 months but it's was a cheating done by your staff and with in 3 months I was made to pay thrice extra to continue my internet.. kindly action it soon.. Is your team sleeping it's long pending issue

    @ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit 9am-1pm was a slot for the technician to setup for my internet connection. No show and the person convinced me to make the payment has switch off her phone. I was in a assumption that il be able to login from 2pm but now i think il have to look for alternative. "happy Suffering"

    @PrestonSte33640 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet has the most horrible service. Low speeds and every month at least for 2 days their internet is down. I'd suggest moving to Jio/Airtel which are far superior and much reliable. ACT Internet does not deserve anyone's money.

    @ACTFibernet 4 days with no internet and ZERO response from support. I work from home - I’ve been paying for a co-working space just to attend meetings. And your fix so far? Response from your field engineers: “We’ll come today.” Then tomorrow. Then the day after 👎❌

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Facing frequent internet outages with ACT Fibernet yet again. I've raised another ticket, but this has become a recurring problem. Other ISPs in my apartment are working fine, while ACT users continue to face repeated disruptions. Very pathetic

    The @ACTFibernet service in Blr is so terrible! They take 10+ days to setup your OTT/TV subscription in 2026 lol. Regretting moving from @airtelindia tbh

    @ACTFibernet I have reopened the ticket. Hope commonsense prevails. All I am asking is sending me in writing on whatever is being told on phone, if they can't address it. If they are not willing to write down whatever they are saying,it means they are not truthful.

    I get call from act and when i pick, it gets disconnected instantly. Team keeps closing the issue like this is account team issue or service team issue or we will change router. 15days passed in june and not able to use net properly. @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_
