    @jayesh_ranjan Sir - can you look into the service provided by @ACTFibernet - though @KTRTRS gave them special privileges but the service is deteriorating day by day. We need other provider should get chance to cater but that is not happening due to one man show.. #Hyderabad

    @ACTFibernet Horrible service .Shifting request raised on 2nd sep..till now not resolved.everyday I have to call customer service but till now no action from their side. And their area manager also did not responding Eve after several mails #worstinternet #Hyderabad

    Worst customer service by @ACTFibernet - they sack most of the people to cost cut & now noone is there to pick up the call. Automation will not work if you r handling unstable system. Last 30hrs no internet in home and no one responded otherthan couple of text messages.

    @Andrew007Uk @ACTFibernet I raised the same to @jayesh_ranjan Sir just 4dasys back. @ACTFibernet is not at all concern with advance paid customer.... I am facing disconnection every 10days and they are not rectifying this for last 4-5 months.

    @ACTFibernet I am act fiber from 10 years , no day they have responded for single call, I am unable to customer care for past two days , why customer care no are using I don't know , net connectivity is down in my location from past two days unable to reach throw any platform

    @TSConsumers @ACTFibernet I took the act Internet subscription on 18th March and paid money for 6 months Plan, these Act Team not responding or installing the Network at my home, it is being very difficult to do work from home. I was told installation will be completed in 24hrs

    Not sure why only my place - I am facing a ß reset everyday at 11:55pm in @ACTFibernet connection. Already faced the battery backup issue in switch box as they are not upgrading the infrastructure.

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I have paid for 6months×A-Max425 plan on 5th of this month. However, the service executive didn't visited and even called about the connection installation. I called on provided customer care numbers & complained thrice...!

    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Request SR1016983503982 is expected to be resolved by 6/2/2019 09:00:00 PM its been 3 days after the issue with act. no resolvement yet Called 3 times to the customer care. Nothing works out Act doesn't act on time. No one came to look at the issue

    @ACTFibernet not even a week goes by without me having to raise a ticket for internet problem , this is the utmost pathetic service I have ever seen, planning to switch my connection to a different service provider @reliancejio @airtel please help.

    @ACTFibernet is cutting cost by removing customer care with automated IVR but the service is also going down by every day. Not connected on 1st May and same condition today again - why I paid 1 yr subscription #actfiber..... Need to change the provider.

    @ACTFibernet took Internet connection on 16/1/2022,plan: A-max 1075, 150Mbps speed, but I am getting 2mbps speed, very horrible and unreliable service, ticket SR10163918148935.

    Still we didn't get any response of connection. When I called to call @ACTFibernet call center they are saying some box issues. So I asked for refund or cancel my connection so that I could move for other internet providers.
