Automation will not work if you r handling unstable system. Last 30hrs no internet in home and no one responded otherthan couple of text messages.

No show and the person convinced me to make the payment has switch off her phone. I was in a assumption that il be able to login from 2pm but now i think il have to look for alternative. Not connected on 1st May and same condition today again - why I paid 1 yr subscription #actfiber..... Need to change the provider.

If my issue will not resolve in next 24 hrs , this will escalate to higher authorities (TRAI). That is in very bad manner , that is not good for your organization.

I am facing disconnection every 10days and they are not rectifying this for last 4-5 months.
