@ACTFibernet Team 101015435973, I had got reconnection with a plan for 1500 for 3 months but it's was a cheating done by your staff and with in 3 months I was made to pay thrice extra to continue my internet.. kindly action it soon.. Is your team sleeping it's long pending issue

@ACTFibernet My internet is not working for 36 hours and i am yet to receive a call from any of ur engineers. Whenever i call your customer care, they are giving some tentative time which is never met. Last week there was an issue and it took 5 days to get it resolved.
