@Riyazuddin555 @HiHyderabad @ACTFibernet When the local CS don't respond, do raise ticket in their website. Go to Act website and find service or customer service. I had problems with Hathway 2 years back (now no issues) the local support responded very slow. If you raise ticket they have dead line to close it.

@ACTFibernet Seriously pissed of on your service , no representative call ( He is not attempting my call) to check issue. If my issue will not resolve in next 24 hrs , this will escalate to higher authorities (TRAI). That is in very bad manner , that is not good for your organization.

Update: Internet service was restored at 5 PM, after 21 hrs and it goes down again after a couple of hours. The resolution time is 24 hrs. @ACTFibernet : Do you guys really want to close your business? 24 hrs to restore internet connection. Pathetic service. #poorcustomerservice
