    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet There r total 12 tickets raised from Hyd, Ameenpur 502032, Pnr colony and it has been more than 30 hrs No one from act visited to fix issue, it is rediculous, worst service. my ticket SR10156699791322, fix issues ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet from 3 days no internet. not able to fix issue.. Since then I am calling customer care and getting same response that your request has been sent so please wait for next 24 hours. No use of raising ticket. I would never recommend ACTFiBER to anyone @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Team 101015435973, I had got reconnection with a plan for 1500 for 3 months but it's was a cheating done by your staff and with in 3 months I was made to pay thrice extra to continue my internet.. kindly action it soon.. Is your team sleeping it's long pending issue

    @charan2018 @VishwasMPV @ACTFibernet Once technical problem starts it will turn into a nightmare. They had installed junction box at some idiots house always causing outage once every week. Only used to come and do patch work. If I persisted with ACT I would have been fired by my company.
