Go to Act website and find service or customer service. I had problems with Hathway 2 years back (now no issues) the local support responded very slow. If you raise ticket they have dead line to close it.

Internet is not working properly despite raising multiple complaints about buffering and slow speed, and the issue is still not resolved.
