    @ACTFibernet hi act fibernet i have raised a service request on 9th of jun and still not resolved, i have paid an amount on 22nd of May and today I am getting msg that account will be discontinued due to payment should we need to pay in every 8days.

    @ACTFibernet Seriously pissed of on your service , no representative call ( He is not attempting my call) to check issue. If my issue will not resolve in next 24 hrs , this will escalate to higher authorities (TRAI). That is in very bad manner , that is not good for your organization.

    @ACTFibernet Team 101015435973, I had got reconnection with a plan for 1500 for 3 months but it's was a cheating done by your staff and with in 3 months I was made to pay thrice extra to continue my internet.. kindly action it soon.. Is your team sleeping it's long pending issue

    @Riyazuddin555 @HiHyderabad @ACTFibernet When the local CS don't respond, do raise ticket in their website. Go to Act website and find service or customer service. I had problems with Hathway 2 years back (now no issues) the local support responded very slow. If you raise ticket they have dead line to close it.

    @ACTFibernet from 3 days no internet. not able to fix issue.. Since then I am calling customer care and getting same response that your request has been sent so please wait for next 24 hours. No use of raising ticket. I would never recommend ACTFiBER to anyone @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet i took my act connection in november 2020. My plan was of 6 month+1 month with 100 mbps speed. but the speed i am getting since november is only 30-40 mbps. After every 2 days there is a problem in my connection. Act is giving poor service.

    It is one of the biggest mistake I did by switching the broadband provider from pioneer broadband to @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. Instead of multiple follow ups there is no response. My old provider used to resolve the issue in 1 hour which act faild to do in whole day.

    Hey @ACTFibernet why don't you put temporary disconnect option , downgrade plan option in your app. That too as one of the main service. It's annoying to go through the process all through IVR..
